Greetings. My family traveled by Gulf air on 11.04.2024 from MAA to JED. During transit, carrier left one of our baggage in BHU. This information we got after reach Jeddah. So we raise a complaint for baggage lost. We submit our boarding proof passport copy everything. During registering the complaint the airport people told us, we will check the baggage in Bahrain, if we found we will send it to Umluj (because our home location is Umluj 550km from JED). After few days the airport people called and told us they found our luggage in Bahrain and they can send up to Jeddah only, they cannot able to send to Umluj. I requested them, from my home location Jeddah Airport is too far, so please send it at least Yanbu airport but they did not do anything. This makes me too much stress. I am registering this complaint for baggage lost and delayed delivery. I need Compensation from the career. I enclosed some proofs for your reference. my mail id: [protected]@yahoo.com
