Same story here ! I am a victim of this unauthorized charges practices as well. I ordered flowers on March 09 at ProFlowers.com. I've just noticed that I was being charged $14.95 for 5 months by this Easy Saver thing since then.

I just contacted Easy Savers at [protected] and simply told them I never enrolled any membership from them and wanted all previous charges refunded to me. The lady I spoke with didn't give me any resistance which I was quite surprised about and said they will stop charging me from this month and the refund should be all in a total reflected on my next statement (Sept). She also gave me a confirmation code for reference. Let's see how this refund goes and I will come back here for another complaint if I don't get my refund by next month.

I am so disappointed about Proflowers.com and hesitated to purchase from them again. They should have do sth to stop this going on as they've already received so many complaints or reports about this !

Thanks everyone who had posted a complaint about Easy Saver and shared with your useful story on getting the refund.

To stop further charges, go to www.easysaverrewards.com and log in with your email address and zip code. You can easily cancel your membership.

You can also call them at [protected] and request to cancel your membership.

Answered an ad for a list of used cars in my area. Charge was $1.95 for the first month to get the list. I was given a date to cancel by or I would be charged $19.80 per month thereafter. Before the first month expired I called back to cancel because I had not received their list. Was assured by the operator that my subscription was canceled. Over a two month period of time, three different companies have charged my account $19.80.

I have called Bargain Network to no avail. I am now pursuing action through my bank to try and stop the payments.

I was reviewing my credit card statement when I saw a charge of $14.95 for a company called Easy Saver. I went back through my statements and discovered that this company has been charging my account for several months. I didn't question it at first, because I do sometimes buy small items over the internet and the company name may be different than the one I purchased from. To make a long story short, in June of 2008 I purchase items from Blair House. Supposedly there is an option at the end of the purchase to get a $20 savings on your next order. Thinking that that's a good deal, I clicked on the offer, not realizing that after 30 days I would be charged a membership fee of $14.95 a month for Easy Saver. This is truly a scam and unless you read and understand what you are accepting on the internet, you will be charged these amounts. I called Easy Saver at [protected], and disputed the charges and requested my money back for all charges. I spoke to the first representative who could only credit back 2 of the charges. I then spoke with an account specialist to agreed to credit back the balance, which I was told would take approximately 2 months.
I suggest that you read carefully when offered savings and check your credit card immediately after receiving it and if you see anything for Easy Saver, immediately call them at the number above and inform you to cancel your unauthorized membership.
Also, contact the company from which you made the original purchase and inform them of the practices of this company so they will consider discontinuing their association with them.

I purchased flowers from ProFlowers and was immediately charged $1.95 from Easy Saver. Then for the next 6 months charges of $14.95 appeared on my VISA. I never authorized these charges. I initiated a fraud investigation with my account and they refunded the money and closed the account. Will never purchase from ProFlowers again.

On 12/23 I ordered flowers from ProFlowers and probably clicked a box that said save an additional $10.00. I saw a charge of $1.95 immediately after the ProFlowers charge for the flowers and really didn'y think about it. I missed the $14.95 charge in January, but caught it in February. I immediately contacted VISA who inturn stated that they'd contact EasySaver and cancel my "subscription" and request one month's credit be given. That was as much as they could do. They, however, recommended that I contact EasySaver and request the balance be refunded. I'll be doing that tomorrow and following the many great suggestions found on this site. Be careful out there. I thought I was!

I don't know about getting your money back, but call your credit card company and declare this a fraudulent charge. They will have to cancel your current card and reissue you a new card leaving you without you credit card for a week or two but it will be worth it. I just did this with my credit card company yesterday and didn't even bother with Easy Saver. What they are doing is unscrupulous.

I ordered flowers through ProFlowers.com and in order to get to the checkout, I was directed to view easysaver.com. I did not accept their offer for service and processed my flower order to my daughter. The next thing I know, I have a $14.95 charge on my bank statement for Easy Saver. This was my second purchase through ProFlowers.com and I read all the material regarding Easy Saver the first time. I did not agree to their service! This is a fatal flaw for anyone purchasing from ProFlowers.com and I am not the first customer to have this issue. The flowers were great, but I will never purchase flowers through PROFLOWERS.com again!

My complaint is about ProFlowers, when I order flowers, I did not expect to be put in an Easy Saver Program. I'll never ordering from ProFlower again. I have been ordering flowers on line for about 5 years now. NEVER AGAIN! I did not understand that when I ordered flowers, I would be charges for a program I did not want to have, or try.

