I purchased a replacement hose for my *** which the website would fit my vacuum. It didn't. When I called and spoke to a very curt and unfriendly rep, he said the website said it did not fit my unit even though I was looking directly at it on my computer when I called. I returned the item and after I didn't get refunded for 2 weeks after they received it, I called again. I left a message after holding for a very long time but never received a call back so I called again the next day and spoke to another very unfriendly rep who said they just credited my c.c. that day. So, they have a poor website, hire and train their customer reps to be totally unaccommodating, and they don't return phone calls promptly. Bottom line- shop elsewhere!

Owning a VERY OLD model of an Electrolux vacuum cleaner, I thought I would have no luck securing replacement parts. However, after an extensive internet search, I fell upon ***. On their search engine, I put in the make/model number of my vacuum and, much to my delight, saw a full list of replacement parts. I ordered 2 of the extended handles which arrived fairly quickly. Upon installation, I saw that the hose needed to be replaced as well (my wife had taped everything together to keep things running...LOL). I ordered the hose as well, and am very impressed by the increased suction and cleaning of our vacuum. This store was a "find" and have bookmarked them on my computer should I need additional parts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ***!

I replaced my 22-year-old Electrolux E130A with a new Electrolux PU3650 unit. The new unit works well and arrived promptly. However, I was disappointed that the eVacuumStore salesperson didn't inform me that Electrolux had been sold to nuera-air. I'm concerned about the warranty being honored by the new company. eVacuumStore assured me they would ensure the warranty is honored. I wish I had known this before purchasing as I might have chosen a different brand. So far, everything is great after the first few weeks.

great replacement for the factory hose
Found all the parts necessary to fix the *** Rugmaster Plus power head. One particular part needed was the fuse plug. The staff at *** store was very helpful finding the part that I could not name, only describe. Shipping took about a week with all parts ordered being the ones I needed. *** job *** store.

It has been a struggle with EVacuum from the beginning. They are on the east coast and I am on the west coast. The first time my new vacuum was sent it required a signature. Timing was always off and it was returned back to the company. I called EVacuum and ask them to resend it, which they did. It took about 2 more weeks. When I received it I didn't tested out right away. When did test it the power head did not work. I called several time to try to get help. I think they finally realized what it wasn't me who didn't know how to work it but the actual "new" product was not working. Now I have to pay to ship it Massachusetts so it can be repaired. A new item and it has to be repaired. I am very disappointed with the customer service. I wish I never would have made this purchase. It was almost a $500 purchase. I regret giving even one star. They are no stars in my opinion.

The "iRobot Roomba 400 and 4000 Series Replacement Battery" for my Roomba 4150 does not work. I charged it twice, the green light on the Roomba told me that it was charged, I tested the battery with a battery charger, which confirmed the charge. But when I tried to use the Roomba the flashing red light told me that the battery was discharged. iRobot says that third party batteries often don't work in Roombas, and they no longer (11/14) sell replacements. I had to pay insured return shipping ($16), and the eVacuumStore's fine print says that they will deduce a 20% restocking fee ($8) and the original shipping from my refund. So I expect to get back, at best, a few dollars from my original $40. Finally, eVacuumStore removed my original review of this product twice, which adds to the appearance that this offer is fraudulent. They appear to repeatedly sell the same battery to people, charging them the restocking fee and whatever they want for shipping.

