I'm complaining about emirates airline who experience made my 8 year daughter traumatized

As a frequent flyer of Emirates Airlines, I was appalled at the way I was treated this morning.
When travelling back to Dubai from Sialkot on EK621 ,16.08.2022 my tickent reference noumber is: MUEZKJ

I was offloaded from the aircraft. Why? you may ask, well simply because my 8 and half year old had a vomit.
With no underline sickness and a mere case of motionsickness my 8 and half year old and I were mistreated , mismanaged , harassed and humiliated.
These may sound like really harsh words but this is the reality of the emotions I felt. I pleaded to the staff that it's an unfortunate situation where my daughter due to the anxiety of travelling usually ends up vomiting on flight but without any reasonable explanation I was asked to leave the aircraft.
Let me assure you that I had done my due diligence and made sure that she had taken motionsickeness medication but can you blame a 9 year old from being anxious?
This experience has left her traumatised and disappointed with the world's best airline.
When the flight attended enquired if I had given my daughter any medication before boarding. I had clearly informed her that I had given her some motion sickness medication as advised by the doctor and this vomit is only due to the anxiety of travelling.
Even that The Pilot who is actually a hero figure for the children had the Audacity to personally step out of his cockpit and instead of being supportive and assuring the child she will be fine ruthlessly asked us to leave the aircraft,
I would emphasize here that the Doctor incharge at the airport also assured the crew and pilot that my daughter is fit to fly yet her diagnosis were ignored.
I am disappointed and also concerned. I am a teacher and have a responsibility towards my job which I will not be able to attend until I dont fulfill a list of tests ordered by the airline.
I didnt realise a mere vomit would be an issue where the pilot would come out and be rude to a passenger.
The fare difference is unfair , this has caused me not only mental but financial trauma.
Please record this as my official complaint against the staff and pilot of the flight.
I would appreciate if Emirates can accommodate me on thr next available flight as I need to be back to work. My husband and home are in Dubai and extending the stay has cost me money.

Rude yellow taxi driver terminal 3
Good day,
I was a passenger on Flight EK 333 on June 24, 2022, connecting to Flight EK 255 with the last destination to Barcelona Spain.
I would like to raise a complaint regarding a rude taxi driver inside Terminal 3 of the Dubai Airport. The incident was happen last June 24, 2022 at approximately 1:30 am. I hired a YELLOW taxi from next to the escalators. I have just had an operation on my left leg for cyst removal plus I have a swollen toe following a knee injury. For this reason, I asked one of your employees who was standing near the escalators to direct me. As I was experiencing severe pain on my left leg and foot, I asked if I could take a cab since I was unable to walk. Also, my gate is located at the very end of the building, "C1". He then directed me to take a YELLOW TAXI and said it for free.
So I took a taxi and sat in the back..the taxi driver approached and rudely asked why I was seated there as the taxi was for PRIORITY PASSENGER only. After explaining to him that I had a leg injury and undergone a leg operation, he continued to sarcastically smile at me and asked me why I was there. He added that " If he will takes me then he will take everybody!" So I tell him again nicely that " I may look like young but I maybe older than you and I have several leg injury". Nevertheless, the taxi driver did not believe me. Then the Arabian lady at the back seat stood up for me and explained to the taxi driver that, "But he has already told you that he has a leg injury". However, the driver continually insults me as he says, "Okay, I am not asking you to move out as you are also a passenger!" and I respond, "I have explained to you three times and you do not seem to be listening to me." and while on the way the driver never stops insulting me by telling me, "See now I have a problem because of you!"." And he keep telling me that taxi is for priority only..
Only then did I feel myself feeling humiliated, yet I remained calm. He asked me again if it is okay if he drops me at C14, and I said it was fine, but I am still quite far from my gate at C1.
There is a need for this driver to receive training or be warned to prevent this from occurring to other passengers, which will harm the reputation of your airline. Despite not getting his name, this taxi driver appears to be Indian or Sri Lankan and is between 30 and 40 years old.
Despite all of this negative experience, I continue to support and salute the Dubai airport and all of its hard working employees

Item missing in my suitcase after baggage inspection dubai airport 19 of june 2022
Dear customer support Dubai Airport and customer service Emirates:
When I got home, I found a letter from dubaiairports confirming that one of my two checked bags was checked. With the surprise that content is missing: my daughter's hoverboard is missing. The agent who carried out the control has put the empty bag without the hoverboard in the suitcase. It is a gift from my daughter for her last birthday and now she is crying to tell her that I no longer have it. I find it a shame that they do these things, or is the hoverboard a prohibited product?
I enclose photos of the empty bag without the hoverboard, photos of my tickets, photo of the writing that I found in the suitcase, photo of the seal that they have placed on the closure of the suitcase.
I also attach a photo of the value of the hoverboard: 219.99 euros bought on Amazon.
I demand that they send me the hoverboard or that they pay me the money in case they do not find it.
I await your news.