This is wrong for Companies to push programs on you to try and you are expected to cancel in 30 days. Who remembers to cancel.

I had 7 unauthorized charges from Easy Saver and after reading other complaints related to Proflowers.com I called and asked to speak to a manager right off. When I spoke to this manager, he was very helpful and said all my money would be refunded. I have only just called a few minutes ago, but am hopeful this issue will be resolved.

My husband ordered flower from ProFlowers.com and since then we were charged $14.95 each month for Easy Saver.com. These are charges we never authorized and apparently we are not the first people to have had this problem. I suggest if you order from ProFlowers.com you make sure you don't receive additional charges later from Easy Saver.com.

I am being charged 14.95/mo. after making a purchase to Proflowers. These charges seem to be hidden somewhere in the order form or are in required fields. I am looking for two months of refunds.

I recently made a purchase from ProFlowers.com and I guess this was something that was hidden in the fine print. I have made numerous purchases without any problems from 1800flowers. I figured I would try ProFlowers. I won't make that mistake again. Thanks for this site and the articles giving the phone number. They did not want to return any of my money. I got some of it but considered this a lesson learned.

This company is a rip-off. I ordered some flowers from Pro-flowers. Easy Saver got a hold of my credit card number and have been charging me for past three months. When I asked them to refund my money, they would only do it for one month.

I have the same situation about which many others have written. An order from ProFlowers hit my CC in November, 2008 and I never questioned it at the time as I knew that my wife periodically uses their services. Several days later there was a charge of $1.95 from Easy Saver and I didn't think much of it given how small the charge was (and we use the CC for a lot of things). The next few months there was a charge of $14.95 per month and - while I should have caught it - I missed it. So now I have to call them and blast them for the charges. I also have to complain to ProFlowers. And as an aside - my wife doesn't remember the ProFlowers order that started the whole thing - so I need to run that down as well.

I have 2 charges on my account from Easy Saver for $14.95 each. When I try to call the toll free number [protected] I receive a message that there is difficulty with the line and to try again later. I have never been able to get through. I want these charges reversed as they were not authorized. How do I make this happen?

I purchased some party supplies from Orientaltrading.com and after took a survey. I DID NOT agree to any deals or extra charges. After looking at my debit card statement I saw random charges that were only labeled Easy Saver with the phone number [protected]. I am very unhappy that I did not authorize these payments and they were made completely with out my knowledge. I am going to contact Oriental Trading as soon as possible to tell them of this.

I completely agree with all of the negative statements made about easy saver. I think that Tommas, who last complained before me said it wonderfully when he said "Obviously, their business practices are disingenuous at best, since I, and many others, have been fooled by this blatantly unethical business practice."

I was also billed by Easy Saver Rewards (EASY SAVER [protected] PA) for $14.95 per month after making a purchase on Proflowers.com. Easy Saver is apparently associated with ProFlowers and beause of this I somehow ended up with the charges. I called my bank right away and they took care of the charges already present. I have yet to talk to an Easy Saver Rep and do not relish the coming forceful conversation I will have with them. I also plan to contact ProFlowers and see what they have to say. I have already told everyone I know never to use any services that ProFlowers has to offer as it leads to scam. I will certainly never make a purchase from there again.

I am so thankful for this site. I noticed these charges today when I finally had time to sit down and examine my statement. I initially saw them and assumed they were fueling charges and never gave it another thought.

Turns out - this company which I have NO idea who / what it is has been charging me 14.95 for the last 10 months. Luckily I called the number posted on this site and had success in getting my credit card refunded. There was no difficulty with this process - I talked to a Tonya and she was very nice and accomodating. She tells me I account will be credited with the over $100 they have charged without my authorization.

Sincere thanks to this site! You saved me a huge headache!

With all the negative publicity Easy Saver ahs been receiving, I wanted to let everyone know that we had a positive experience in resolving the monthly Easy Saver charges my son incurred for inadvertently signing up when he was ordering flowers on ProFlowers. I called [protected] as suggested by others on this web site and spoke with Christina. She couldn't have been nicer and agreed immediately to not only cancel the membership, but also to return all the charges incurred thus far (3 payments). Obviously, Easy Saver has heard the complaints and has changed its approach. It took me less than 5 minutes to get someone on the line and get the situation rectified. Thank you all for your advice on how to handle.