NO stars rating...not worth even one ordered a belt for my eureka vacuum, figured id get an original eureka belt as would be a better chance of it lasting a bit longer, even if it was a little bit more money. Got the 1st belt, it lasted 5 uses and broke. so I ordered another, but then took notice that the belt i received had a different part number on it and is made in Italy. Looking up eureka company i see that they are based in ***. I spoke to someone online, Anthony his name was on the websites live chat and he did his best to convince me my part was genuine, but it was obvious it wasn't. So consumer beware, this company is knowingly out to rip you off. At first i thought was an honest mistake, but then came here and read a few reviews, they are ripping people off and falsely advertising genuine parts, then when they have your money they send cheap knock offs that do not last. Pros: Easy to navigate website and prices that are fair and comparable to other sites. Cons: Shipping to a lot longer than I expected. But the biggest fault is the customer service. I ordered 24 bags and 2 belts for my Simplicity Vacuum. The bags are fine, but the belts do not fit. I have reached out to their customer service only to be told "Those are the correct belts". I hate to disagree with them, but they do not fit my machine ... AT ALL. I sent them pictures of the belts which are half the size of my old belt and was told "These are the correct belts, they just need to stretch as they are new". Again, NOT AT ALL. I sent them a video of their belt stretched to the breaking point on my vacuum and after only 1 turn of the brush, it flies off. It will NOT stay on the machine as it is TOO SMALL. They have not responded back since the second E-mail. I guess I own 2 expensive rubber bands. I am contacting my credit card company to resolve and reverse the charge.

I purchased a vacuum listed as "just like" an ***. Other than the shape of the canister, there are NO similarities. Repairs are very expensive and there are only a handful of service centers that will handle this brand "Perfect".The on/off switch would not work so I took it to a repair center that was recommended by the company I purchased it from. The repair person said the repair was expensive and, given the lack of quality of the unit, not worth it. There would be continuing problems with the unit. This was NOT a pressure tactic to get me to buy a new vacuum. The unit was made of cheap plastic and was configured so that the electricity often damaged the interior because of intense heat. The cost of this vacuum was $799.95. I thought I was buying a quality vacuum that would last forever. I am a senior citizen who still functions at the peace and love level of consumer dealings! In retrospect I am clearly a little naive but this has nothing to do with the product or the Sellers.

On October 25 we placed an order on line for Dyson V11 Animal vacuum from eVacuum Store. We were told delivery would be in 3-5 days. Our Visa account was charged that very day for $581.93.That was a month ago and we have yet to receive the vacuum! After many unproductive and unsatisfactory emails, we were told our order is pending on backorder with no updated eta. On 11/18 we were given the choice of keeping the order open to ship when available or closing the order and receiving a full refund. We chose to close the order and receive the full refund. As of 11/24, our Visa account has still NOT been credited with the refund. After talking to a representative for our Visa account, we have now decided to formally open a dispute with eVacuum Store. In all of my years as a consumer, I have never had an experience more vile than this. It is misrepresentation at its worst. The eVacuum Store should not be allowed to do business with the unsuspecting public. The reason we gave a rating of 1? There was no 0.
I did not have trouble ordering
I did not have trouble ordering. Delivery seemed to take a long time, but it came in perfect condition. What I did have major trouble with was the instructions that was sent. They were very poor, so I had no idea if I attached all the parts correctly. After assembly, the vacuum would not turn the brushes. So, I tried to take it apart and realized that the wands were stuck together. I finally had to take it to a very gracious repair shop. The wand clasp turned out to be defective. I returned the item, mainly because it was too heavy an attachment for me to use, not because of the defective wand. Returns were a pain! The company gives you a very limited amount of time for returns. The product must be in pristine condition, returned in same packaging and wrapping, insured, signature required when delivered, a RA# from the company and you must pay, in my case, $42-$52 in restock fees. I also spent $27.00 in postage. and $10 for the repairman to get the wands apart! My loss of $79-$89. So, my return on the $209.00 Power Brush will be $120-$130. Sorry, just does not sit right with me! Nancy

This is one of the worst retailers I have ever ordered from. I placed an order, provided a street address for shipping. The item was not shipped to a street address but rather shipped by *** SurePost which delivered the package to a post office in another County that does not serve my physical street address. I discovered this while tracking the package. Immediately notified EVacuum by email on October 27th that the package was being returned to them "undeliverable" and requesting my credit card be reimbursed. I received a robotic response assigning a "Case No." and advising I would receive follow-up. Between October 27 and today (November 12th) I have received no communication whatsoever from EVacuum. Meanwhile, I placed a call to them that went unanswered and I left a message. Again no call back. I now have a printed copy of the delivery receipt that the package was delivered back to Evacuum on November 4th at 9:50 a.m. As of the writing of this review I still have not received credit for the merchandise that was charged to my credit card the day I placed the order. The only word to describe the practices of this company is "fraudulent." DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I called the company today, listened to a very rude person tell me he would not do a thing to help me. He would not listen to anything I had to say. I was going to ask if they could send me the item which only cost $15.42 and If I received the other one supposedly in transit, I would send it back. He was so abrupt and rude I did not get a word in. I do NOT recommend *** to anyone. They will not back what they sell! The wrong product was shipped. Return authorized by company. Return logged in on 4/11 using tracking and delivery by UPS. Per phone call I made to company, I was informed that no refunds were being issued at this time because their sales had exploded and volume was up 3Xs the normal. All personnel were now in shipping. No one can do returns.

