EasySaver Rewards Unauthorized credit card charges

They will claim that you signed up for their program through another company, in my case they claimed I signed up through Oriental Trading. They are more than happy to cancel your "subscription" but you will have to speak with a manager for refunds.
In my case, since they had been charging me for over a year, the manager offered me a $100 refund. I told him in no uncertain terms that his business was nothing more than a scam and the charges made on my card were 100% fraudulent and that I would be compelled to take legal action to prevent them from ripping off any other people like myself if they did not give me a FULL refund. He placed me on another hold but then gave me a full refund.
This is the number I called: [protected]
These companies make me SICK!

EasySaver Rewards Repeated Billing w/ no service provided

I noticed on my year end statement that I have a monthly charge of $14.95 to my credit card paid to Easy Saver, Phone # [protected] MD. I don't remember ordering anything lately. Last year I did place an order with ProFlowers that i noticed had this number also. I think I am being scamed. I should have looked more closely to my monthly credit card statement.

EasySaver Rewards Stay away from these ppl

Somehow, on April 13th I got signed up with Club Membership Rewards; I do NOT remember agreeing to any such thing. A few days ago I was checking my bank account online like I do semi-regularly, and saw a $19.80 charge. At first I thought little of it, because on 18th I took my sister in for a doctor's appointment and I thought I remembered paying for food at a restaurant with my card. Now I remembered I used cash so that could not possibly have been it. Now on the 24th I get a letter in the mail from Club Membership Rewards, dated the 21st, saying how pleased they are that I've decided to save money using Easy Saver. It gives me (a) membership ID, shows my zip code, an enrollment date of April 13th, the 19.80 charge, and the scheduled billing date of May 20th. This is bogus, for I don't remember agreeing to any such thing from these people. Since I can't see the bank on Monday because of Memorial Day, I will be on the 26th and take the matter up directly with the bank to see what they can do. I want my near-20 bucks back! I'm already in a enough of a bind due to my own momentary loss of common sense with the Subscribers Services from Arvada Colorado that it appears I'm stuck with. The last thing I need is some company that gets in their head to start charging my meager bank account charges that I don't ever remember receiving a phone call about, let alone agreeing to.

It's a never ending ordeal when trying to cancel this service. I was given a phone number and a website and neither one is of any help. All I want to do is cancel and to have this company stop any more transactions on my account.

EasySaver Rewards Unauthorized Debit Card Charges

They have been sucking money out of my account for some time now in increments of $16.95. What is further disgusting is the fact that you cannot get a person on the line whose number is registered with the deit card company.
I am a very determined person and if possible i will hang their nuts out to dry over this. Texas has a very strong Consumer Protection Agency, especially when elders are concerned.
Also, the debit card is from Walmart and they are not into internet games at all.

EasySaver Rewards fraud

Myeasysaver stole over $170.00 from me for the last year. I orded a product on line and somewhere myeasysaver stole the information and has been charging me $14.95 for months. I called them cancelled my account, cancelled my debit card, and with the threat of calling the fraud dpt at my local police station I was refunded the full amount. I contacted the company I had made the purchase from and they have added new security to protect the customers. They were not giving out the information myeasysaver was stealing it!

EasySaver Rewards Attempt to cancel easy saver and american leisure

I have been trying to cancel my"account" with Easy Saver and EMI*American Leisure. I spoke with a young man with a very heavy accent ( asked him to repeat several times) and he became very rude and continued to tell me how great the services were. I continued to ask him to cancel and he continued to tell me about the services, until I was almost yelling and he continued to ignore my request. I finally hung up. How do I get to someone who will help me.

EasySaver Rewards Theft?

Live in Sweden. Sent flowers to relatives in the US on a couple of occasions via www.proflowers.com

Have to admit that I am not too careful about checking my account but did today. Seems as if Easy Saver have been charging me $14.95 for 20 months!

Did not have a clue of how this happened but from searching the internet on Easy Saver I realize that I am not the only one falling for this very clever fraud of theirs. I have not knowingly signed for any membership with Easy Saver but apparently that was something that happened when applying for some extra bonus on the following purchase with Proflowers...