I had the SAME THING happen to me today. I was checking my bank statement and had a charge today of 14.95 that I did not recognize. I called the number associated with this charge and got the automated voice recording stating it was easy rewards, WHATEVER THAT IS!... It said associated with purchasing flowers from Pro-Flowers for mothers day! I will never purchase from Pro Flowers again after getting that unauthorized charge and now seeing how many other people this has happened to. Fortunately, thanks to another post from someone above I got an 800 number I could speak to someone and right off the bat I said "I have an unauthorized charge on my account that I need credited back immediately", thankfully he was very helpful and said no problem, and the credit will be done in the next 7-10 business days(which I'm not thrilled about). I will definately be checking to make sure that it was credited, and that this so called membership I so called signed up for will be cancelled. I am just irate that so many people have been taken advantage of through this ordeal!
If this happens to you, make sure you call [protected] and DEMAND your money back and threaten to take it to the media if they don't cooperate. Also, I think everyone affected here should STOP using pro-flowers!

I too bought flowers for Mother's Day and was charged the $1.95 fee and this month was charge $14.95. I really don't care about going through the hassle of getting my money back, but I have just used their online cancellation system to cancel my account. It said I should receive no further charges. I most definately will not be buying flowers online from Pro-Flowers. The sad thing was that I was lured into this by a college loan website thing set up by Sallie Mae (UPromise). Too much trouble to be worth the 'savings'. I will try to update this to see if they successfully stop charging my account. Glad I googled it, otherwise they probably would have charged me for months!

I made an order of Proflowers.com, then got an email with a cupon for $15 off my next purchase. I had the coupon emailed to me, I used it and it worked. What I didnt know is that I was signing up for a 30 day trial service. After the trial period over you start getting charge $14.95. I called and they refunded me the charge and ended my subsciption with no issues. Very sketchy!

I purchased flowers for my mom on Proflowers.com. I thought it would be nice to give her flowers. I have learned my lesson because I inadvertently signed up for some membership through easy saver. I don't know who this company is and why they charged me but I never authorized that. Where is the respect for people's personal banking information? I called the number that my bank gave me and Easy Saver was very prompt in refunding my money. Regardless, I think it is very shady and unethical of easy saver AND proflowers to scam their customers this way. I will never use proflowers again and will tell all of my friends and family about this so they don't get scammed as well.

I ordered a plant from ProFlowers in December 2008. In April 2009 I discovered credit card charges for $14.95 a month dating back to December 2008 for a merchant named Easy Saver.

This is a scam. When you order something from ProFlowers, they provide your info to Easy Saver and charge your credit card for $14.95 a month and hope you don't notice.

Don't order from ProFlowers unless you enjoy being ripped off.

I noticed in my bank statements a charge of 14.95 that I didn't buy. Digging a little further, I found that this company has been charging me for the last 4 months that price. I googled them, which lead me to this site. I read a few of the postings and found some useful information. Someone said to call this number [protected] and complain to the manager. I guess enough people have done that because when I called, the phone rep took care of the issue. She terminated my account and said that I should see my money back in 1-3 business days. I have a charge for $ 1.95 Easy Saver on 5/29/09.
I have a charge for $ 14.95 Easy Saver on 6/29/09.

What is this? I have not authorized any automatic charges to my account for unheard of Easy Saver.

I recently noticed that my bank account was charged twice for the amount of $14.95 within 2 weeks of eachother for some company called Easy Saver. After reading some consumer posts I realized that it was a rip-off site. I guess these guys automatically sign you up when you purchase something online on specific websites. I think mine was because I sent flowers using Proflowers.com. I remember that when I sent the flowers I had an option to get free shipping, but I never was informed that I would be automatically signed up with this company Easy Saver. So they've been taking this money out and when you call them it's a recorded message that asks more my membership number. Supposedly I was supposed to receive a membership card in the mail, but I haven't seen anything. Hopefully my bank refunds me my money, but everyone know's that banks aren't really good at anything, but taking your money. So if you're thinking about ordering anything online make sure that you check for this hidden membership. Times are tough for everyone right now and this company is stealing money from people. Everyone should be working to boost up the economy and not bring it down so that a few idiots can get rich. I wonder how the people from Easy Saver can even sleep at night knowing that they may very well be taking the money from some people who need it to buy food for their children. One word Easy Saver, KARMA...It's a ###!

