Around August 7th, I sent two iPhones into Gazelle for them to evaluate and purchase. On August 15th, I accepted their offer of $1301.30 for both devices and they emailed me notifying that they had mailed a check that day. I called customer service on August 25th as I had not yet received the checks and the rep I spoke with told me that they could cancel the checks and send me the money via PayPal instead, which I opted for. She said this process would take 2-3 business days. As of August 30th, I didn’t receive payment so I again called for an update and was told the money would be sent no later than the evening of 9/1. Since then, I have contacted them via phone and chat at least 4 times and each time, their response is that it will take 2-3 business days to process and their “finance team is working on it”. To be fair, I did receive the checks the Monday after I called the first time, but they had already been canceled at that time. If I don’t receive payment in 24 hours, will be taking civil action.

Desired outcome: I would like my $1301.30 to be sent via PayPal immediately.