Have emailed Proflowers and Easy Saver and requested a refund but from what I've read I have not much to expect... Also filed a complaint with the BBB.

So - stay away from Proflower.com and Easy Saver.

EasySaver Rewards Stupid People Don't Read

LET ME TELL YOU ALL SOMETHING... OKAY? I happen to be one of those women/men who answer those phones at the CALL CENTER that you are calling and verbally abusing. Really, is that necessary. Most of us who answer those phones have worked there less time that you have been being charged. We didn't work there when it happened, we didn't enter in any of your information FOR you, we are working in one of the hardest industries there is and yet...why do we chose to be there... because we like to HELP. We are helpers when we answer that phone. While we do understand your frustration - we want to help remedy the situation. Every company will do something that angers you at some point. It's how they resolve the issue that matters. That gal on the other end of the phone had nothing to do with your enrollment. Yet, daily we get yelled at, cursed, and verbally abused as soon as we as how we can HELP you. What part of HELP don't you understand. YOU made the mistake of the enrollment in the Easy Saver Rewards Program. YOU are the ones who have been negligent in checking your accounts weekly... if not DAILY - like I do! Believe it or not, it's not a SCAM. We have been in busines for over 30 years and have over a million satisfied customers... who DO read the smaller print, (which in this case there IS no fine PRINT! It's an entire webpage that TELLS you to 'ENTER YOUR INFORMATION MANUALLY"... where it says "ENTER YOUR INFORMATION TO JOIN THE EASY SAVER REWARDS PROGRAM!" So, PLEASE... remember when you call that we truly do understand you are surprised, upset, angry, irrate and even threatening to report us to the BBB. Well, we ARE members of the BBB! Just try to be nice. You get alot farther with honey than vinegar. We are not responsible for what happened in your situation...however, we are kind enough to take the abusive from you... and still resolve the situation for you to your satisfaction! We like to have happy customers! We post our phone number on every charge on your bank statement. The bank has our phone number. It's no scam. The fact of the matter is that you didn't read. So, because you didn't read, just clicked clicked and clicked, you call and curse at us! Hey, some of us are good Christian women and we don't deserve to be talked to the way you talk to us. YOU made the mess... now, try to be kind to us while we resolve the problem to the best of our ability and to your satisfaction. Just stop yelling at us!

Brandi,

You, just like the company you work for are a liar. Your company is in fact not accredited by the BBB. Actually you all received a D in the gradings of your company and in the last 36 months there have beenl with nearly 1, 000 complaints against your company to the BBB (this means the BBB has had to take action in the resolution of that many complaints), that's on top of the class action suit and complaints to banks and the attorney general of different states.

What you do is a joke. If you don't like people yelling at you all day, switch jobs. I worked in a call center, I know how it works. It's the easiest job on earth, so when you say you all are doing one of the most difficult jobs there is, that gives me a lot of incite into your abilities.

After having numerous conversations with your company and Proflowers, I learned that you all provided me with what ProFlowers calls "incorrect information". Even Proflowers is ashamed of the information you all provided to me. Your company actually admitted to me that in the pop-up where they accept your email address as an electronic signature, there were no details describing that there was a charge for any services, what that charge is or that it is a monthly charge. What your company told me was in fact an admission of illegal actions. Luckily, I have enough wits about me to know the proper channels to go through to pursue more than the large refund your company owes me, but to ensure the proper legal actions are taken to keep you all and Proflowers from continuing your sickening scam and lying about how you do it.

Your work for crooks and if I were you, I wouldn't go around announcing that information. have you ever heard the cliche, "guilty by association"?

Brandi,

First of all, I am not a stupid person and I do read. Luckily, I am one of those people who check my accounts daily and noticed the UNAUTHORIZED easy saver charge the first day and acted quickly to get my money back. We were charged because my husband ordered me flowers while deployed and received a pop up that said "you earned a shipping rebate". The box then instructed him to enter his email address to get the refund. There was no webpage that made him put in all of his information manually. He simply entered his email address and hit enter and then proflowers shared his bank information with Easy saver. That is what I, and many others, consider FRAUD. No one had our permission to share that information. And if your company is so legit, then why are there 25 pages of complaints, all from customers who did not agree for Easy Savers services and who never received the "enrollment package" that your company claims they send out? In fact, not a single one of us even received the shipping rebate that we originally clicked to get. All any of us got were months and months of charges we didn't authorize. So, excuse us for being a little upset when we call in to get our money back. If you don't like our attitudes, then work for a more legit company! And please, stop posting your same complaint repeatedly. No one wants to read the same message 10 times.