Easy Saver charged my credit card $14.95 for a "service" that I supposedly signed up for when I made an order with ProFlowers. The Customer Service rep at Easy Saver, [protected], said she verified that I had clicked on "Agree" to their terms and conditions thus the monthly charges. She also said that I had received an email explaining the benefits of the Easy Saver and that I should have cancelled at the time if I did not want the service. I never agree to the service nor did receive an email. The CS rep initially stated that for another 0ne-time payment of $24.95 I could get a full year of service. I declined, asked for a refund and she replied that she had the authority to refund the most recent charge. I asked about a refund for the other two months and after several minutes of checking, the CS rep agreed to refund the additional two months as well. In closing the CS rep asked me to give the transaction two billing cycles to process. We'll see...

I too as well as many at this site have been billed since May 5th for Flowers that I purchased at Proflowers. The first charge was $1.95 and then every month since then has been $14.95. I had been mistaking it for a credit protection plan. When i finally called the 800 #, I realized that it wasnt and was not sure what it was. I immediately called my credit card company and put in a fraud claim. Which is not a guarantee that I will get it refunded. Do I need to be calling easy saver and cancelling a membership that i never agreed to to begin with?

I was going through my transaction history on my bank account today when I noticed a $14.95 charge that had been going on for the past 4 months, listed as "CHECKCARD 09/02 EASY SAVER [protected] MD" Having no idea what this was, I gave them a call. After a brief hold, a woman came on (who was very kind) and I asked her what this service was, and told her that I never signed up for it. She gave me a brief (30 seconds maybe) sales pitch about how they help you save money on travel expenses and other garbage. I asked her how I was signed up for this, and she told me that after I put my email address in for an order at ProFlowers.com I was signed up. I told her I thought I was tricked and would like a full refund of all money charged to my account. She was very nice and said she would cancel the service and refund all of my money to me, and that it would show up in my bank in 7-10 business days. We'll see.

In February, 2009, I ordered flowers from Pro Flowers.com. Unknown to me, I was signed up for Easy Saver. When I got my first bill, I called and was told that my Easy Saver enrollment would be canceled. Since then, my wife has been paying the $14.95 per month and I just realized what it was this month. I want to be dropped from that enrollment and refunded what I have been charged. If necessary, I will take this to Virginia Department of Consumer Affairs.

Looks like this complaint is not anything new here, same deal, I purchased some flowers form proflowers.com back in May, and today when I checked my credit card bill, I notice the $14.95 charges, 7 months later. So apparently I have been charged $14.95 for 6 months and $1.95 for the 1st month for "enrollment fees". I immediately called Proflowers.com and they forwarded my call to Easy Saver. So, I talked to the guy and demanded my money back, luckily they were really understanding, and they promise they will cancel my membership and reimburse my 7 months of payments. He said it will take 2 business days for me to see the credit, I really hope he is going to do what he said, otherwise, I am going to hunt them down again.

Bottom lines, I am never ordering from proflowers.com again.

Easysavers was underhanded in the way they sign up customers...BUT I had no problem getting my money back...read on...
I saw a charge from Easysavers on my monthly bank statement. I checked with my husband to see if he had bought anything from this company. He said no, so I went online to check into this company. When I typed in Easysavers, the search led me to this site. I read some of the complaints and printed them out, ready to go to the bank to try to get the charge reversed. I decided to give the company a call, using the number (above) from one of the posts.
I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH DAVE, LETTING HIM KNOW THAT I WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS CHARGE. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT MY HUSBAND HAD SENT ME FLOWERS FROM PROFLOWERS BUT THAT HE HAD NOT JOINED EASYSAVERS. DAVE EXPLAINED THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND SENT THE FLOWERS, HE HAD CLICKED A BUTTON WHICH GAVE HIM A $10.00 DISCOUNT, SIGNED UP FOR AND AUTHORIZED EASYSAVERS TO CHARGE OUR ACCOUNT.
HE INFORMED ME THAT WE HAD BEEN CHARGED 9 TIMES AND HAD PAID $1.95 INITALLY. HE THEN...
REFUNDED ALL OF THE CHARGES, EVEN THE $1.95. HE WAS VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE...GIVE THEM A CALL...

I was billed for Easy Saver ... when I called the number it said that I had made a purchase for pro flowers .. which I did, but I do not want this easy saver service. I called the toll free number [protected] and did not receive a real person to clear this account and charge. The billing occurred on my August, September and October Discover charge card for 14.95 each. Is there any way these charges can be reversed? I would appreciate a reply and credit to my account.
