I was referred to ecoplumbers by a coworker at *** Little did I know, what a blessing this would be
I was referred to ecoplumbers by a coworker at *** Little did I know, what a blessing this would be. They have been to my house for three totally different plumbing issues. Every time, their service team members have been extremely professional, kind and honest making me feel like I was dealing with a trustworthy company that takes pride in their customer service and their craftsmanship. I was unable to be at the appt today, but my mom greeted Dan at the door. She has been raving about Dan B professionalism and how he spent time educating her on what he was doing and the care for the appliance once it was installed. Each time we have had a different service team member and every time they have been amazing! The other 2 team members that have arrived to our house have been Chad and Hayder. Pray that you get one of these 3 gentleman and you know you will have an awesome experience. I do not hesitate calling this company for my plumbing needs and refer them to everyone who asks for a plumber! The work will be done right!
Chris M did a fantastic job
Chris M did a fantastic job. On 12-28-2022 my sewer line backed up. I contacted Eco Plumbers for help and they sent out a tech, the next day, who was able to get the line open and draining. On 1-3-2023 Chris M came to run a camera through the line to see it there was any other issues. Several years ago I had a similar issue because of tree roots. About 40 years ago a former owner planted a silver maple directly over the sewer line. The only tree worse would have been a weeping willow. Chris M found some root intrusions; however, the real issue was one portion of the sewer line being forced down by the roots making the end of the section lower than the next. This did not allow the solid waste to flow, causing it to dam and create a blockage. And, the camera was not able to get past this area. After going through my options I decided to have the section replaced. Chris M was really helpful and understanding of the headache this issue was causing me. He walked me through issues involved in the repair and helped getting it scheduled quickly. I can't thank him enough. Also, before the section was replaced Chris M came out and ran the camera through the remainder of the sewer line to make sure there were no other issues. Luckily there were no other issues. Now the sewer line is fixed and the waste is flowing like it should. No more back-ups. Thank you Eco Plumbers.
Gage did a good job with his inspection. He was very thorough and informative. We appreciate the job he did.
Great company and their plumber Gene did exceptional work. He was respectful, kind and I highly recommend him and Eco Plumbers! A++
Robert was great. Very nice and helpful. He completed the work and triple checked for leaks. I am very happy with the work
The Eco Plumber came to identify and fix the source of a water leak, if it was related to plumbing, that led to a first floor ceiling collapse
The Eco Plumber came to identify and fix the source of a water leak, if it was related to plumbing, that led to a first floor ceiling collapse yesterday. Though we turned the house water back on and operated various faucets, etc. for a period of time each, we could not find the actual source of the leak. Since there is a full second story above the damaged ceiling and there are no indications of water anywhere on the second floor or above, the thought is that the leak is related to a plumbing issue within the walls versus a water issue related to rain or an overflow such as with a bathtub or toilet. Not being able to replicate the problem, we came up with a strategy that I will implement over the next day or so in order to, hopefully, replicate and better locate the leak before, possibly, cutting into walls. I gave the 4-star rating because the Eco Plumber was Covid-conscious (always wore mask), polite and respectful, customer-focused, and was very thoughtfully re: his approach to this exceptionally challenging situation; while wanting to identify and resolve it, he did not want to make the problem worse by ripping into walls before we could better identify its likely cause and location. There was no charge for this visit of about 45 minutes to an hour. Should I be able to 'cause' and better locate the leak again, I am to call and will be the next visit on their 'to-do' list.

