Drive2us.com driving lessons

I purchased a block of 10 driving lessons for £189 in July 2019. I have not received them to date due to driving lessons booked but cancelled last minute by Drive2Us, booked and told by Drive2Us the driving instructor is ill despite the instructor informing me directly 2 weeks before that he was unable to fulfil the time slot provided by Drive2Us, This has happened 3 times and to date I have not received any driving lessons. We have also contacted the company for a refund in Mid November but despite occasional assurances from the company that this is being sorted, nothing has materialised and I have received one response to my high number of emails, texts and calls to request resolution. This behaviour is just not acceptable for a company. My daughter was 17 in July and has not received one driving lesson due to the behaviour of Drive2Us. This is the 5th time I have requested my money back but I would like to have a refund by 6th January.

Drive2us.com 10 x driving lessons for a young driver

I bought 10 lessons for £189 in July 2019. Had some difficulty contacting this company. No email receipt etc. Eventually had a text from someone who didnt leave their name. Eventually he gave me his details after many attempts to get it. It was James Comley Executive Director. I tried to arrange lessons and these were texted to me. Two instructors couldnt provide lessons and the third didnt contact me at all. I have requested my money back but have had no response from my 2 emails. My daughter has been waiting since July and it is now December. I just want my money back so that I can go elsewhere.

Drive2us.com driving school

This company is a scam do not book lessons with them.

I booked my first lesson with them on the 27th of May. I waited 30mins waiting for my instructor to show up, however no showed and additionally no one bothered to message me or alert me that they couldn't make it. I then phoned the number on their website and was told that what had happened was an "admin error" and that they would offer me a free pre-test driving lesson to make up for this. The free pre test lesson I later found out was a free lesson the actual day of my test (not the subsequent lesson I booked with them which was what I initially thought).

I was told on the phone they would follow up and contact me to arrange a new lesson... they never did. I had to follow them up and was finally able to book a second lesson. I find this to be very poor customer service for starters.

The second lesson was booked for the 30th May, again the exact same thing happened. I was left waiting with no message or no warning. I phoned, and they told me yet again that it was an "admin error" and that the website had "crashed". Twice in the space of two week...

I then went on to look at reviews online and found that everyone was saying the same thing. I was lucky because I never paid in advance for my lessons, many people did and if you read their reviews they had a nightmare trying to get a refund on lessons which never happened.

This company is a scam, plain and simple. Do not go book lessons from them.

I am very angry that they have waisted 2 weeks of my summer that I could have actually been using for driving lessons. But most of all I am angry that I stood waiting for them for 30mins on two occasions. Complete waste of my time. They do not deserve anybodies time or money. Please save yourself the effort of seeking driving lessons from them.

Drive2us.com driving lessons

I booked an intensive driving course with drive2us.com in Bristol and I was provided one of their local driving instructors, a nice man called Andy.

The whole experience was excellent with drive2us booking my theory and practical driving test as agreed and doing my course over a one week period. More than happy with the experience and considering a have my license now I found them to be faultless.

My only small gripe would be you have to book so far in advance as they are so busy but I don't mind waiting when the service was so good.

Why does it only allow you to rate as one star. What a strange system as it was a 5 star service and I was very happy.

Drive2us.com service

Just had an answer after almost one year from my review on google regarding their awful customer service, after I booked a class and the instructor never showed up.

10 months later they've answer my review by saying I might be a spam customer... They are trying to clean their bad reviews by assuming we are all spam. Unavailable!

I wont be sharing here the proofs of "me been a real customer"as they show personal details, but this company approach is just wrong.

This company have treated me very shabbily. After several telephone conversations I was promised prompt, and extensive professional training. I am a teacher of 25 years and have been appalled by the duplicity, lack of commitment, and sheer poor service and standard of training and care that I have received after paying upfront for all aspects of driving instructor training. I have been lied to, delayed, but rested with disregard, let down and given sub - standard information and training. As I am a person who has integrity I find it shocking to receive such sub standard service dished up in a wrapper of arrogance and deceit. It has been a battle since the first transaction, and a slog of parenting like disciplinary action to achieve the least possible service... I would urge anyone considering drive2us as a customer to stay well clear.

Drive2us.com worst organised company

This is the most poorly organised, unprofessional, rude company I have ever had experience with. Their customer service is atrocious. Been trying to book a lesson for weeks, completely wasted my time. They will never call you back when they say they will. Even if you're waiting outside in the middle of january for an instructor to turn up. Do not use this driving school!

Diabolical company! Don't have driving lessons with them! This all started months ago. I paid up front for a block of 10 lessons, I had two no problem and then the instructor cancelled a lesson saying his girlfriend suprised him with dinner-my lesson was at 5!
