(Ecovacs Case # 297158) I have purchased 4 Ecovacs DEEBOT 900s from this company. 1 was replaced thru Warranty. They do not warranty their replacements FYI. Each of these vacuums were $300+ and every single one of them broke down and stopped working. I dont believe any consumer would pay upwards of $300 for a vacuum only for it to break within a year. Every single one of mine broke (through proper use and not abuse). Warranty is only 1 year and replacement is not warrantied. They should issue a RECALL on their products if they all stop mapping, or stop working in the middle of a cleaning session, unable to find a dock. Or stop working all together! What a sham of a company.

I bought a Deebot 600 in June . I haven't used intensevely, just once a week. Soon after the guarantee expired, in Dec 2019, the device gave an error message and stop working. I tried to call customer service, but after hours on the phone and no reply, gave up. Contacted technical service through email. Answers were: turn it on and off and check. I did all they told me, still not working. So the final answer was: "We are really sorry, because we do not offer either technical support nor spare parts for that model. But we suggest you keep the device, just in case we can in the future offer some assistance" THEY JUST SOLD ME EXPENSIVE ELECTRONIC TRASH. I have to dispose now of useless batteries, electronic components, etc. THAT IS THE WORST CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY I HAVE SEEN IN YEARS. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THIS PEOPLE

Unprofessional and unreliable products. Bought Deebot T9 in January 2023, it worked fine for few months and then cleaning became inconsistent. Sent for repair (RMR 70799) but the cleaning is still inconsistent. Both the customer support and reseller in Malaysia denied further help. Total waste of money for the substandard product and NOT recommended at all!

Ecovacs Complaining about service issue of Ecovas Deboot

I purchased this product Ecovas deboot online in the month of June 2022 and it gave an issue with mopping in April 2023 and have raised request on 18th April where service representative initially responded actively and asked to share the pics of the parts of Deboot and later asked to share the address to attend the service, however after sharing the address there was no response from the team on the follow up on call as well as on what's app until 9th May 2023.

I have again contacted recently on 30th July where the team has quickly responded and now actively coming back asking ti pay money and ready to pick the calls and responding as well.

Which was not the case when the product was inwarranty period

Very pathetic service and representative is not at all concerned and not ready to hear the concern of they not handling the request raised on 18th April 2023. And kept on mentioning to pay the money if I need to get the mopping issue resolved

Ecovacs Ecovacs ozmo 950

I purchased a ecovacs 950 in oct 2020 and the vaccums was working very well until a month ago when it started acting weird and not going back to the charging dock. So I took it to the official service centre in KL Ban Leong Technologies and they informed me the same day that the motherboard needs to be replaced and they would order the parts from china. Now this morning I was informed by a call that the parts are no longer available and we cannot fix out of warranty products. Its an expensive machine and if this is damaged in 2.5 years then whats the point of spending so much money.

I am very disappointed with getting no resolution from the official service centre.

Ecovacs Deebot N8 pro and customer service

Bought Deebot N8 pro in Nov 2022. In April 2023, the device started making loud squeaky noise when vacuuming/mopping on hard floor. As it was still under warranty, I contacted customer service with details of the issue along with video and they told me send the device for repair. The device was sent on Apr 27. They sent my device back on May 5 with a technician note that no fault has been found and the device was now marked as refurbished. I tried to run it and the squeaky noise was still there. I contacted customer service again and they told me to send the device back and they would replace with a new N8 pro. I sent my device on May 31. They sent a new device on Jun 9, and they had sent T8 aivi. I reached out to them and they told me that n8 pro was not in inventory and so they sent the device with similar config and better battery. I was disappointed as t8 aivi is an older device with no true detect. So it was a downgrade for the money paid. They did not even confirm with me if I was fine with a different model. I reached out and asked for refund as I did not want T8 aivi and they told me to contact Amazon as it was bought from there. I asked them how could I ask Amazon for refund when my original device was with them. Then they offered refurbished n8 pro which I denied. I told them I would be fine with same, or an upgrade in N8 series but not a downgrade or refurbished. Then they said N8 pro is back in inventory and I can ship back the t8 aivi to receive n8 pro replacement. It was sent back on Jun 27. I received replacement device on Jul 1, and it is yet again a wrong one, t8. At this point I don't know what to do. It's past Amazon return window, my original product is with Ecovacs, they won't send me correct replacement, they won't give me refund. Then after multiple constant follow-up, on Jul 7, they said they would send me a replacement of N8 pro+ device and as a courtesy I can keep or gift the wrong device as well. I agreed, but it's Jul 19 today and they still haven't sent the replacement device. Every time I follow up, they send a scripted response that they have escalated it to concerned department and my patience is greatly appreciated. Well, I don't have patience left. It's been more than nearly 3 months without the vacuum, additional payment to cleaning services, and multiple errands to UPS, and all this stress and disappointment. I wonder how can such a big company be so inefficient and show worst customer service on account of a

