I'm really happy
I'm really happy. I contacted eMerchantClub to check if they were a good choice for drop shipping. After talking to my sales person, I was all set to begin. I really liked that THEY made my website. I also had a personal marketing rep who showed me the website features and how to promote my business. I've already made some sales. I hope this becomes my main source of income, so I'm working really hard!

I had an appointment to set up my website, but the website technician said her computer wasn't working. She promised to call me back in 10 minutes, but she never did. When I called them, there was no answer. I think this dropship is a fake and steals people's money. They only build the website but don't want to help you the rest of the way, even though they claim they will help every step of the way to make your business successful. They lied. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their products.

EmerchantClub, I think it's a scam. The things they sell, most people wouldn't buy. I should've checked them out more before signing up. They said there's a two-step cancellation process. You have to fill out a form and then call a number. But when you call, nobody answers. You have to leave a message and wait 48 to 72 hours for a response. If you want to lose money, go ahead and sign up with this company. I never signed up for their website once I realized they mostly dropship off-brand stuff. Don't waste your time and money dealing with this company.

I signed up for emerchantclub.com to get a website on July 3, 2022. They told me that my website would be up and running. After signing up, I started receiving emails. A few days later, I had training to learn how to use the website. Before the training, I received an email saying that my website was working. I visited the website and it was indeed working, but it already had preloaded items that I couldn't choose from the three warehouses the company provided. The items on the website were not something anyone would buy. During the training, they tried to convince me to upgrade to a more expensive plan for over $***, but I declined. The trainer didn't seem happy with my decision and quickly ended the call. Around 30 minutes after the training, my website stopped working. I couldn't access it using the domain name I had chosen for my business. I paid for the website but only had it for one day. If I encounter any issues while trying to cancel my website with emerchantclub.com, I will file a police report. According to the law, I have the right to cancel my account if the website doesn't work. My next payment would have been due in August 2022. When you don't upgrade or give emerchantclub.com more money, their attitude towards you changes.

Fraud alert! False advertising! They advertise on their website that you'll be able to purchase items wholesale at a deep discount and then sell them on the internet for three times the price. But once you have access to the warehouse you'll find that the items are priced at half of what you pay as an emerchantclub member. It's next to impossible to cancel your membership as well. You have to call and email and call and email and keep explaining why you do not want it to agents who continually try to make you keep the service.

Recent communication to the Technical Support Department: I have repeatedly complained regarding your inability to provide a secure order page on your end by ascertaining the proper site security certificate needed for ecommerce transactions. Your response per phone communications has been that you were working on this and expect an upgrade in the near future. This response has been used in excess of 6 months while potential customers move on to secure websites to order. Recently I was told that I need to pay extra for this service. I suppose a secure webpage is not included in the $199.99 yearly charge to customers for the annual Magento upgrade that E-merchant Club provides.

Upon learning that five-hundred-fifty-seven inquires were received, requests to purchase items, and no notifications were received, by CAMCO Distributors to process these orders; prompted an immediate request to terminate the membership.The employee was questioned, and offered no explanation as to why I was never advised of this situation. This situation, was very costly to me. I was offered three months' membership fees at no cost, to not terminate the membership. My refusal was ignored, for the charge for the fees was made, money was deducted from my account. My complaint to the bank, resulted in a refund of the unauthorized charges. I was fortunate.Your time and considerations in this matter are valued; I look forward to your comments and reply.Sincerely

This is one of the worst companies I've ever encountered on the internet...They are very happy for you to sign up... But it is exceptionally hard for you to cancel. I registered with the company thinking it was a great company... I read about the company and didnt like their feedback or their reviews, so i decided to cancel... When i called they told me its a 2 step progress...I registered in beginning of April... I cant and their customer service suck...it is now in the middle of May ...and these people are now trying to charge me for using their site when i havent even used their site...I am now being charged $99 dollars for membership and i specifically called to cancel 3 days after the initial set up stating i want to be cancelled...This is highly a totally rip off... because If it's that simple to setup, it should be that easy to cancel...Now I am being charged for something i didnt use...They deserve a -10 . They are very poor at cancelation but easy to take your money and charge you... That's how they thrive and still alive to take more money from innocent people which their whole site is unappealing boring and not up to speed...If you want a headache with non corresponding adults about canceling this craziness more power to you..

This company lied and said that I would make money with them and haven't received anything I paid for. I don't have a search engine [$224] SEO upgrade [$199]. I can't even search my products and they haven't given me anything. They said forget me and are taking money out of my account [$39.99]. They even billed my daughter for the [$39.99] and that is fraud.

When I told them to cancel, they complied, but are now stating that I owe 29.95 and have threatened to put the account in collections, although I never gave consent for any of the service. They have begun to harass me although, they are the ones who have unethical practices. There has been no effort to resolve this— just threats to ruin my credit.

They kept puttin' me on hold, sayin' they gonna call me back, but they never did. I told tech support, this guy named ***, and a bunch of other folks, startin' in April that I wanna buy my domain name so I can cancel my membership. Today, they finally transferred the domain name, but then they charged me for the next year's update. I canceled my membership, but they say they can't give me my money back. I had all these conversations on the phone.

However, what you actually get for your money is a useless website with low-quality products. I'm trying to dispute the $29.95 charge from EMerchant Club on Oct. 3, 2021. My account number is *** and the transaction date is Oct. 3, 2021. I asked to cancel my membership and stop the charges because of the poor technical support and ongoing issues with the website. The customer service staffs have been humiliating me and not resolving the problem. They even threatened to send the bill to a collection agency if I dispute it. According to the first agreement over the phone on Sept. 28, 2021, the bill wasn't supposed to be charged until Nov. 3, 2021. They interrupted me with intentional noise and abruptly hung up without addressing the issue. Today, they charged $29.95 to my bank account and didn't keep any of the agreements. They only gave unreasonable excuses and refused to cancel or stop the charges. I had to report their outrageous conduct and warn people about their fraudulent business practices.

Consequently, I enrolled in their monthly service at $14.95. On attempting to order the wine holders that day, I was charged $7.50 each for shipping, contrary to the agreement. I emailed the representative about this discrepancy. My email detailed the agreed shipping cost of $3.50 each, but I was being charged $7.70 each, threatening a refund request if unresolved.
