I recently purchased two leather sofas from 4seating.com about five weeks ago. Unfortunately, one of the sofas had a scratch on it. At first, I didn't pay much attention to it because it wasn't very noticeable. However, after sitting on the sofa for a week, the scratch got deeper and more noticeable. I immediately called 4seating.com to ask for help, but they refused to assist me. They accused me of causing the scratch myself, which was completely untrue. I tried to contact the Guardian warranty company for a week, but I couldn't get through to them. Finally, I was able to reach them online, but they also refused to help me.
I called 4seating.com again and spoke to a manager named Richard. He told me to fix the sofa myself, but I'm 83 years old and I don't know how to do that. Besides, I shouldn't have to fix a brand new sofa. When I asked Richard what I should do, he simply told me to have a nice day and hung up on me. Richard then tried to change the terms of the return from what Joseph had originally told me when he sold me the chairs.
I tried once again to initiate the return process, but Richard hung up on me. It was clear that the company was not willing to stand by their promises and I had to resort to working with my credit card company to get the items returned and refunded.

Back in June of 2022, my partner and I ordered a leather power sofa from this company with White Glove service. We checked back several times over the following weeks, but didn't get any updates. Finally, they asked us for the same information again (which we resent.) Then, they shipped us hinges for some reason. When we contacted the company, they said they would now order the replacement backrest. The next day, they contacted us again asking what needed to be replaced. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.
Fast forward to November, and we still hadn't received the replacement. We tried to contact the company multiple times to get an update, but didn't get any response. Finally, the replacement arrived unannounced in mid-November. We were relieved, but then the repair company set a date for mid-December. On the scheduled date, after the appointment timeframe, the repair company called us to say that they had to cancel the appointment due to a "medical emergency." They said they would send new details via text message. When we got the text, the appointment was now set for mid-January. We called the repair company to see if they could do it sooner, but they said that was the best they could do. Meanwhile, we received an email from 4Seating saying that the repair company had told them we weren't available for our appointment. After we straightened that out with 4Seating, we received another email offering us $100 to do the swap out ourselves. We told them we wanted the repair company to do it so that it was done correctly and so that they could take away the defective piece. So, we waited some more.
Yesterday, the repair company finally came and made the repair. However, they informed us that they couldn't take the defective part. When we contacted 4Seating, they said it was our responsibility to dispose of it. So, on top of waiting 6 months for a fully functional power sofa, we now have to pay to have the defective backrest disposed of that they originally sent us. White Glove service? More like a white lie!
I would strongly advise you to go anywhere else but this company. You'll be glad you did.
Mixed Experience with 4seating.com: Great Product, Frustrating Delivery, and Shoddy Workmanship
I ordered a recliner couch from 4seating.com on Monday, April 20th after speaking with Zachary from Seatcraft. My wife and I were originally interested in the Europa, but Zachary suggested the Anthem as it is made of top grain leather, while the Europa is made of gel leather. The price difference was not significant, and we appreciated the advice.
Zachary informed me that the item would ship on April 21st to a local mover near me, who would contact me in a day or two to schedule delivery. I decided not to opt for the white glove service, as I am handy with assembling furniture. Zachary assured me that although the couch was heavy, the backrests were not attached and could be carried individually. He suggested that two people should be able to manage carrying the base. Based on his guidance, I chose curbside drop.
However, I would strongly advise against curbside delivery. The couch is incredibly heavy, and if you need to carry it up or down stairs, it is worth paying the $199 for the white glove service. I ended up hiring local movers at the last minute to move it. Additionally, the love seat comes wrapped in lots of cardboard and is placed on a large wooden pallet. The driver did not take the pallet, so I had to break it down into many pieces to ensure it fit inside the trash bins. If I had opted for the white glove service, I would not have had to deal with all of that. So, I highly recommend the white glove service.
Regarding the delivery schedule, Zachary had told me to expect a call from the delivery company, but that never happened. The delivery person arrived on Wednesday, April 22nd, and I was not prepared. I had to sit outside guarding my new couch on the sidewalk while waiting for last-minute hired movers to arrive. It was a long and inconvenient afternoon, and I was not happy about the delivery experience.
As for the couch itself, it is pretty comfortable, and I enjoy it a lot. However, there are some annoying small defects. Firstly, there is a two-inch defect on the seam on the back of the couch where the threads are frayed or missing. Secondly, the leather is sagging where it should sit flush and tight under the center power console (on the fold-out middle table). Lastly, the post that secures the armrest table into the armrest kept popping out, making the table unusable.
The warranty support and customer service are excellent. They answered the phone on the first call and kept in close communication with me by email. For issue 1, they are sending me a new seat back, which will take a few weeks, but I am okay with that. For issues 2 and 3, they provided me with guidance by email on how to fix them myself. The fixes were very simple and quick, and if you can use a screwdriver, you can fix these issues in under 5 minutes.
If buying made in the USA is important to you, then you may be disappointed. Although Seatcraft appears to be a U.S. owned and operated company, it appears that my recliner couch was made in Vietnam (as per the manufacturer label affixed to the bottom of my couch). However, this was not a deal-breaker for me.
Overall, it is a very good product, quite comfortable, and the accessories are very nice. Some shoddy workmanship on the finishing touches is frustrating, but their warranty support and quick response have been very good. The delivery service could have been better, but I realize they outsource that part. If the delivery experience had been better, I would have rated it 5 stars. Overall, this is a great company to do business with, and I would buy furniture from them again.