Greg was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He's very good and my family and I are very pleased with the work that he did on our new faucet.
We were having trouble finding a plumber who was available on short notice. This company was super helpful and set something up the following day for us. The young man who came by discussed our issue and arranged a visit the next day. He also said to call if we needed anything because he would be in the area as well. Great ownership and customer service. Thank you.
Gene did a nice job of resolving the problem we were having...
Quick response, and resolution . I would recommend this business to others.
WATCH WHAT YOUR CHARGED!
WATCH WHAT YOUR CHARGED! I had Eco Plumbers come out and look at a shower faucet on 9/24. The technician was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. My issue is with the amount I was charged for the faucet repair. The job and cost were explained to me up front. Based on the cost presented ($481.00) and not being a plumber myself, I assumed this was going to be an involved repair. The technician was done in *** mins and showed me a little cartridge from the faucet that he changed out. On the final invoice the part was $125 and the labor charge was $356. I felt this was way out of line for *** mins of work. Also, I found the new cartridge on line for $50-$70 at multiple places. When I called the office to inquire about the charges, it was explained to me that Eco Plumbers using an "UP FRONT" pricing model, which means the customer knows the all in cost up front. After further discussion it was explained to me that the "UP FRONT" pricing model is based on a specific job and factors in unknown issues that COULD arise? I was told that because my job could take anywhere from 20 mins to 5 hours (based on issues that could present themselves), I was charged for 5 hours. That way if something came up, ECO Plumber would not have to come back to me and explain an increase in the original quote. I do not feel this is a fair pricing model and it takes advantage of customers that know nothing about plumbing. Would not recommend ECO Plumber purely based on the pricing!

Cody and Crew did an excellent job! They kept me informed of each detailed step of the process for repair of my sewage line problem. They replaced my post fencing from the dig and made sure everything was back in it's original place. Respectful of our property and communication was awesome from my first call with the main office to call ahead and text with pictures of technicians due to arrive at each stage. Very Professional Friendly and Courteous! Very Good Work indeed! I Highly Recommend The Eco Plumbers! Thank you!
During the installation of the hot water system, the technician explained what was taking place and when the installation was completed, he took time to answer all questions. How the installation was implemented was rather impressive. The only issue I had was that the technician was about 2 hours late in attending to this appointment.

Misogynistic, high pressure business tactics!
Misogynistic, high pressure business tactics! First the plumber didn't even evaluate my hot water heater even though I was adamant that I wanted it repaired. He immediately started high pressure sale tactics including misinformation/lies and even stated there is price fixing amongst the large company plumbers in Columbus ("you can get a second opinion but we are all within 5% of each other in price" his exact words). He talked to me like I was complete idiot in regard to maintence of my hot water heater. Did you know that lime and sediment will turn into stone that essentially makes it impossible to change your elements?! I wish I was exaggerating but that was "education". Once he finally got to pricing of fixing my 8 year old water heater, I was shocked over their prices! To change the elements, they were going to charge $660 + $149 to flush it. These are $30-40 parts. I understand they are company and need to turn profit and was expecting to pay $200-300 not over $800! I asked him to email me the options so I could evaluate them. As he was leaving he said "once you look over them and get permission to move forward, I get someone out here today if you call soon". Permission? To spend my own money? I was dumbfounded by the sexist comment. Needless to say, I ended up replacing the elements on my own for $40 and now have hot water. I did have some lime in the bottom my tank that I was able to easily flush out. In summary, if you plan to use this company I would recommend: 1. Do your homework on the prices beforehand 2. Never allow them in your house with just a woman present.

I made an appointment to have a bathroom sink drain cleared on 2/23/22
I made an appointment to have a bathroom sink drain cleared on 2/23/22. The window of service was 08:00am to 2pm with a 45 minute call ahead. They confirmed this 2/22/2022 and put a $250 hold on my Credit card for service. On 2/23/2022 they sent a text in middle of appointment window "We are very busy and if willing to reschedule we will discount service by $39". I did not respond as I had a confirmed appointment window and a drain that needed unclogged. They never called or showed up and only responded after I called to complain which I had to leave a voicemail. When a person called back I let them know my disappointment and they offered $75 off and would reschedule. I confirmed appointment window for Friday 2/225/2022. I would be on Property at 3:45 pm and they would be there shortly. I sat there for 3 hours till 6:45 pm and then left and called ecoplumber again and was only able to leave a voicemail. Shortly there after I receive a call to apologize for missing 2nd appointment in a week and offer Me $100 discount to provide service. I communicated that they were not going to provide service as they were not trustworthy to show up on time or at all ,wasted my valuable time and treated me with the worst customer service experience that I have received in my nearly 30 years here in ***. I also find it disconcerting that for a company to claim they are open 24/7 that the only way you can communicate is thru voicemail? I only got to talk to a live person when I complained about not receiving the service I was promised. I will not recommend Ecoplumber to anyone if they actually need a honest and reputable company for plumbing service. Respectfully