I was traveling back from DXB to Mumbai on 29th May 2022 via Vistara UK 202. India has requirements to complete Air Suvidha form as a mandatory service. When i reached at the airport check in counter Vistara employee asked me for Air Suvidha completed form. I told him for some reason I m not able to upload the documents but he directed me to stall at Area 2 person is helping to fill the form. As my flight checking had started and I did tried a day prior to fill form but ws unsuccessful hence decided to go to counter for help. The guy who helped me ws ver quick and completed my form within 5 minutes. I said thank you and when I was about to leave he said mam 30 dirhams. I told him but this is a service how come your charging he said no mam we are charging for 30 dirhams as I mention my flight checking was already started I told him that this is not right but I have to go for my flight hence I gave him the 30 the runs and left area 2. When I came back to area to the same vistara employee I asked him that he should have informed me prior that they will be charging me some dirhams but he did not do so. Moreover vistara employee told me that those people should have told you prior filling the form. After sometime when I was about to reach to the checking test I saw one boy again talking to the same this Tara employee for the same issue this time I was hoping vistara employee that man will definitely tell this boy that sir they will be charging some amount but again hell to inform him about the charges. From one line to the last line I called everyone to inform that boy that please people will be charging the dirhams. Lucky he heard my message and went to the service center at area two and when he came back I asked him what did he charge you he said I bargained with him for 20 dhr.service later I realised that we did not receive any kind of bill or receipt. The person who fill the for this his number.. kindly work on my complaint becz imagine how many people he must have done this with and how much gain he has got from this situation.+[protected]
Luggage bag damage
My luggage damage due to improper handling of dnata staffs. Yesterday i travelled from cok- to dxb (30/04/2022)spicejet flight. From kochi, the staffs given care on my luggage and they safely collected. But in dubai this happened. Not only me, those who travelled in same flight have same experience. I saw some ones bag fully parted and their belongings scattered on conveyer belt. I am attaching the photo of my bag with this complaint. Please consider this serious issue. Yesterday i couldnt able complaint. We all travelled and tired. Thats why i am raising this issue.
Desired outcome: As of my findings, Dnata group in charges controlling the entire airport. Do please ask them to take care of customers luggage. Many people coming dubai for different purposes. So ask them take care of luggages and try not to damage.
Luggage did not delivered
We buy car refrigerator in Dubai and company and check - in part in terminal 1 did not notice us that refrigerator is prohibited . we come back to our country and did not recieve our box. our flight was Iran air tour in 28 Feb 2022 with B9-9723 flight number, departure 13:30.
We send our complaint by email to Costume service but still they did not answer us. I had a great time in Dubai but now I am so upset that the airport did not respond. After 4 days we are still waiting for response.

I have tried to complete the feedback form online 3 times today, it doesn't submit and just rejects.
My parents were travelling from Dubai to Ahmedabad India via terminal 2 on 25th February 2022. Flight time was 11:40 p.m. FZ437.
A Muslim man with red hair told my mum she did not have her OCI stamp and why she did not have her expired passport with her. She had all the documents with her and OCI should not concern Dubai airport staff She had all the documents with her and OCI should not concern Dubai airport staff! He questioned her and totally confused her. My dad is 87 and mum 83 years old. He then started typing information like my name and my UK address, all the details from my mum's passport. This is identity theft. I understand why he took details. He wants to create a fake receipt to show his boss money he took from my mum most probably went in his pocket. He is a thief. Not sure how much money he took. Had to be over AED50 Which my parents did not even have as departing from Dubai so they paid with English pounds as well. He tricked her by saying something about a PCR. He did not get her to do one and took the money. He gave her a receipt which I can attach. This belongs to a Muslim man aged 19 years old and a name nothing like my mother's. Why has your staff done this. Why have my elderly parents who are harmless been treated like this in Dubai airport. I thought Dubai is supposed to be safe and civilised. You should be ashamed of yourself for having staff like this working in your airport and your country. They have treated my parents horribly. How many other elderly people are tricked like this daily. Shame on him, shame on you and shame on your country. I want a full refund, a comprehensive apology to my parents and compensation for causing blood pressure to rise for my mum, distress and ill health on their journey to India and continued ill health. I am totally disgusted with his behaviour and demand and immediate response from senior staff. You will have evidence of this criminal activity on your CC TV. I am a citizen of Bangladesh. I came to the emirate on 29 Dec 2021. I was came to dubai airport and md nazmul hasan ramon md msud hasan id no. [protected] received me and takes me to his house. He took my passport with 6000 dirhams from me saying that he would give it to me. he could not give me any visa till 10/02/2022 and he did not return my passport.
In this situation, I did not see any way, sir, I agreed to give me my passport and money back arrangements.