"Well, we ARE members of the BBB!"

You keep proclaiming that Easy Saver Rewards is a member of the BBB (on every complaint it would seem) however a quick search of the BBB shows not only that this business is not a member, but that it also has a D+ rating. Very interesting. Why is that?

I hate this! I´m living in Spain, and once i bought flowers to my girl in ProFlowers and it happened the SAME. They have been charging in my Visa $14, 95 every month since April 2010. I´m going to explain all this mess to my attorney, and I hope Proflowers refund all my money. Hate it!

EasySaver Rewards Unauthorized Charges to Debit Card

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~SHOPPERS BEWARE!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I noticed an unauthorized charge on my March 2010 bank statement. After checking my bank statement from the previous month, I noticed an unauthorized charge on it as well. The charge was listed as "merchant purchase terminal, " indicating that they stemmed from a purchase I made either at a retail or grocery store.
EasySaver Rewards Fraudlent Charges
I too just noticed a charge for $14.95 per month that has been billed to my credit card since January 2009 after purchasing $35 in flowers from Proflowers.
I tried to call Easy Saver but could not reach them so I called Proflowers customer service. The rep explained that I had probably signed up for the "service" on check out and did not realize that I had. I requested a full refund of all charges and am waiting for the call from Easy Saver. I will post their reply here.
I will certainly never order from Proflowers again because they know that this company is practicing questionable ethics and yet they continue to be affiliated with them.
BEWARE!
I couldn't figure out who the hell Easy Saver was, I was getting billed 14.95 a month for the last three months, I thought it was something my husband had, so I finally asked him and he said no, besides I am the only one with this card, so I went back and looked and in Dec they charged me 1.95, then in Jan 14.95, Feb 14.95 and in March 14.95, so I started looking on the internet to see who exactly Easy Saver is, and it looks like since I ordered flowers they somehow got a hold of my credit card number either through Pro Flowers which I am not very happy about and I am considering suing now. I called my credit card company and explained everything to them, they took off the charges, and they are closing my credit card account and re-issuing me a new card and filing the complaint with their fraud division. So I would advise anyone who was fraudlently billed for this charge to call their credit card company as well and have those charges removed.
EasySaver Rewards charges not signed up for
Thanks to everyone for their comments on Easy Saver / Pro Flowers. I had no idea what the charge was on my credit card, but after researching on the internet and finding this page I realized I had just purchased flowers from Pro Flowers and the Easy Saver charge was the next day. I put the 2 together and called Pro Flowers. Sure enough, that's where the charge came from. I never signed up for anything, and was told it's a pop up box on the Pro Flowers site, so probably one of those that trick you into clicking the wrong box to close it. Unbelieveable, so many scams out there. Be careful.
EasySaver Rewards Unauthorized bank withdrawals
WHAT THEY DO: This company targets victims through purchases made on reputable websites, (in our case, Proflowers.com) offering discounts on "your next purchase of $15.00 (or more)", then uses your payment information (!) to AUTO-CHARGE or AUTO-WITHDRAW funds once a month or more.
HOW THEY DO IT? : Before finalizing your purchase, or after purchase but before confirmation... Clicking through to the discount via a popup allows them to gather your payment information whether credit or debit card, and while indeed they are offering you a legitimate discount on your next purchase ( - BURIED IN THE FINE PRINT A MILLION CLICKS AWAY - also enrolls you in a MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP to their club (?) and automatically charges to you, or in the case of a debit card purchase, AUTO-WITHDRAWS 14.95 (or more) per month.
Disguising themselves under the mantle of "Professional Services & Membership Organizations" in bank statement transaction details, I assumed that my husband had joined yet another business org. for his profession. To satisfy my own curiousity, I called the number in my online bank statement under their transaction. Recording answered that the "membership" had been "taken" through Proflowers.com, and in order to access the account I needed to provide three pieces of information, NONE of which I had.
RESOLUTION: Complete refund, with the help of my bank.
After research, it was determined that my husband had ordered flowers from Proflowers.com, and believing it to be an offer from Proflowers, which he uses frequently, he simply clicked through when the "discount offer" was made.
