From Oct. 24, 2015, my terrible life began. Ricky, a salesman of Alberta Group Energy (AEG), portended as a Alberta environment protection surveyor, come to my home, said that my old furnace is polluting the air, and my home is qualified to change the furnace in Alberta environment protection program. Therefore, I signed rental agreement. After the new furnace is installed, the furnace noisy drove me going mad, so second day of installation, I called AEG to cancel their new furnace, they didn't allow me to cancel, and promise me to fix noisy. The technician came to my home, reduce the noisy, the noisy didn't drive me going mad, but the noisy is still disturbing my sleep. At the 11th day of agreement, I called AEG to cancel new furnace. AEG said the agreement have passed 10 days, can't be canceled, and then I paid attention the agreement and saw that I can cancel new furnace within 10 days of agreement without any reason. I realized I was tricked to pass the 10 days. They refuse to fix noisy problem. I complained to BBB and Consumer Investigation Unit, then AEG technician came to home to try to fix the noisy, however, AEG did not fix the noisy, and then said that noisy is produce by my house air duct, and refuse to solve the noisy problem. I can't understand how air duct produce noise if no air is drove through it by new furnace. In this case, the Eco Energy Home Service is involved.

I try to use court to solve the noisy problem. However, the lawyer of Eco Energy Home Service and court only stand by the company side to try to prove the product damaging consumer's health and killing consumer is legal under the rental agreement. Court said my trying to cancel new furnace is try to against anybody, only I accept the noisy to damage my health can make everyone happy. The lawyer of AEG also said that the residential noisy control Act is made for noise control outside of house, not for noise inside of house. I am single father, a cleaner in Calgary Board of Education; I don't have money to have a lawyer to help me. Therefore, I feel I do not have any surviving way to save my health and life. I went to hospital two times for emergency on November, 2016. I have getting old 6 years within one year under the noisy furnace, have found lots of health problem. I don't have licence as a scientist or a specialist, and do not have money to hire a scientist or specialist to prove that my health is damaged by the new furnace. I am not confident that I will have metal problem and being become a murder under the stress of noisy furnace and unfair court. I really need your help to save my health and my life, and my family. In 2017, I email to EDT Minister Office, then CIU (Consumer Investigations Unit) accepted my case, they said they can solve this problem if I have written cancellation document. I think the CIU have solve the problem. However, in 2019, when I wanted to transfer house mortagage to another bank, I found I have furnace lien of Eco energy home service Inc. in my house.

Two guys from eco energy knocked at my door to check furnace. One of them dropped his binder by mistake and revealed OEG visiting cards. Upon asking they told they were in OEG before but due to ban in Ontario they are now working in Alberta.

If you search OEG, you will find they did a big scam in Ontario. now they have joined eco energy and are working in different provinces.