Airport staff - taxi service
We are travelling from Bangalore to glasgow via Dubai. Our flight aived at Terminal C and when asked about connecting flight they said B20 gate. Have a 8year old son who was already tired with flight journey and was asking for help. We couldnt any driveron any of empty Taxi's and where we found couple one said they dont take passengers and other said he is not going to gate we mentioned. But, when we reached the gate we found same driver and taxi circling multiple times.
They were very rude with their responses and not at al helpful.
What is the use of having taxi's and boasting that it's free and ride is on us when they are not helping at all..

Airport staff very rude
My name is gita bk. I arrived at dubai International Airport terminal 2 in the morning at 3.10 from nepal airlines. I asked one of the philipino staff (lady) 'aate where is the immigration counter' she said to me 'what is aate' with a rude face I thought I must have misheard it then she repeated again what is aate I said to her it means my sister then she said then call me my sister you are at the airport with a very rude and frowning face. When her own country people were calling other nepali citizens bhaai and talking with then in our language. And i asked her what was the reason she was getting offended about and why she was using that tone of voice with me.Later I spoke to one of the incharge I guess he listened to me and her but he did not even ask her to apologise for her bad behaviour and he himself was also very unpleasant to talk to.
Desired outcome: She isn't fit to work at the international airport with her bad attitude
This lady made me so angry that when i finally found my sister i started to hit her. They called security on me. The police arrested me.
Overcharging
I got off the PIA plane to transition over to Gulf Air flight no GF 501 when I was told that I had excess luggage that required a fine in order to go through. However I had brought the exact weight (30kg) that I was required to by the PIA airline and I was not made aware that the transitional flight would have a lower weight allowance. The worker on the counter was very rude and dismissive of my appeal. On top of that she charged me 500 DHS for the extra weight. when she gave me the bill with the information of the transaction on it, It said that I was only charged 450 DHS for it when in reality I paid 500. This was a very confusing and stressful experience for me as not only was I not treated in a professional manner but I was also subject to unknown charges that I was not prepared for at all. This is the first time that I have ever experience this type of behavior at an airport and I was appalled at the way I was treated.
Desired outcome: Not only would I like to be reimbursed the money that was taken from me while I was in a distressful situation but I also require compensation for the extremely rude and unprofessional way I was treated by the Dubai Airport Staff.

The evidences does not disclose the compliance of evidences with the name of the complainant (Article 80(1) of the UAE Cilvil Code, original language is Arabic ), the place of the events and the casual connection with the Dubai international airport entity.
Pursuant to Article 106 (2, b-c) of the UAE Civil code, the claim of Saira Khalid against Dubai international airport is dismissed.
Saira Khalid, resident of USA, has no right to appeal this decision.
Departure terminal 3 african helper at immigration
African female helper while doing immigration on 30 October 2021 was very rude while talking. We went to drop off our daughter just 14 yr old. As she was travelling we accompanied her. That lady was shouting and talking so rudely with a loud voice tone. We did not spoke a word just to make sure our should not be in trouble once we leave. She asked us to leave and we left. She reached till her gate and then we called her to enquire where she was that time she cried so badly and said that helper was speaking so badly and shouting. Wanted to complaint police but my husband stopped me. Please check before you give any job. As they are there to help and to trouble anyone

The UAE immigration does not and did not employ anonymous staff ("African female"), that is contrary to Article 53 U.A.E. LABOUR LAW FEDERAL LAW NO. (8) OF 1980.
If such fact had taken place, the injured customer of the UAE government can appeal to the Labour inspector of Labour Department of UAE government in the place of UAE residence or abroad with the evidences of an the violation.
Pakistan international airline services in dubai airport
We arrived at 22:25 on 23 October to Dubai Airport & suppose to travel to Pakistan with Pakistan International Airline (PIA) at 4am of 24 October. We had E-visa authorising that we will get visa upon arrival. Though the lady named Carol in Terminal 1, Connection service with her rude tone and Waseem from PIA made us to wait till last minute mentioned that it is not a proper visa and did not allowed us to flight. Then they jointly with immigration service took our passports, deported us to Terminal 2 with a threat of sending back to our country without explaining us what is going on. We had to wait till morning, contacted immigration service in Pakistan who called PIA & informed that the E-visa Authorisation that we had in hand are correct documents for travel. Then PIA informed Pakistan immigration that they will let us travel, but without apologising forced us to buy another tickets from their company for 25 October which is going to Peshawar only. Our destination was Islamabad and we don't even know Peshawar. We expressed that we will buy ticket from Emirates, but they clearly told us that we have either buy PIA ticket or they wont give us our passports. We after 3rd day at airport & being tired & had no choice bought another ticket to go to Peshawar and from there find taxi to Islamabad. PIA simply made money on us, seeing our passports from third world country, sold us 2 tickets with a correct E-visa & it was impossible to talk yo them because they kept threatening with deportation.
We do not recommend anyone to travel with PIA because the services are very poor, unprofessional & unethical. Moreover, one has to pay for its luggage even if it is small 5-10kg.