We have used Eco Plumbers many times over the last few years and have done lots of fairly costly work
We have used Eco Plumbers many times over the last few years and have done lots of fairly costly work. This time, Ecoplumbers came out to work on a plugged kitchen sink. The tech said it could not be snaked and that we needed new pipe work in the basement. Very costly but went with it. A manager came out to chat about the need for additional fixes as the house is old and pipes will eventually need replacement. We know this, but declined due to finances. We hoped to have this done at a later time. So we agreed to just stick with the kitchen sinks. This was repaired, and a new disposal was also installed. All seems to work great. The next *** after this work, we find the bathtub was not draining. Another clog? This was part of the area that we said we wanted to wait on as the upstairs bathroom was working just fine. We have become suspicious that each visit ends up with another job that needs to be done and more costly. Called to complain about bathtub and someone said they would call. Someone did call and left a message for me to call back. I did, but message said no one was there to talk (3:00 PM?). As instructed I left a message and it has been two days and no response. Customers should double check their needs. I gave 3 stars because the work seemed to be done very well and so far the sink seems fine. Since we're not plumbers, it is difficult to determine whether the original clog was fixed and whether all that work was necessary or whether the new clog is a part of or misdiagnosis of the kitchen problem I give 5 stars to the technicians who come to do the work. All are professional, friendly and hard workers. We hope that our suspicions about the need for all this work is not a sales pitch.

My daughter lives in a townhouse condo that my husband and I purchased for her
My daughter lives in a townhouse condo that my husband and I purchased for her. The upstairs full bathroom had an issue; there was leaking from a crack in the tub. We live in *** and asked our daughter to make some calls to find a repair. She called Eco Plumbers. Someone came out to assess the situation, called me to explain, and the best solution was to get a bathtub/ shower combo. He sent an invoice along with a photo of what the replacement would be. He asked for half of the money up front. I have had many repair and remodel jobs done in our homes over the years BUT NO ONE has ever asked for money up front. Then they did a lousy job and charged the rest without discussing or going over the invoice with me. The invoice is not itemized- telling how much for the replacement, demolition etc. We paid $11,000 for a remodel with gaping holes in the drywall and floor. They said that is our responsibility to drywall and repaint. I did expect some touch up painting but not a huge gap all the way around the tub, shower and floor. I expected a completed job or I would have gone with someone else. Now we have to dry wall and re-tile over their mistakes. $11,000 was a struggle and now we will have to pay more for a fix. They did someone to fix it by applying plastic and duct tape over the open gaps. And then we realized they did not give the replacement that was promised but one that appears of lesser quality. I feel as though we have been taken as we have no idea what we paid $11,000 for except a bait and switch. Everyone we have talked to has been very nice and has come out to try to work with us with one exception. The main rep we first talked with did not return quickly to help resolve the issue for a week. Please be aware of what you are getting or not getting with this company.

It's unethical to use an iPAD and slide the screen to put the signature line in the middle so the person doesn't see what they are signing
It's unethical to use an iPAD and slide the screen to put the signature line in the middle so the person doesn't see what they are signing. Your technician did that when he got me to sign on 10/3, and did the same thing to my wife who signed for a $504 charge for one shutoff valve set when he was supposed to install a set for each sink. Look at the first invoice notes and then look at the second invoice he got my wife to sign for work that was never done. Notice he had the shutoff valves in both. On the day he came to finish the job, he pulled the same stunt shoving the iPad at me with the signature block in the middle of the screen. I asked him what I was signing, and he said it was an agreement for the work. I asked if the charge of $504 my wife signed was for all the work. He said "No, today's cost is a n additional $975." I said, "You're kidding." I told him that I would not agree to any added cost for him to complete the job." I asked him to leave, Your company is unethical, and I am sending a copy of this to the complaintsboard.com. You have a lot of nerve charging these high prices. The reputable companies that came after I fired your company finished the job for a lot less. Since you only installed one set of shutoff valves when the $504 was charged when the invoice was for two, I think you owe me $252, Thank you for proving what I said. You know that any estimate was to include the shutoff valves for both sinks. My wife said she wasn't even told the amount. I had to pry the cost for completing the job from your plumber. If a single set of shutoff valves was $504, subtract that from the "$975" estimate for the work on the second visit, you would be removing two faucets and installing two faucets for $470. It's pretty obvious that you don't have a rate chart and just make up the cost on the fly. I think there is a state office that investigates preying on elderly people. I'll file my complaint with the complaintsboard.com.

