It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen. But, the way they handled the situation was just plain rude and unprofessional.
So, if you're thinking of buying something from Dwell, I would advise you to think twice. Trust me, you don't want to deal with their terrible customer service and lack of attention to detail. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I gotta say, Dwell ain't worth a single star in my book. I ordered a dining table and chairs from them a whopping 8 weeks ago and paid the full amount like they asked. They told us the chairs would take 5 weeks and the table 9. I was all excited to have it in time for Christmas and to spruce up my place with some new furniture.
But then, at the end of 7 weeks, I messaged them to ask when we could expect delivery. And guess what they said? ANOTHER 9 weeks! I asked why they hadn't told us sooner and they had no answer for me.
I mean, come on now. This is some seriously terrible service. We've asked for a full refund (and honestly, we should be getting some interest on our hard-earned money). I wouldn't order from these jokers again if you paid me.

I tried to fix it myself but was unable to do so. I reached out to dwell and they asked me to submit photographs of the damage. However, to my dismay, they refused to take responsibility for the issue. They even went as far as blaming me for the damage and suggesting that moisture was the culprit. Moisture in a centrally heated house? That's absolute nonsense!
I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the product and even more so with the customer service I received. After spending nearly 4K with them, I thought they would have at least offered a repair or some sort of goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I strongly advise others to avoid dwell.co.uk and their products.
Terrible Experience with Dwell: Late Delivery, No Communication, and Poor Customer Service
I had a really bad experience with Dwell. I ordered something and was told it would be delivered between 12:30 and 2:30. But it didn't arrive until 6:30 PM! I was so frustrated and called Dwell and Wincantin several times, but no one could give me a straight answer.
I even gave them my phone number multiple times, but Wincantin said they never received it. They also said the delivery partner couldn't find my address, but it's on the main road so that doesn't make sense. Plus, I had a previous delivery from them that went smoothly.
What really upset me was that no one called or messaged me to let me know about the delay. I wasted my entire day waiting for this delivery and had to cancel an important doctor's appointment (I'm currently 7 months pregnant).
I gave my number to both Dwell and Wincantin multiple times throughout the day, but no one ever called me back. And why do I have to deal with a third party like Wincantin when I paid my money to Dwell?
Neither company takes responsibility for anything, including the broken table I received and the fact that my phone number wasn't given to the driver. It's really frustrating and feels like harassment as a customer.
I would never recommend Dwell to anyone else after this experience. It's just not worth the hassle.