In order to verify, who was right in the described events between 23 OOCT 2021 22:25 till unspecified time of 25 OCT 2021 at Dubai Airport, the decision maker must see evidences:-
- the nationality of the complainant (copy of relevant pages of passport);
- full copy of e-visa in any form;
- all tickets, which produce the name of the passenger in compliance with the name of the passport.
The duty to provide the valid evidences lays down on the passenger (complainant, customer) of undisclosed tickets and of undisclosed nationality, pursuant to Article 113 of the UAE Civil Code - Federal Law No. 5 of 1985.
Further, the complainant shall describe the action in his/her favor. The complainant suggested "do not recommend anyone to travel with PIA because the services are very poor ...", that is the useless act (Article 387a of of the UAE Civil Code - Federal Law No. 5 of 1985).
Airport security
I bought a really expensive cooler box that I hoped to ship to Kenya. Turns out it's refrigeration ability was a challenge to fly with so it was offloaded. After chasing the airline the last 3 weeks I'm told you destroyed it. I came to Dubai to shop. With my family. 1759dhs is a lot of money to me. I'd like to have it back. I have sent numerous people to the airport to try get assistance to no avail. I honestly think it is unexpected and leaves a horrible feeling to lose this item at a world class airport to a police team that can seemingly act so unprofessionally.

Boarding personnel at gate B30 [protected]:30am
I was boarding at gate B30 at around 6:30 from South Africa flying to Ireland with Emirates ek0161.
I was pulled aside with other passengers that flew from SouthAfrica.
The staff did not have the correct rules and was arrogant and convinced they knew better.
They did not want us to board because we did not have hotel quarantine booked, they said it was a requirement when passengers fly in from SouthAfrica, which is not the case for travelling to Ireland.
That was absolutely humiliating and discussing the way we were treated.
The staff did not even know what a EU vaccine passport looked like.
They eventually got back to us saying the hotel quarantine was not needed and we needed only a EU vaccine passport, which I had so I was able to board.
I'm not sure if the other passengers eventually boarded.
I think the staff should have known the regulations or at least have a list of requirements for each destination.
The guys that were at the boarding gate should really get some training on how to treat people/passengers better.
Desired outcome: An written apology from Dubai airport company and it must be published on their website and some proof that they will put something is place so staff are aware of destinations and requirement before boarding.
Not proper arrangements at gate D9. QR1019

We have been at this flight guides to gate 9. Economy class
We reached inside the room gate 9 and 10 together
Where big two line of people are there
One line for gate 9 and one for gate 10.
We took line D9. And after standing for 30 mins someone from staff came and asked to merge in the other line as he said this line for business class. And this is not well organise and every body got confused and when line became clear from all business class. I went with My family and tried to reach line at gate D9. This man treated me very badly and asked me to go to economy line I told him is a big mess he said no ness
And he informed the counter lady DO NOT let them IN . Like we are animals or criminals
He never excuse we as a family despite the big mess which was created by them only

My parents traveling 24 hours to reach Dubai, they having fresh Covid test as needed, and the staff on the airport eve did not want to listen to them they pushed them into line to do test again even if they not supposed to do so. WHY SO NOT PROFFESSIONAL TREATMENT WITH OLD PEOPLE WHY NOBODY LISTEN WHAT THEY HAVE TO SAY, THEY CAME EXHAUSTED AND GOR SO BAD TREATMENT IN COUNTRY WHO SUPPOSED TO DO EVERYTHING BEST TO SHOW CUSTOMER CARE .
Dubai police at airport + flydubai manager
Dubai police at airport along with flydubai staff forcibly made our boarding pass when our flight got cancelled. All we were asking for was a solution when our flight got cancelled. Flydubai staff along with dubai police made it seem like cancellation of flight was our fault and to make it worse they even threatened to put my brother in jail for no reason. While thinking of solution ofcourse we had to talk about it with our family, police was standing on our head asking to say yes at that very moment. Dubai police didn't even considered to ask for our approval before asking the flydubai manager to make boarding pass saying he will see how we don't board that flight.
Our opinion, the inconveniences that we faced does not matter at all to them.
This all happened on 12 October 2020 at 18:35.

Touching wife to check her
I was told after I arrived home to the US by my wife that some black monkey woman told my wife she had to check her after the alarm went off. She put her hands on my wife and touched her sides very close to her chest. You have no right to do that to Muslim woman. The [censored] did not even tell my wife what a check means. I am going to be suing your airport. You also made me sit and wait as you checked my bag and it's contents just because there was spilled baby milk. You people are totally evil. You are not Muslim nor will Allah ever forgive you.
