OK so on March 12th I went shopping with my son at Dtlr in West Dallas on Singleton as I sometimes do..everything was exactly what I wanted and I expected to spend a pretty penny so the young lady who helped me was very helpful she rung me up and everything was fine as a gentleman helped her by bagging my things then another young lady who worked there walked up and said that she wasn't ringing up my items but mind you im watching the screen as each pricing pops up on the screen but I'm thinking maybe she sees something I don't from her screen...so I wait for them to take all my things out of bags to ring them up once again..she tells me my total..is 1,836 and some change so I was like wow..but payed because I received what I wanted so the young lady who helped me in the beginning asked if I would like my receipt and of course I did and the other young lady who said she didn't ring me up was a little upset by it but once again didn't think anything of it .So I made it home which is little 6 minutes away and unpacked and checked my bank account as well as the receipt and the receipt was cut off and my total wasn't on there and the items that were shown weren't even adding up to a thousand so I immediately checked my account and realized I was double charged so I called the store and asked for a full copy of my receipt.A young lady picked up the phone and said they couldn't provide me one and I stated that the reference number was on top and she put the manager on the phone and he goes to say the same thing but also states that they ran out of paper and I continue to say that the reference number is on top and that he could reprint it and that my account is showing that I was double charged and he tells me to hold and hangs up on me and I continue to call back about it and Noone picks up so by the time I go back up there they are closed..please help

Ordered a pair of Jordan 5 retro in size 9.5 on 5/2 received a pair of Puma creeper in size 10
Ordered a pair of Jordan 5 retro in size 9.5 on 5/2 received a pair of Puma creeper in size 10. Requested a refund but was rejected I ordered a pair of Nike Air Jordan 5 men's size 9.5 on release date 5/2 received confirmation and got my shoes on 5/8. Wrong item was received, received a pair of Puma creeper velvet sneaker in men's size 10. Contacted customer service right away and informed the situation and sent pictures of the incorrect sneaker. Customer service representative stated just sent back the incorrect item and I will receive a full refund due to their mistake. Also on DTLR's return policy, it stated "What if I have a damaged item or something different from what I ordered? If you received the wrong product, or if it arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 5 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem. In these rare cases, we will cover return shipping. We will reship the item if available or refund you in full." Packed the incorrect shoes and shipped on the following day. Expecting a refund but no answer from DTLR for days. Reached out to DTLR via email and I finally got a response from customer service rep Gina *** "good afternoon, unfortunately due to further investigation, the air Jordan retro 5 was sent out of warehouse as this packing was audited. We are unable to issue the refund as we did not receive the correct item back." The minute I received the shoes I contacted customer service immediately and per their returns policy. I qualified for a refund but I did not heard anything from DTLR until I reached out, and they pretty much said they "audit" the item before they sent it out, if that was the case. I wouldn't receive the wrong item. Now, the already charged me $200 on my credit card, and I also returned the incorrect sneaker back to DTLR. I shopped there multiple times throughout the years, and this is the first time it happened. All I get was "no, we sent you the item and it was "audit". Does it mean DTLR is saying it was my fault that I paid and received the wrong shoes.