Ecovacs Ecovacs accessory value pack

I ordered to replace everything as needed in advance so when the time came due we're ready and everything seems great at first except for the the main brush. It doesn't seem to work the same as the original one...it's louder than before and it's not picking up as much.. it looks identical to the original one but its like it doesn't stay into place and it's not spinning.

Ecovacs Purchased a debot model vacuum

Purchased a debot model vacuum. Machine stopped working within the year warranty period. Company replaced it with a refurbished vacuum. Requested a replacement and they referred me to a repair shop. Sent it in and they said the brush motor failed, which should not happen in a 3 month old vacuum. When I emailed customer service they were unhelpful and spun me in circles. Do not purchase from these manipulators.

I purchased the ECOVACS DEEBOT OZMO 937 last year and now it has a problem with the *** sensor. I checked my item warranty which is still within a 1-year warranty, so I contact ECOVACS for a repair or exchange. However, they refused to offer a warranty. They told me they only offer the product warranty for the item purchased from some ***. But the warranty is a 1-year manufacturer warranty and it should not be related to which retailer I purchased from.

The new Deebot N8+ Vacuum robot, I got for Christmas after one day of use now error D-ToF Sensor malfunction. I followed instructions to tap the sensors but no joy. Can anyone help me? This was done through a Chat on the ECOVACS website. Created December 27, 16:08 Assigned to *** Id #***. I received an email back stating: Regret to hear your DEEBOT is still not working properly. In this case, we will email you a *** label that you can print and place on a box to ship your robot. Then, just give the robot to a *** driver or take it to the *** store - no charge to you. Assigned to *** Id #***. I sent in the information they requested of proof of purchase which I brought from Bestbuy. Packaged up my DEEBOT OZMO N8+ per the *** label they sent and they received the Item on January 3, 2022. On January 11, 2022, 19:08 I requested status through email on the progress of my product I sent to them for repair Ecovacs. At 20:18 I received an email back from *** stating, "After checking with our repair center, our team is still working on repairing the unit, please don't worry, we would forward the detailed information to the dedicated department for further assistance, your patience is appreciated." Ecovacs Clearly there is a design flaw and poor workmanship with the charging dock

Clearly there is a design flaw and poor workmanship with the charging dock. I had 2 charging station contacts to break in the exact same spot within 6months and the company does nothing to stand behind it. Their suggestion from *** in *** was "I personally feel pity for this. To my knowledge, inserting some sponge pieces or cotton into the hole would make the pins contact again as the spring under it had gone missing." Clearly the company has seen many issues with this and does nothing to replace the charging and improve the quality.

Ecovacs We purchased a refurbished Tineco S3 on 4/11

We purchased a refurbished Tineco S3 on 4/11. We noticed it was not cleaning our floor at all so we sent multiple videos to the company showing the device is not working properly. They refuse to fix it or exchange it and only offered a free bottle of cleaning solution. The device is still under the 6 month warranty but they will do nothing. We will dispute the charge under Federal guidelines if this issue is not resolved. Since I cant Upload a video, Ive uploaded stills from the video I sent. I used Their machine. Then went over the same spot with a bissell mop and its still extremely dirty.

It does not avoid obstacles anything on the ground it will run over and get stuck. It has errors and does not operate properly whatsoever this must have been rushed out or something. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I submitted a return request on 4/26/22 and now they're saying I have to wait on the label to be emailed for return it's been 9 days waiting on a RETURN label unreal! Purchased this deebot and at first it worked fine then it wouldnt return to charging station. And when I manually put it on the charging station it does not charge. I press the on button and it says it is not charged shutting down but its directly on the charging station. I have down everything asked to do as making sure the charging station is cleans also the deebot. This one is a complete dud. I have not had it for long at all and of course its Past the 3 month warranty. I would like actual resolution. This is the second deebot I buy first one also died on me but decided to give the company another try and regret that decision now.