I placed an order with them way back in January 2021 for two rows of four black leather seats from Seat Craft. They told me I'd get them in April, but the ones I really wanted wouldn't arrive until June. So I settled for the Seat Craft ones, thinking I'd get them by April. But April came and went, and nothing. I called them up and they said they'd be shipping on May 28th. But guess what? Nothing. No tracking info, no phone call, nothing. So I called them up again and they said it'd be the end of June because they were having problems with customers at Long Beach, CA. I mean, what does that even mean? And to top it off, when I asked why they'd be coming from Long Beach when the website said they were made in La Habra, California, they told me they don't make them there anymore. Now they're made in Indonesia! Can you believe it?
Anyway, I was pretty fed up with 4seating.com at this point, so I decided to call another company. And you know what? I got the same look that I wanted, with excellent quality, swivel trays on each seat, and LED lighting on the upholstery and underneath. And get this: I got them in just five days! I saved $3000, too. So thanks for wasting my time for five months with no communication unless I called to confirm the false shipping dates I was given. I don't know if I would have ever gotten those seats if I hadn't called.

Horrible Experience with 4seating.com: Broken Couch and Poor Customer Service
We recently purchased a loveseat from 4seating.com in 2021 for a whopping $3200. However, when we received the product, we were disappointed to find out that the motor didn't lift the legs as it was supposed to. We immediately contacted customer service and spoke to a lady who was kind enough to give us a refund for the couch.
Despite our initial experience, we decided to give the company another chance in 2023 and purchased a different brand of loveseat for the same price. Unfortunately, our second experience was even worse than the first. The middle piece of the loveseat was broken and didn't fit properly, and the paperwork was not attached to the bottom of the feet rests on either care which made us suspect that it was a used couch. To make matters worse, one of the feet rests was bent and the other seat squeaked when we lifted the rest.
When we contacted customer service again, the Manager of customer service told us "basically tough luck." We were extremely disappointed with their response, so we decided to escalate the issue and contacted the owner. Although he did call us back, we missed his call due to being busy.
The company did send us a middle piece to replace part of the broken couch, but they never fixed the other two seats. We were extremely frustrated with the whole experience and felt like we had just purchased a used couch at full market value from criminals.
Overall, this has been the most horrible purchasing experience of the last 10 years. We would NEVER recommend these couches to anyone who can afford them. It's better to save yourself the headache and go to a more reputable furniture company.

