Odered the Red Green show Complete DVD. Charged my card for $163. Never sent items. They will not responed to any emails, phone calls, or talk to me on live chat. I have sent the information to my credit card company to have them refund the money to my card but who can I report this website to. This is obviously illegal and they need to be stopped. And convicted of fraud.

Please help me with this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kevin.

I filed with the Federal Trade Commission on line, you should too at:
https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_SUBMIT_FLAG=Y

I contacted them about my Muppets DVD boxed set. I bought it at dvddonkey.com. (they keep changing their company name but are all the same: tvaddicts, dvdigniter.com, ultimatedvdshop.com, dvdplanet.com)

They charged my card over $100.00. I contacted them through the live chat AFTER trying the 877-7-TV SHOW (joke) and the 877-TV-SERIES. "Marie" answered and here is our entire conversation:

Please wait for a site operator to respond.
All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.
All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.
You are now chatting with 'Marie'
Marie: hi
Marie: how may i help you?
you: Hello?
you: Hi I just read two recent complaints stating that this company did not deliver over $1000 order and that this company is fake What type of information can you provide to me, ie where they are actually located, phone number, etc.
you: I placed an order earlier this month and now I am concerned.
Marie: our contact number is 1-877-tv-show
Marie: we been in this business for more than 4 years now (at this point I was getting concerned due to the grammar here..."we been in this business...? yikes)
Marie: i dont think we're going to be here until now if we dont provide good customer service
you: is there a way you can check on my order
you: i am only checking because my husband is a police officer and he is mad that i did this on line
you: he said there is so much ID fraud
Marie: well we cannot please everybody, maybe our competitor is doing all this stuff
Marie: we just want to continue providing our customers what they need
you: can you check on my order?
you: and i thought the site said the number is 877-tv series
Marie: that's our other number
you: can you tell me about my order please
Marie: what's your transactin id
you: plus 877 tv show doesnt equal enough numbers
you: my husband is getting the print out for my id number
you: believe me i will file charges if this is fraud
you: why did you give me an incomplete phone number?
you: hello?
you: hello?
you: hello? (after waiting several minutes...)
you: Well well well
you: that's fine
you: thank goodness we are so close with officers in the fraud and forgery department
you: i have recorded this entire conversation
you: i want a call back within 24 hours with an date of delivery of my dvd set
you: You can find my order under Aimee AXXXX
you: along with that you will locate my phone number
Chat session has ended.
And I was "hung-up" on basically.
Does anyone know where they are located so we can contact the fraud and forgery dept? Please respond to my comment. This needs to be stopped!

Got ahold of Karen (1 0f the 3 fake customer service reps of Marie, Karen or Jen) and she would not give me any info on where they are located except for Miami, FL (yeah, right). I was 'hung up" on (session ended) 3 times!

This company has had several incarnations. I bought from them under another name. I ordered the series, "The Paper Chase". I read all the complaints AFTER I placed my order but before I received my merchandise. So, my expectations were very low. Surprisingly, they did send the DVDs. However, they are recorded off of the TV and the quality is s0-so. Given that the series is not available commercially, I was somewhat pleased to have a copy. However, anyone who is expecting a studio quality product will be sorely disappointed. If the series are available elsewhere from a legitimate commercial source, then, by all means, buy them there. For an obscure title, you may want to take a chance. By the way, I think the company is located offshore since they are skirting the copyright laws.

Wow! I was just about to spend a lot of money at DVDDONKEY.COM, but after reading all these complaints, I have since changed my mind. I'm certainly glad I investigate websites that are new to me for any type of complaints. It pays in the end.

I ordered the complete set of Twinpeaks, even got a tracking number. Finally called Canadapost after 2 weeks and they had no record of the number. Sorry I didn't check them out first have learned an expensive lesson. Remember to watch your credit card statement, after all, they have the info.

They offer a DVD set of the TV series "Dark Skies", which doesn't seem to have been produced according to all of the web sites and blogs I have visited after doing a web search for the title.

I ordered Dean Martin set of15 DVD's. The same day my bank Florida Telco the department of fraud prevension called me to ask if I would like to let this transaktion go trought, I realized that the print I had for confirmation had no amount and the price they was trying to charge me was more then the one I agreed to pay. I am so pleased with my bank I had all my money back.
But BE AWARE that when you did the transaction w dvddonkey it was not HTTPS ( it was only http - NOT SECURE ), so your information is out there in Internet not protected.
I had to cancel my debit card and reorder it with new number.