I called my Bank of America claims department, and was taken care of immediately by the service agent, whose next action was MOST impressive. After stating all the above, she promptly blocked my husband's card from all future charges from easysaver.com, then facilitated a three-way call. I simply listened as she stated she was from Bank of America and on the phone with me and was calling to CANCEL this membership.
My BOA claims rep was professional and courteous, and got the job done. It was the easysaver rep who in the end offered a full refund.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO: I got the distinct impression that both my bank and the easysaver rep have been through this routine before. If you've been victimized through this clever marketing ploy, call your bank immediately.
EasySaver Rewards unauthorized charges
Carefully went through my bank statements to find that I've been charged $19.80 from Easy Saver and $19.80 from Emi* Money Edge each month since April when I ordered flowers from PROFLOWERS. They've stolen over $300 dollars from my family. I've attempted to contact every number and email address associated with the fraudulent companies but haven't had any luck yet.
EasySaver Rewards cousin called and could not cancel order or speak to human being to cancel
My cousin called to order cream and could not stop recorded offers after she had given them credit card number.She immediately had to cancel card and now has to reset all security protections with all other cards including her bank. She pays for I.D. theft and now feels compromised.
I am reporting this because I sometimes give her permission to use my card and I am afraid these scammers may have hacked into my accounts or gotten private information about my finances.
She said that they had automatic information including addresses from the phone number last digits of card, expiration date of card and even her last 4 digits of her social security number!She also found out that the customer service number the automated woman's voice gives you, always says all circuits are busy and the other number that she tried did not correspond with any of the other names of the companies they were making her cruise offers, gas cards all sorts of stuff to charge to her card(hopefully not any of mine ) Both of us were planning a getaway and now we have to wait for the credit cards to complete their investigations and send out new cards.The voice would not "hear" the word "NO!" only "yes" so it sounded like you had agreed to all these charges. I reported them to my bank and even with their security it was recommended that to be on the safe side I should cancel my Discover card.This is really upsetting as I just went through this a couple of months ago.In fact I've only used my card once since receiving a new card.It seems like they are getting more and more sophisticated about how to get personal information.Especially since the economy is so bad I believe I am seeing an increase in phishing, phone scams, computer .com scams that hack into your computer.I pay my bills on line and now I am too paranoid about even doing that unless it is my bank toolbar that I'm using and not individual addresses because you do not know if you are on the "real site" or not.I used to enjoy buying gifts for my grand kids over the internet but now I'm too afraid to give out any information especially account numbers! Please run this particular outfit down because I even had my grown daughter that is totally computer savvy call my cousins numbers that this automated voice spoken so fast she said it sounded like an auctioneer to try and help her aunt and cancel her unreal order and my daughter freaked out that they had some of my daughters info instantaneously.She hung up and wondered if she should get her phone number changed and unpublished it freaked her out so bad! These people are thieves and I really feel sorry for older people that call or get these calls, I have no doubt that this "Marketing Architects" outfit has hundreds of different names and fake taxpayer I.D's that they will probably always be a step ahead of the fraud and consumer protection people.Please please shut them down and send them to jail as soon as you can! Also I would prefer to remain anonymous with my e-mail for obvious reasons ! We may all end up having to get our phone numbers changed simply because we were trying to do our own investigating! If I see a charge of even 1.00 I will change all my ID info twice (since I pay for it!) maybe just maybe I 'll be able to rent a car next month on my trip! It's ridiculous when you cannot even reserve a car without fear of having your ID stolen.This is costing EVERYONE as the cost of the latest ant theft technology gets passed on to the consumer.
EasySaver Rewards Scam and rip off
Easy Saver takes money right out of your checking account and credit card account whenever you do business with companies affiliated with them. Simply by placing an online order or even over the phone I got charged multiple $14.95 charges with nothing in return...it is a SCAM!