I purchased a DEEBOT OZMO N8+ online on 1/1/22. On 1/2/22 I sent them email requesting cancellation before it shipped, and I received confirmation they received my email, but never received a confirmation order was cancelled. On 1/4/22 I received an email item that the item was shipped, and again I sent them an email wondering why my cancelled item was shipped. On 1/7/22 I received the item, and again contacted them by email, about shipping item I cancelled, but no response except automated replies. I called on 2/10/22, and left a voice message, no return call. I called again on 2/15/22, and talked to *** he said he would send an email, which he did with info requested but no RMA. I replied, will see what happens next. No response. So I emailed again today 2/21/22.

I purchased a yeedi vac station from Ecovacs Robotics through Amazon on January 23rd, 2022. It worked great for months and then suddenly stopped connecting to my internet.. I did not change internet and have been working with both my internet provider on the phone and yeedi support, troubleshooting through email. Nothing has worked and something is wrong with my vacuum. They claim that they provide a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase and I have asked to please have the vacuum replaced as it is useless when it will not connect to the app to set up cleaning schedules again. They have no customer service number for the *** and have ignored my request for a new vacuum over email. I would really like this one replaced as it was a great vacuum until it stopped connecting. We bought and ecovacs OZMO 920 last December, and it worked 5 months. We contacted ECOVACS since it is in their warranty period. They asked us to return and we shipped it back. They reported that they are in the process of sending a replacement back, that was June 9. Since then we have been contacting them when would they ship a new replacement. They keep on telling us that they are in the process of packing and shipping it. It's been a month and they still haven't sent us a shipping or tacking number. they keep on telling us that they are in the process of replacing it. This is too much. We want our full money back so we can buy another vacuum with a different brand. They keep on giving us a request ticket (***) for reference, and they would give us the same answers "it's in the warehouse", "we're in the process of shipping and packing"

Ecovacs I got an Ecovac Deebot in 2018, which then stopped holding the charge after 6 months

I got an Ecovac Deebot in 2018, which then stopped holding the charge after 6 months. I then contacted your support team, which walked me through many troubleshooting steps, which none worked. I then sent the faulty unit back, then received a new one in July. Then in May , the new unit i was sent, started to not hold the charge, like the original unit bought in 2018. I contacted your support team, which asked me to run the troubleshooting steps, but none worked. I then asked for a refund, as I was sent this faulty unit, by Ecovac directly, so this isnt my faulty. I then received a reply, from *** on 6/12, letting me know that replacement units sent to customers, only have a 3 months warranty. I am extremely dissatisfied with this product, due to all issues. I am also not willing to trust this product/company, ever again. When the vacuum worked, all was fine, but then all went down hill once the charging issues came along. I would like to get a refund.

Ecovacs I ordered the Deebot t* + *** robot with advanced laser mapping and 3D obstacle ***Grey on 11/22

I ordered the Deebot t+ *** robot with advanced laser mapping and 3D obstacle ***Grey on 11/22. Purchased amount was $476.99. This item worked great for a couple months and within the last 2-3 months this item has stopped auto emptying. The unit is under warranty and I asked for a refund or a replacement doc (one that doesn't empty because I know this will happen again) and their response is to have the vacuum run each area separately. I did not purchase this vacuum to have it run 3 times a day to cover the 2 rooms and hallway I want vacuumed. I have one dog and one cat if the dust bin is too full to empty from that they should not be selling this product as an auto empty station. The warranty statement says: "We warrant that the Products purchased hereunder shall be free from defects in material and workmanship upon the terms of its standard warranty statement in the product literature provided with your Product for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase." yet it doesn't appear to be the case.