In August i called this company to give me an estimate on my side yard
In August i called this company to give me an estimate on my side yard. For years i had a huge water problem that came through the middle of my front yard making a large dip in my yard. *** came out, said he mad a video for his workers and we agreed on only to do the worst part of my side yard and maybe the back yard next year.. The pipes was to be placed in the middle of my yard, Their team arrived while i was still inside working and unloaded their things. I went out to greet term offer water and went back into work. When i went out to check, the team had put the drains next to the house instead of on the side yard where we had agreed on. I immediately called their office. *** came out a few days later and admitted they did the job wrong, did not watch the video and was in a hurry, After waiting on them to show back up, they send a text when they are on their way, i received approximately 8 text from this company saying they were on their way and they did not show up. , I told them not to come back. I was very mad .Today their dispute department blatantly lied to me because they dont want to make it right. They said they put the drain in the right place. They did not, they know this and are liars . Blatant liars. They have enough business so they dont care about one complaint. I had originally told them I would not write a review. I changed my mind. They lied. Their salesman made a tape for the team and he admitted it when he came out, They messed up the side of my driveway by getting too close to the drive, busted my curb in addition to a whole placements of pipes next to my home and 12 feet off of the agrrement. The salesman *** admitted they did it wrong. They know they did it wrong and completely messed up a job I am very aware that they have many high star reviews because i read them and studied this with other companies for two years, *** tells you where the drain needs to go. So now they say it was placed wrong? Don.t!

I scheduled Eco Plumbers to come replace a leaking supply line under my kitchen sink 2 days ago (3/2022)
I scheduled Eco Plumbers to come replace a leaking supply line under my kitchen sink 2 days ago (3/2022). The guy said he'd have to replace the shutoff valve also (it was cracked) so he needed to shut the water off to my condo unit. When trying to shut my unit main off he said it wouldn't turn all the way and that he wouldn't force it because if he broke it it would flood. Seemed a little extreme to me since that shutoff worked a few years ago when I had my water tank replaced. But ok, stuff wears out. In the mean time, he keeps pushing other services at me - water tank, maintenance plan for my whole system, coupons, etc. So, we need to shut off the water to my whole condo building, which requires coordinating with the condo management company. The Eco plumber said he just needed permission and the location of the building shutoff and he had the "key" to use to actually do the shutting off. So the next day, the condo management company came out, marked the external shutoff, and notified all the other owners. Today the Eco plumber comes (at 4:30 pm on a Friday). I asked if he had the parts with him to change out both shut-off valves. "Oh, I'll have to see," he says, "Did you want me to change the main one, too?" I specifically told him 2 days ago that yes, I wanted him to do that. Why would I not if it doesn't work? Then he says "My manager won't let me turn the water off to the building. If it breaks then we have an insurance problem - you need to have the condo management company do that." Really? So he lied to me and wasn't prepared for the job. Why would he lie to me? Why wouldn't he be prepared for the job? I told him to leave and I'd be calling someone else. On the plus side, he was very conscientious about protecting my floors and was extremely courteous, even as I was kicking him out. My advice would be to make them write every single tiny thing down and double check every single thing they tell you before letting them work on your home.

