Tech, tommy, was professional, walked through the scenarios and options to get the ac back up and running. Checked the compressor, refrigerant was low and filled the system. Ac unit was running fine after adding redeigerant, but stopped working a few hours later. Will have to go farther into the system to find the cause of the problem. Plan on having paschal continue with the diagnosis/repair.

When I called to schedule a technician to come out and inspect and service our unit, the customer service team was able to assist with a date that was convenient. On the day of, Juan the technician called when he was on his way. He was very informative with my questions and detailed with the inspection and service of the unit. Paschal Air continues to exhibit superior customer service by effectivly using technology for communication to receive customer requests and inform of their arrival time. The technicians sent are friendly, professional, competent, well trained and skilled with the ability to immediately address all concerns and resolve most issues (depending on availability of parts). I highly recommend them for the services they provide.

Very happy with the service technician. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and fix it on the spot. He was actually not the technician on call for the day, but lives close by and saw the service ticket come up. He was on-site approximately 30 minutes after I put in a service call request. The on call technician had other calls to take before me and would have been several hours before he could be there. Great company with great employees. What more can you ask for!

Service tech came out and charged despite not performing any service. I was quoted $1200 to replace a compressor for my HVAC unit which was under warranty. Seems very expensive for 3 hours of labor and some Freon gas to get unit back in service. Got another quote from another company that not only replaced the compressor and additional part but was charged $500 for the entire project. Paschal seemed more interested in selling me on a unit replacement despite an operational unit

Technician Colton Smith arrived on time, masked for our protection, and began analyzing our A/C problem. He checked all components thoroughly, then explained what steps he would take to restore our service. He gave us an estimate of the cost and with our approval, he worked tirelessly in muggy, hot weather before returning to give his report. He's knowledgeable, polite, and a fine representative for Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric. We look forward to using Paschal again, and we will request Colton Smith as the tech.

Had a pinhole leak where the water comes into our home. Paschal responded quickly and sent a team to our home. The guys were very professional and personable. Paschal seems to hire the best people. The repair was quickly made and Brad pointed out another potential issue that could have developed into a serious issue later. It was well explained so we could make an informed decision. We had that issue resolved as well. If you want it done right the first time you can't do better than Paschal.

I had a new heat and air system installed last summer. Wonderful service, but the air unit did not perform the humidity control aspect as expected.
Today a company inspector, John H., came to do an inspection and answer any questions I had. He did a little adjustment on the wiring and said that should solve the humidity control issue this summer.
He also answered the questions I had about the thermostat. Very patiently! What a treasure for the Paschal Company! Thank you, John,
for the wonderful service.

Bobby B. was our technician- Outstanding communication, customer service and knowledgable technician. I highly recommend this company. I have called so many repairman to service this ac over the years without diagnosing the root cause of the problem. Not only did they get to the bottom of the issue they fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Super nice, super knowledgable and very patient with answering my ignorant questions. I will definitely use them again in the future and refer others. Amazing experience!

Every time we have a representative come out from Paschal they are knowledgeable, caring, gentlemanly,thorough, and willing to go above and beyond. We just had Weston out today, and he was an example of each of those characteristics. He was proud of the company he represented and wanted them to be proud of the job he did. He even offered to change our filters, which was wonderful, because we are both forbidden to get on ladders. It is nice to know there are people who do business in this manner. We think Paschal is the best!

We recently had Paschal Heat & Air (Springdale, AR) redesign and install a new duct system. The original duct system was very loud and unbearable. This was due to poor design and layout. This was not an inexpensive endeavor, but the outcome was well worth the cost. The entire Paschal team was very professional and thorough from beginning to end. I have been using Paschal for several years now and just recently realized their full potential in servicing all my HVAC needs. We are customers for life and happy to have them as our first choice in HVAC service, maintenance and repairs. January

We have used Paschal for our annual heating and A/C maintenance for many years (10+) and also for our whole-house generator A/C maintenance. The Paschal techs have always been prompt, courteous, and efficient - plus no nickel and diming with extras. Today Andrew visited to do our regular semi-annual A/C maintenance plus he installed our new Reme-Halo unit - a whole-house in-duct air purification system that uses a combination of UV-C light and highly ionized hydroperoxide to eliminate smells, etc while killing bacteria and viruses in the air and on surfaces. Paschal completed a total HVAC replacement in our home. The process was completed, remarkably, in two days time. Led by Tyler the team was very effective and efficient. They took great care to minimize disruption and kept our home clean. Tyler made certain we had air conditioning the night between the two days even though doing so required them to work well into the evening of day one. All was delivered as promised with extra time spent training us on the new Trane computerized controls. Paschal office staff was very professional in managing scheduling and payment. It was very nice getting a major project done right the first time, fully completed as planned without experiencing unintended problems associated with it. We fully recommend Paschal.

We have replaced both HVAC systems recently and we were so pleased with the quality of the equipment installed and their work that I called them again for a quote to replace a 50 gal hot water heater. I went with Paschal because their quote was similar to others but for the same money I got a higher quality commercial grade water heater and they replaced the 25 year old water valve, water lines, gas line, and added an expansion tank. This water heater is now up to code and the plumbing associated with the water heater is now much better than what the house came with. The work was clean and exceptional. They were professional through the whole process. I will recommend Paschal to my family and friends. Josh and his assistant did outstanding work.

Good Morning, I just wanted to pass along a compliment to Paschal management for the superb work completed by Adam and Jesse at my residence. A week or so ago, they replaced my 20+ year old water heater, due to a leak, in a nicely done work; and today they replaced the water pressure regulator that had stopped working. I had the option of calling other companies of national name for my needs, but I prefer calling professional local service providers like Paschal which offers quick response and solutions. Adam & Jesse both came well prepared to tackle my home situation with a sound strategic plan and demonstrated knowledge critical to me as a customer.