Ecovacs I purchased an Evovac OZMO 930 in December from Best Buy

I purchased an Evovac OZMO 930 in December from Best Buy. It worked fine for a couple of months, then started having issues with suction and ended up losing it's mapping ability and started traveling random patterns. In April , I decided enough was enough so I contacted Evovacs customer service. They were pretty responsive and in late May, they sent me a pre-paid label to return the machine and they would send me a new one. The new one came, worked well for about two weeks but totally lost all suction power and again, lost mapping ability and was traveling random patterns. In mid-June, they sent me a label to return it for exchange. I received the third unit a couple of days ago and just opened it - only to find the same exact machine I had just sent back! I noticed that the address where they had me send the first machine was not the same address they had me send the second machine to; and neither of those addresses match the address in this data base. Both times, they had me send videos of what the machine was doing but would never tell me what they thought was wrong. I want my money back, but neither Evovacs or Best Buy will facilitate that.

Having owned robotic vacuums almost since the beginning (I bought my first Roomba in ***), I can say I have never been so excited and then so disappointed as with the Ecovacs Ozmo ECOVACS Deebot T8 AIVI and the attachment for better scrubbing.This is a *** dollars investment that started failing almost from the beginning, showing a level of unreliability I have never witnessed in any other robotic brand, including Roomba, *** and roborock. I own all these brands, and except replacing the lithium-ion battery, most of these units have been running strong for more than a decade, some close to 15 years.The problem is that it has been a terribly unreliable robot. Its lidar often gets stuck, and the recommended solution is to tap hard. This used to do the trick until it didn't. Less than a year and a half after I purchased it, I had to send it back for repairs, and the lidar stopped working. We do use the vacuum once a day, but I am super careful with it. After contacting them, they first declined to fix it as it was out of warranty, even though a *** dollars piece of equipment failing that early is just wrong. They finally agreed to take and perform the repairs, but less than two months later (3, but one it was not used as we were out of town) the system failed again. This time it is the anti-drop sensors.It turns out you can look on a search engine how these sensors often become *** due to a faulty design that brings the moisture of the mopping to them. Even if you remove the mopping tray after each use (which I do) water may remain on the lines, and many people complain about this damage. In the car world, all of these vacuums would be recalled due to a manufacturing defect, but here you're left with an expensive piece of robotic debris.All in all, unless you're ok changing vacuums frequently, deebots are exciting products with a lot of high tech, but also a terrible execution. The new Deebot N8+ Vacuum robot, I got for Christmas after one day of use now error D-ToF Sensor malfunction. I followed instructions to tap the sensors but no joy. Can anyone help me? This was done through a Chat on the ECOVACS website. Created December 27, 16:08 Assigned to *** Id #***. I received an email back stating: Regret to hear your DEEBOT is still not working properly. In this case, we will email you a *** label that you can print and place on a box to ship your robot. Then, just give the robot to a *** driver or take it to the *** store - no charge to you. Assigned to *** Id #***. I sent in the information they requested of proof of purchase which I brought from Bestbuy. Packaged up my DEEBOT OZMO N8+ per the *** label they sent and they received the Item on January 3, 2022. On January 11, 2022, 19:08 I requested status through email on the progress of my product I sent to them for repair Ecovacs. At 20:18 I received an email back from *** stating, "After checking with our repair center, our team is still working on repairing the unit, please don't worry, we would forward the detailed information to the dedicated department for further assistance, your patience is appreciated." Assigned to *** Id #*** On January 19, 2022, 13:01 I sent another email to Ecovacs Support asking for the status of my repair. I received the following email back at 13:36 "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may be caused. In this case, we have forwarded the detailed information to our relevant department for further confirmation, and we will get back to you as soon as possible once we have an update, your patience is appreciated." It's been a long time since I have sent my device for repair. I sent in my device on 7th November 2023, and still NOT received the repaired device (today: 23rd Jan 2024).

I have been calling customer care again and again, and no convincing response on the delivery date. It's very frustrating for me. Please help!

All I need is the remote control RC0917. The robot is working fine, but the remote is dead, and Ecovacs Deebot customer service doesn't know anything about it, and cannot provide any information about the frequency the remote uses to communicate with and control the robot.

This unit was purchased in 2016. The remote died a month sgo.

Very disappointed from service.

I had registered my request for installation and demo on 5 April 2023.

They said engineer visit time should be 24 to 48 hours

Already been 72 hours

Till now no one call for demo and no one come for demo