I called this company to remove a pedestal sink for a flooring project on 5/11
I called this company to remove a pedestal sink for a flooring project on 5/11. When he removed the sink, he said the emergency sink valve on the left was bad and needed replaced which cost $236. While the technician/salesman was here I told him my garbage disposal was making loud noises and was not working. I told him I thought a metal utensil had got caught. This was all in the middle of the contractor removing old flooring with lots of dust and chaos. The Eco salesman told me I needed a new *** and wanted to sell me a 1/2 hp gold package setup for over a $1000. I explained that only me and my wife both senior citizens live here, and we compost when possible. He convinced me to buy a cheaper 1/3hp model. On 5/16 I called early morning to get the sink reinstalled. Even though I subscribe to the eco plumber service plan which is supposed to get you priority scheduling they were not able to make it until late afternoon on 5/13. Before he installed the sink, he told me the emergency valve on the right side was bad and needed replacement for another $236. This replacement took about 5 min. Amazing how the 2nd one went bad in 5 days. Before he installed the *** I asked him to look inside the old one. Using a flashlight and needle nose pliers he pulled out a pop tab which was stuck in the blades and it worked fine. My total *** for a sink removal/replacement cost $1145 with a senior citizen and service plan discounts.I called after the person left to state my concerns about the bad service and high-pressure sale tactics trying to get a senior citizen to spend in excess of $1000 on unneeded appliances. I was told the "customer advocate" would call me back within 48 hours because of the "HAPPINESS" guaranty. After hearing nothing I called back on 5/22. I was told that *** tried to call me and my voicemail was full. Turns out she called the wrong number. She was gone for the day and I was assured I would hear from her first thing the next morning. Still waiting...

I contacted Eco plumbers because I had a sewage odor coming from my bathroom
I contacted Eco plumbers because I had a sewage odor coming from my bathroom. The rep came out and I dont even believe he was an actual plumber so then I had older galvanized drainage pipes and assume that was the issue apparently and said that it had some buildup in the pipes that all of a sudden started causing a smell. They gave me a inflated estimate of over $3400. I approved the estimate. They came out a few days later replace the pipes. We immediately noticed the sewer smell came back that night but it was even stronger. So we contacted Eco plumbers the next day and a few days later they sent a plumber out. The plumber smelled around and he thought that the smell was actually coming from the nearby HVAC event. He believed that an animal had died in there and that was the smell. So I contacted an animal removal company who charged me $400 to open up my vents and check for a dead animal which surprise wasnt there! So I contacted Eco I was frustrated at this point and lost faith and eco-plumber so I contacted another local plumber. He came out and within 10 minutes determined that the toilet seal was under size for the older *** and it had work loose and broke the seal which was causing the smell. He put a new seal in and I am not any issue since then. So I contacted Heico plumbers and told him that I felt like the problem was misdiagnosed and I would like a refund of some kind. Not to mention the fact that the plumber came out and totally missed directed me to help me spend an additional $400. Spoke to the service manager on two two accounts and he adamantly denied doing anything wrong and their company is perfect! Was what he basically said. Oh by the way the pipes they were placed were leaking they did actually send somebody out to fix that oh and there was another pipe that was turned backwards to there in the install. That was also fixed. So much for their satisfaction guarantee happiness guarantee blah blah blah.I would highly recommend to stay away!

EcoPlumbers is THE best service provider in Central ****
EcoPlumbers is THE best service provider in Central ***. I've had work done by EcoPlumbers a few times in the past and had very good experiences. When a faucet leak occurred last week I didn't hesitate to call my friends at EcoPlumbers. The young man who came to my house last week for the faucet repair service call did not *** impress. A long story short I did not feel comfortable with this gentleman and we had a disagreement over what was involved and necessary to fix the situation in my bathroom. The young man departed my home and no work was done...within 5 minutes my phone rang and it was Supervisor ***. *** wanted to know why I was not happy with the first plumber's work...I explained the situation in detail and *** listened and responded very positively. *** agreed to personally oversee my faucet situation and he would personally come out to my house to do what was necessary to make me a satisfied customer. *** came out to the house immediately (that day) and he apologized for the young man's service but most importantly he said, "***...we're going to make this right and I'm committing to you that I will personally ensure you are happy with the outcome. *** ordered the necessary parts and fixtures and had them delivered (asap) to my home. As soon as the parts were delivered *** and his plumber *** came to my house. They troubleshooted the faucet problem and explained everything to me in easy to understand language so I knew exactly what the problem was and what was necessary to fix the problem. *** was an experienced young man who knows how to turn a wrench and he worked closely under ***'s supervision. The faucet leak was fixed and everything was working perfectly (*** and *** even fixed a drain issue at that sink which I was not aware of) They did all work to my satisfaction and I told them that their "Happiness Guarantee" is ROCK SOLID and I'm a customer for life. Five bright gold stars for EcoPlumbers ***.