Now I have to spend countless hours trying to get back the money they STOLE from me. Please don't give me any lectures about reading the fine print because I ordered over the phone!
This kind of thing needs to be stopped for the good of all of us who still believe in honorable business dealings.
EasySaver Rewards SCAM
Easy Saver is the option that you have on the Pro Flowers website that says that "If you become a member, you will save on your next order." Underneath (I assume) it has a details button which states that they will charge you $1 for the first month and then after that $14.95 for the remaining months! THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH THIS FOR 6 MONTHS WITH MY ACCOUNT! Unreal... but yeah, any time that it says "To become a member..." make sure you read the fine print and F*&$ Pro Flowers!
Unauthorized credit card monthly charge for services not applied for or wanted. This sleezy scam buys credit card info from someone you give your number to then gives you 30 day free trial before charging for so-called discounts on hotels rental cars etc. You never receive anything from them but a monthly bill, in my case 14.95 a month. I think mine came from checking my credit report on free credit report .com i paid one dollar for processing fee and whamo they got me. I am fighting to get this off my credit card but am told that thousands of seniors like myself get scammed each month. I checked with better business bureau in Pa. and found they have had 377 claims against this company in the last 36 months.
If you want to be scammed these are the people doing it! I had no idea until I found out that hey had charged me 14.95 for 19 months on my checking account. I never did anything, but buy some roses for my girlfriend looked at a discount I thought proflowers was having to save money and I never agreed to anything with Easy Saver at all. Funny, when I called them they said that I agrees to something and had got an email from them totally untrue I never agreed to anything and in fact what they do is when you look at the pop up profilowers immediately gives them all of your credit card information and allows for them to scam you. Proflowers is also guilty as they want you to be scammed as they are making a profit on the money being scammed from you. So it is not only easy saver, but in fact the people who own proflowers are also in on the scam and making millions by ripping you off without you even wanting something from them. After speaking with proflowers as well after reading hundreds of people that have complained proflowers said they are unwilling to break the relationship with easy saver. I asked why and they said it is a great source of revenue for them as well as easy saver. Proflowers said 100% they could care less as they dont mind losing clients as the money they are making along side of easy saver is a much more profitable revenue stream then having 1, 000 of upset customers...
Okay so it is a down market, but putting your company on the line like that is really scary. I hope some lawyers are reading this and thinking about a huge multi-million dollar class action lawsuit. As you know if the lawsuit is for 100 million the lawyers get 40 million and we get the rest. I would just like to see scam companies like this out of business and I hope this happens soon.
noticed an unauthorized recurring charge of $14.95 on my wife's credit card. when we couldn't figure out what it was, we went back to prior statements and saw it was charged every month without our authorization. 1-800 number listed for the "company", and i use that term loosely, asks for a member ID number, which of course i don't have. i filed a compliant and dispute w/ my credit card provider and will now be notifying local media, Better Business, Bureau, and the state's attorney general's office. i'll do what i can in hope no further people suffer from this scam.
Agreed! Easy Saver has been billing me for 6 months on a card I never use. I've never used Easy Saver once. How can the consumer sue these scam artists?
I very well agree with everyone about this scam. I just happen to review my checking account last night and found that there is a pending transaction twice of 16.95 for whatever [protected] is. I didn't order anything from this company and something should be done about it. I'm going to my bank tomorrow to file a dispute because I know through research that there has been fraudulent activity.
Same story here !! I am a victim of this unauthorized charges practices as well. I ordered flowers on March 09 at ProFlowers.com. I've just noticed that I was being charged $14.95 for 5 months by this Easy Saver thing since then. I just contacted Easy Savers at [protected] and simply told them I never enrolled any membership from them and wanted all...
EasySaver Rewards two unauthorised charges
I had two unathorised charges in the same day for $19.80 from this EMI/Encore/easysaver.com I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS WEBSITE BEFORE I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I had to call my bank and have my check card cancelled, and I loved that silver ATM card too:-(
