HI, myself Nitin kumar dhingaan and I travelled from London to Delhi via Bahrain on 11th April 2024, seated on 25H in GF 2, I tried first time Gulf Air but the experience of food was very bad as I prebooked my vegetarian meal but the food served in major service from London was very pathetic, most of the customers were complaining about the food served, I ate rice with the help of salad as the pumpkin curry was awkward & tasteless same thing conveyed to the same galley crew, she apologies and same were happened in second service a sandwich was complete soggy and can't be eaten. How could any airline serve that type of food, is there's no cross checks from airline people in catering? Pictures attached for your ready reference.

The company said aircraft issue for delay. But our already takeoff. This guys playing .

The flight takes off exact time but the company said aircraft ing issue that the delayed.

I was travelling, with my wife and child (8months old), from Bahrain to London in Business Class (Flight GF007) and reached London Heathrow at 7AM on Sunday, 6th October. there were total 7 checked in items and we only received 6. one luggage was missing, this was after we had a delayed flight from Delhi to Bahrain on 5th October 2024 (GF131) and had to stay in Bahrain for the entire day. we were so tired and our child was cranky so did not wait too long on Heathrow as we needed to reach home to take shower and change etc as we did not have access to our checkin luggage at Bahrain and had been wearing same set of clothes for 2 days. I called Gulf Airways customer services and was given an email address (baggage.[protected]@gulfair.com) but it bounced back. Please can this be looked into asap.

I am inquiring about my lost baggage which was lost on 7th September 2024. i was yravelling from multan to doha. I reported at hamad international airport and received file reference number:DOHGF13327
after that I contacted and they gave me 1 number and I was in coordination with them and they semd me 1 form to fill it returned to them i filled that form and today they called me and telling me they will give me 250QAR against my baggage.
this is totally unacceptable from your airline tgis kind of joke. first of all they lost my laguage in that i have souvenirs, shoes,clothes etc.. 2ndly they are offering me 250 Qar against that how it is possible. so please do needful in this regard.

Hi respected sir/ madam,
I am trying to contact every where i been informed. It was my first travel on gulf air line and unfortunately i lost my bag. It may be not worth for any one else but it’s important for me about my belongings. I would appreciate you to check that where it’s missed.

I was travelling to Germany from India on 27th April along with my parents from Mumbai to Frankfrut via Bahrain. We checked in 6 no of baggage's but on 28th April morning at frankfrut we received only 5 no of baggage's. When we checked with airport baggage claim department it was found that only 5 stickers were attached to the boarding pass so final received was only 5 nos. It is fault of the staff that they missed out to attach 1 baggage.

Already raised the online ticket (SR240019872) to Gulf air but haven't received any revert yet.

I travel to Pakistan on January 20 I lost my luggage now 3 month finish but still not received my luggage

I was shocked to see that I was charged £300 cancellation fee on flight that I cancelled within one hour of booking. This is already escalated on an email as well.

I landed at 1/02/2024 and i still waiting for my bag and i have not received yet.

and now i want to do compensation.

In the bag there was 23 kg luggage and my some important thing.

I talk to airport and they told me that my bag was in bahrin airport and i got that in 2 3 days but today it is 20 day and i do not got my bag.

My self Muzna Abulkhattab Ansari today I am traveling from Madina to Bahrain with my husband and 3 years old baby from Gulf air but unfortunately I meet your pathetic air hostess name Ms.Bushra, she was too rude, I had word with ground staff to take the trolley of my baby in which he was agree as it was a light weight stoller specially design for cabin bag air traveller but when i entered in plane and told her about the stroller she argued and she told me to take stroller and go back. If this kind of servise you are providing then trust me we have to think twice to travel from your plane next time.

Here I just want you to give your attention on customer service, we were agreed to hand over the stroller but the way she behaved with a passenger is not at all acceptable.

I arrived at Bahrain Airport,I didn’t received my box packaged 15kg box so I informed luggage service team about the missing luggage and they issued a luggage missing report and they said they will inform once they will get my luggage.I went 2 times for my missing enquiry and still they saying , they have not received my luggage box yet.

Today it’s 24th January 2024 till now I didn’t received any information about my missing luggage.

Please I request to solve my missing complain as soon as possible.

I travelled on 29 Dec from Riyadh to Sialkot via Bahrain and I lost my bag. I complained to the airport on the same travelling day on 29 Dec 2023 from AlRiyadh to Bahrain and Bahrain to Sialkot. still I am not informed by the staff of the Sialkot airport. they gave me a contact number +[protected] to ask about my luggauge. I tried to contact with them but comes not answering any time I tried to contact with them. what should I do Now?