On Wednesday, August 4 Eco Plumbers arrived to take out two saddle valves which were located in the basement
On Wednesday, August 4 Eco Plumbers arrived to take out two saddle valves which were located in the basement. I have used this company on numerous occasions and been happy with how professional their service people are and the end result. However, for this particular job I feel I was completely taken advantage of. Since I have had numerous good experiences in the past, it didnt occur to me to ask how much this particular job would cost. The technician was there for less than a half an hour and my *** was $619.00. This included $15 worth of material and a $59 service call. This meant that the repair itself cost $545 In other words I was paying Eco over $1000 an hour for the job. I spoke with ***, the customer advocate two times to try to resolve this issue. I explained to her that I was never given this quote before giving the go ahead to complete this work. I also told her that I spoke with the other plumbing company that I occasionally use, which would have charged by the hour. She defended Eco by saying that they always charge by the job, I had consented to the work completed, and I was quoted the amount ahead of time. When I spoke with her, I insisted that I had never been quoted a price. Upon speaking to her the first time she felt that the technicians quote was recorded. The second time I spoke with her, she admitted that this wasnt the case. She defended the price by saying that they have highly trained technicians, expensive equipment, and that the office staff and other employees need to be paid. She asked me the amount of money that I would be satisfied with and I said I would be satisfied, but not happy, if they would reimburse me $300. She said that they couldnt do that, however she agreed to reimburse me $120. As I read the reviews for Eco that were filed with a complaintsboard.com, I was struck by the person that wrote in capital letters PRICE GOUGERS ALERT. This sums up how I feel to a T. Eco Plumbers should be embarrassed to charge $619 for a job that took *** this way.

I'd made appt with Eco Plumbers to come replace 2 bathrooms' sink faucets
I'd made appt with Eco Plumbers to come replace 2 bathrooms' sink faucets. The technician was supposed to be coming on 10/29 between noon-7 pm; and he would be calling 30 mins before arrival. At 6:53 pm, there was no call so I called the office and was told a technician would be here in 30 mins. Before the appointment, the staff, named *** reassured me twice the company is in a fair-pricing program and there would not be any fees for an on-site free quote, even if we do not accept the technician's quote for the job. We were shocked when we got the quote of $1,918 for replacing two simple, single-handle faucets. Technician *** claimed that the labor of replacing 2 faucets would be $840. Since one of the sinks doesn't have an emergency shutoff valve, we need to have that installed for $896 for four valves (for 2 sinks) despite that the other sink already had the 2 emergency shutoff valves. He claimed that they were "old/rusting". Together with the sink trap replacement, the total charge would be $1,918! In addition, he tried to sell us hot water heater tank and "with a discount" of 3 emergency sink valve replacement instead, the big total of the three jobs would be $3,600. Immediately, we knew we were way over charged and were recommended repairs/replacements that we really don't need. We declined his offer. *** then tried to charge us $75 for "late hours" fees. The technician didn't show up on time and didn't even have the courtesy of calling us for his late arrival. The office said nothing about late-hour fees when he sent *** to our home. It was not our fault that the technician showed up late. In stead of apologizing for keeping us waiting, he wanted to charge us the after-hour fees since we declined the offer of the jobs. His reason was that he spent over an hour to make the estimate but in reality, he was also charging us for the time he tried to sell us his water heater tank! We felt like the company tried to scam the seniors, thinking that we are gullible & uninformed enough that we'd easily fall into their sale trap. Today, we had a professional come to replace our 2 faucets for a mere total of $250 for his labor! He finished the job in about half an hour. There was No need to install emergency shutoff valves nor replace any "***" pipes/sink trap! What a huge difference in charges! Be AWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Took 4 visits by 3 plumbers to fix hot water heater under warranty. 1st plumber either misdiagnosed the correct broken part, or broke a second part (by vacuuming out the area its located) that extended our time without hot water and cost us an additional $397. In all 3 parts were ordered at separate times when it may have only needed a new combustion shut off (safety device) Only the 2nd plumber whom was the most experienced, and found the broken shut off did not charge a fee because. "I didn't fix your water heater."

