Do NOT buy from this company! They lie and lie and lie. Their product breaks and you may never see it again if you decide to give them a chance and send it back.
I purchased a Mandalorian Mayhem with neopixle blade for my son's birthday in October of 2023 as he had seen this company at a Convention in Pittsburgh. I didn't do my research and check this company out first and that is on me for sure! In Feburary 2024 the Neopixle blade stopped working. They asked my son to send it to them for repair under their warranty and he did using his own money as they won't pay for the return. It was sent back March 2nd.
Months went by, and my son reached out several times. So many different reasons were given as to why they had not yet sent it back or sent a replacement. Once they finally said they sent it the tracking showed this was not the case. August 10th after more lies and more email excuses I finally got a small box. It was not the correct insides in the base nor did they send the blade back. They threw in an empty base and thought that would make us happy.
It has now been months since we let them know they didn’t send the right items as well as it being incomplete. They have again lied to us about sending anything as the tracking given for this last promised correction has been showing waiting for a drop off since July 25th. Today is September 18th. They also created another label on September 11th with UPS and that one also says it has not been dropped off yet. They just gave my son another excuse as to why they lied this time and it was not sent hoping to keep him strung along since he is being nice to them in his emails. They also have blocked me and will not communicate with me since I have seen through their bull crap.
This is no way to run a business! I can’t believe they are still allowed as vendors at so many events. Please go look at the BBB website to see the kind of “customer service” they actually provide. As of today we still have not received a working blade back from the company and they have lied so many times about it being sent out I can't believe anything they are telling my son at this point. Their word CAN NOT be trusted! DON"T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Contact your credit card company or PayPal (depending on how you paid) to dispute the transaction and request a chargeback, citing the failure to provide the correct product and numerous deceptive practices by DX Sabers. Additionally, file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and consider reporting the company to consumer protection agencies for fraudulent activity. Keep all documentation of communication and tracking details as evidence. You can also leave reviews on consumer platforms to warn others. If no resolution is found, consider legal action.