I wish I'd read this before I ordered. My credit card has been debited but nothing from DVDDonkey. I've contacted my credit card company about this. Credit companies need to know and stop allowing cards to be used by these scam sites.

I wish I've seen all these complaints before I ever went to the DVDJackass, opps I mean DVDDonkey.com website. I ordered the complete DVD set of "All in the Family", which totaled $178, including S&H, and taxes. I never received a confirmation email as they state you will within 48 hours. 5 days later my credit card was charged over $190. I am experiencing all the same problems everyone else is. No response to emails or phone calls. They are also changing their name, ie tvshow.com, UltimateDVD.com just to name 2 of their sites.

The word must go out to stop this GRINCH!

The [censored] must be found and prosecuted.

P.S. to my last post most of you probably know that you can contest a fruadulent charge on your credit card and they should revese the charge if you used a debit or check you are probably out the money but worst of all you are still valnerable because your bank or credit union will still pay any new fraudulent charges against your account and even if you close you debit /checking account or open up a new on at the same bank or credit union they will still take the money out of your new account or your savings or over draft sorry to tell you this but it better you here it from me than go through the nightmare of fighting with your own bank for your own money because they will just take it out and they wont give it back you lose both ways. You need to be proactive now even though it going to be a pain you have to close all your account at that bank and move to another if you dont you may lose it all just because of this one bad transaction! Good luck and Wish You the Best!

I had ordered the "Carol Burnett and Friends" package and just received it yesterday and to my amazement, the programs were duplicated on blank media ! These are TV recording with the TV LAND logo on the screen. How can anyone still be a merchant on the web and not have it shut down because of their FRAUDULENT PRACTICE?

I ordered a boxed set of DVDs from DVDDonkey.com. I canceled the order the same day. I not received the DVDs or the refund promised by "Marie" in 6 - 14 working days. Day 14 has come and gone. No refund. I have contacted and filed complaints with the Canadian Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, The Office Of Attorney General of Florida, The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and the Better Business Bureu of Southeastern Florida. The address I have for DVDDonkey is in Miami, FL. I wish I would have checked with the BBB of Southeastern FL before purchasing from this company. The company is rated "F" by the BBB. Not a good sign. The cost of the boxed DVD set was $144. My account was charged $184.92. This is a HUGE amount for shipping. I never received anything so I can't comment on the quality of the DVDs.

I also got suckered! I ordered the complete set of Get Smart for my dad for Christmas - I ordered it three weeks before Christmas, and didn't receive it till the day after - When I opened the package the dvds were copied and poor quality with the TV Land logo appearing on the bottom corner - However the first DVS was The Six Million Dollar Man and the third DVD was Perry Mason! I left several messages along with a not so nice letter and have not heard anything - I will file a complaint with the BBB as well as anyone else I can file with. These people need to be shut down and prosecuted as far as I am concerned! What they are doing is against the law and they must be stopped!

I ordered Stargate 1 in November and was charged 238.32 on my credit card. I called on Dec 16 and left a message. No response. On Dec 18 I chatted on-line with Windy and was told the DVD was on back order. She disconnected before I could cancel. I chatted with later with Micky, Laura and Nancy. All of them disconnected beofre confirming the cancellation. I have sent three E-mails and they were undelivered. I will call again but do not expect to be given a credit. The DVDs were never received and now I have a bill that must be paid. What can we do to stop this fraud.

I ordered the Wonder Years as a Christmas gift on December 5, 2007. I printed out the receipt and never received a confirmation in the promised 48 hours. After a week, I began e-mailing for a response about my order, and then tried the telephone number only to be told that all operators were busy; followed by, "I am sorry, your party is not available, please leave a message." I left them a message alright. On Monday morning, December 17, at 5:00 a.m., I received a phone call from someone who did not speak English. Of course, the whole family was still sleeping and a lot of the conversation was recorded on our answering machine. I kept telling this women I could not understand her, and the only thing any of us could understand was DVDDonkey. I screamed at her out of my frustration of being awakened at that hour and not understanding the caller. Of course, the caller hung up. The charge on my receipt was $78.00, which included over $19.00 in shipping charges. When I received my Visa bill, the charge was $85.32. Just today, December 30, I received an e-mail, that they are getting ready to ship my order as my credit card has now been processed. I did respond as I have already alerted the credit card company and will be reporting them to the FTC. I am so angry at being vulnerable enough to be duped like this. I have shoppped online for several years, never to have anything this slimy occur. I wish I would have reviewed them before making this blunder.