Description: Constituent had a new hot water tank installed in her residence by Eco Plumbing, on June 10
Description: Constituent had a new hot water tank installed in her residence by Eco Plumbing, on June 10. Constituent stated the tank comes with a one-year labor warranty, 5-year manufacture parts warranty and a 15-year heat exchange warranty. The cost of the tank and install was $4858. The tank started leaking about a week after install. The tank also started making a very loud noise about a month ago. Constituent contacted Eco Plumbing and was advised she needed a water pressure valve and an expansion tank to repair the problem. The repairs would cost $2000 but the company is willing to work with her and charge her $1000 for the repairs.

My appointment with The Eco Plumbers was scheduled for Thursday, March 18th
My appointment with The Eco Plumbers was scheduled for Thursday, March 18th. We received a text message the day of the appointment requesting volunteers to reschedule and an offer for $39 off our service. We said yes. They called to reschedule and indicated that the $39 would be credited to our account. The rescheduled service took place yesterday, March 22nd. After their high-pressure sales pitch for a new water heater was declined, the service consultant said that $39 off does not apply to special offers such as the $49 inspection and flush service that we had done (Job #***). There was no indication of special terms and conditions to the reschedule offer or phone call. It was an offer and it was accepted. I expect a refund in the amount of $39.

Eco plumbers came to my home on 4\7\21 to do a job that required them to dig underground, the invoice gave me a price of 3,147 I paid a deposit
Eco plumbers came to my home on 4\7\21 to do a job that required them to dig underground, the invoice gave me a price of 3,147 I paid a deposit of 2,000 which left me a balance of 1,147 , in order to help pay for the job I took out a financing card in which I was under the impression it was 12 months same as cash, I received one card in the mail which had a 0 balance but a credit limit of 4800, fast forward I then received another financing card from eco plumbers with a balance of 2,471 and a credit limit of over 7,000 I'm not sure why two cards were taking out in my name for the amount it was and another question is I'm trying to figure out why my invoice that I received was a different amount than what I was charged. I have been trying to get some answers but no one knows what happened.

On Friday, June 25th I had a "hose bib" replaced, once completed I was contacted by Ammar T*** to pay the $419 bill
On Friday, June 25th I had a "hose bib" replaced, once completed I was contacted by Ammar T to pay the $419 bill. I received no estimate prior, nor did I see a detailed invoice prior to the request for payment. I thought the bill was high but went ahead and paid. When I received a copy of the invoice, it was not detailed out, not parts, not labor just a short description and a total. He was there for about 20 minutes. "Installation of new hose bib. Includes installation of shutoff valve when required" I am paying for a part and installation "when required" ? I contacted the tech he kept going off on tangents about all the things he did. All I wanted was the cost for the shut off valve and installation refunded. Since the bill was not detailed, I really don't know how much was added on for the service I didn't receive. I did not want to pay for a part and service I did not receive. He said his manager would call me and I've not heard back.

2nd weekend in Feb
2nd weekend in Feb. 2021 a leak began in laundry room floor. I called Condo Assoc & nothing was done. My Neighbor had hot water tank ruptured & water was coming into my condo. I called my plumber he suggested to have *** out. I had *** out on 3/13 to check out. She then call her Condo Assoc. again to report. The Condo Assoc. sent Eco Plumbers out 3/9. The could find anything wrong. Then ECO came back out & tried to put a camera down my drain it didn't go all the way down. They told her she had a leak in the top of her water heater. It was only 6 yrs old. One of the other earlier plumbers had already checked it & it was fine. ECO told her also she had a carbon Monoxide leak cause of it. So she bought a new hot water tank she didn't need. He Hoo Dooed her. Costing her $1,700 . She has a carbon monoxide tester in her kitchen & it did not detect a leak. She is elderly & has no one to help her & seemed pressured to get new hot water tank installed.