I gotta say, I'm not impressed with 4seating.com. I had a Seatcraft purchase from them and one of the cup holders stopped working. I called them up and followed their troubleshooting "help", but now I have two cupholders that are completely worthless. It's a real bummer, especially since I spent a lot of money on this order.
To make matters worse, the second cup holder I discovered was defective from the moment I received it. It's enclosed with a cheap fabric that slides around when you remove it, and now I can't get the cup holder back in with the fabric where it's supposed to be. The cup holder that stopped working is enclosed with a stationary plastic wrap that doesn't move. When I called customer service, they basically told me tough luck - I'm out of warranty and I didn't purchase the extended warranty. That's not exactly what I wanted to hear.
I'm really disappointed in this company. They sent me a $2,500 order with defective products, and when I called them on it, they basically said "too bad". They suggested that I buy new cup holders, but I don't want to spend even more money on something that should have worked in the first place. I called to confirm shipping on the estimated ship date, 4/19 and was told the ship date had been changed to June 11th, what?! They couldn't answer why and had never bothered to update me on the delay. Even though their website said ship time on the sofa was 6 to 7 weeks that was just not true, it's going to be 13 weeks.

4seating contacted me about this review and offered a credit if I would change it to a positive, I emailed them back to clarify credit/partial refund, that was 3 days ago and I have not received a reply. I know 4seating has many good reviews but that just hasn't been my experience, it brings to question if they're offering incentives for all the positive reviews.
Buyer beware - they are also affiliated with Theatreseat and Stargate Cinema... same parent company and service.

Delayed AGAIN. Never called to let me know, found out when I called to confirm.
Completely resolved. The contacted me and offered a suitable alternative with some nice bells and whistles and very fast delivery. Most retailers would have let it go but they did try very hard to make it right. I'm very happy with their response and would use them again.
unethical behavior
Once you place the order you may forget about a good attitude. They really don't help when the issue occurs and you literally stay alone with no assistance. I personally didn't receive my order on time, but they didn't care, didn't offer anything to resolve this problem and were mean to me on the phone. I felt so terrible when talking to them. The tone of her voice brought me to tears, I'm not used to such a rude behavior.
So my complaint is not about issues upon ordering. I am unhappy with your rude service. Please, listen to recordings and find my conversation with Karen (I hope I'm not mistaken), September 29th, in the evening.
Scammers and cheaters!
www.4seating.com is the worst site to buy from, I do not recommend them to anyone. I still haven't received my order and I can't even cancel it. People working for 4seating are just a bunch of liars and scammers, they are rude and unprofessional.
Delivery was taking too long so I called them to find out what was going on and they said that my order was shipped. Next time when I called I spoke with a different person who said that order was not yet shipped. I asked them to cancel it, they asked me to wait and disconnected. I called again and someone else picked up the phone and third person claimed that order was not shipped and that's why there was no way to cancel it! But like 5 minutes ago they claimed that it wasn't shipped!
These people are the worst, I want my money back and I'm already sick of this! Please, I need help!
They have problems with the delivery
I bought home theatre from the website www.4seating.com. I placed the order before The St. Valentine’s day and they promised to add the small present. I waited for the theatre and it took 2 month to receive the order. It was terrible, because I wasted a lot of time to get news or any replies from the seller. I don’t advise other people with these slow guys.

We purchased home theatre seats from the website www.4seating.com. We placed the order two weeks before our wedding anniversary. Everything was ok, because we have received the papers and documents, but the seller hasn’t delivered them till the deadline. All our emails about the order and requests to help us were simply ignored. They didn’t care about your problems and didn’t want to provide any help or support.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
4seating took payment for reclining chair. The chair has not been delivered. No sensible response obtained from website or telephone. Telephone only gets sales person who knows nothing about the company and cannot pass on an enquiry and does not call back as promised.