01/26 Eco Plumbers was hired to replace drain tile in my backyard from my house to the city sewer line
01/26 Eco Plumbers was hired to replace drain tile in my backyard from my house to the city sewer line. When the gentleman ran a camera through the sewer line inside the house he showed me the issue explained how it would be repaired. Explaining the backyard would be dug up and a mound of dirt would be left. He assured me the mound would settle in time. He stated it would settle to 3 to 5 inches and I would be able to rake the remaining dirt to level it with the rest of the yard. Once the job was completed there was a mound at heights of 3 feet tall. I trusted it would settle over time as I was told. At this point in time it is almost the exact same height as it was at the time the job was completed. I am unable to mow in my backyard, now due to this big mound full of rocks. I feel I was lied to because 3 to 4 tons of gravel was placed in the trench created to replace the drain tile. The dirt was never going to settle, there was no room for it to. Now they want to charge to fix

My gas got turned off because they said there was a leak in 2 valves one for the hot water and one for the gas driven furnace and a leak below
My gas got turned off because they said there was a leak in 2 valves one for the hot water and one for the gas driven furnace and a leak below the valve on the hot water tank. I called eco plumbers on the 6th of April they came out on the 7th of April, He told me he would have to do a gas pressure test which I was fine with but to my knowledge he found all these leaks and I was very surprised of how much they wanted to just repair all these leaks. They found around 10 gas leaks and told me I needed to replace the hot water tank .I was very surprised but knew I couldn't afford 3100.00 for repairing leaks. He kept pushing for me to finance with a credit card that they have .That same day I called Columbus gas Pro and I talked to him for 30 min, told him everything that happened and he told me that my estimate would probably be 300.00 max. He came out did the same pressure test only found 3 leaks and once he repaired those I got my gas turned on that day. I feel like they are dishonest.

The problem is my elderly mother had several plumbing issues with her small home
The problem is my elderly mother had several plumbing issues with her small home. And Eco Plumbers came highly recommended but now my mother has a hole in her bathroom wall months after the repair. The situation was a bathtub faucet leak in which the faucet had be replaced. The plumber sent in a gentleman to remove tiles to complete the repair and the hole was covered by plastic and tape. The next day ECO Plumbers returned and replaced the faucet, the hot water heater and a water meter that was leaking. This plumber then said he had someone that could replace the tile and gave my mother a phone number. The lady we called came out and let me say this is a very small bathroom and she gave an estimate of a full bathroom remodel totaling over 10 thousands dollars after just having the faucet replaced. My mother is retired and if she could afford a full remodel. This lady chose not to replace the tile since the remodel was turned down and since then there is still a hole in the bathroom wall. I find this unprofessional and rude to take advantage of a senior citizen or any citizen for that matter.

Regarding plumbing bill for a property owned by the Estate of a deceased individual
Regarding plumbing bill for a property owned by the Estate of a deceased individual, who passed away 7/27 (see attached death certificate) for which I am the court appointed Administrator of the Estate (see attached Letter of Authority). My mother, a 70-year-old woman, was assisting with a pipe leak issue that was repaired for approximately $800. She later suspected residual dampness and requested a reevaluation. The plumbers then quoted an excessive list of repairs. I was appalled to learn she permitted EcoPlumbers to address about $14K in repairs (see attached invoice). The estate account was not established, so she paid half the bill in an effort to help. As the Estate Administrator, I should have been the one to authorize any work. Moreover, I question the necessity of the extensive repairs when our intention was merely to fix the leak. We plan to sell the property as is, without investing significantly beyond the initial repair. I had another plumber assess the work and pricing; they confirmed the repairs but noted the prices were exorbitantly high. A city inspector also expressed concern over the excessive charges and repairs after inspecting the water heater and issued a Stop Work Order (see attached). It appears EcoPlumbers exploited my mother's readiness to resolve plumbing issues, potentially conducting unnecessary repairs at inflated prices.