I purchased an accessory kit for a central vacuum system on 05/26. The vacuum hose was defective and separated from the handle leaving exposed wires and a non-functioning system. I contacted the company, sent photos and described issue and they sent out a replacement. Now 2 months later the same thing happened with the hose separating from the handle. Wires are exposed and the on-off switch does not work. I have the hose held together with duct tape. The system is faulty and dangerous. When I contacted the company the only solution they offered was for me to purchase a new hose. I would think a product such as this should have a life span of more than a couple of months.

I ordered a product. It was not as described so I called to have it returned. I was told to pay for shipping back. The item was shipped back using a return number that they gave me. after 3 weeks of hearing nothing I called them back. They told me I had the wrong return number instead of #*** I should have been given *** I was told this can happen if someone did not finalize a return and it is generated by the computer. So after 4 weeks I still have heard nothing and have no refund. They told me that they would contact the warehouse and get back to me. There has still not been any communication back. When I called today they told me I was wrong and that I obviously never sent it back. I have the tracking number and information. I also informed him of the error that I was informed about and was again told I was wrong. I still have received no refund!

After a week with no update, I texted the representative but got no reply. Later, another employee couldn't assist but promised a callback from the initial representative. I purchased a rather expensive vacuum in August . Within 5 months the cord will not pull out of the vacuum to plug it in. I e-mails eVacuums and got the response that I would have to send it in as there were no repair options for the state I live in. I sent it via *** sometime in the middle of January. I had not heard anything from them so I called last week. The customer service person said he would have to track it down and call me back, which he never did. I called again twice this week, once to again be told he would call back, which he did not, and the call today, I was told they could not locate my vacuum, it was somewhere in a shipping crate and they would get to it when whatever crate it was in was opened. I am in serious need of my vacuum as I have two very large dogs that shed (hince the getting this vacuum and paying the higher price) I thought it would last longer then 5 months before breaking.

On 9/15, I requested cancellation by email and was told minutes later it was canceled. I called on 9/16 for a refund but had to leave a voicemail. Another email to support for the refund went unanswered. I missed a call back about the voicemail without a refund confirmation. I called again at 8 am on 9/17, left another voicemail, and still await a response.

I decided to return the vacuum after using it one time, I packed it back in it's original box, it had slight dust on it, from using it once, other than that the vacuum was in perfect shape, no damage or anything of that sort. and I sent it back within two weeks of purchasing it, which is a timely manner, I called the evcuumstore and I let them know that I need to return the vacuum, the customer service representative asked me why I am returning it, and I stated to her that I am not satisfied with the vacuum and it did not work as intended, she then gave me a return number, and not once mentioned that I will NOT be receiving a full or even partial refund, the customer service lady was made aware that I used it once, and again never mentioned that their policy prohibits them from issuing me a refund. a couple of weeks go by after I had shipped it back and paid for the shipping fees myself, I did not hear anything from the company, so I went ahead and called them to inquire about the refund, the first time I called, they told me the refund will take about 4-6 weeks, so I called again after that time lapsed, ( again I received no communication from them regarding my refund) after I contacted them, they said it will take more time, so at this point I had called three times, and the last time I called, I was informed by the customer service representative that I will not be receiving a refund, I inquire on why I wont be getting my money back, he replies by saying " the vacuum you returned was dirty" I told him that it was dirty because I used it once and I didn't like it, and that it doesn't make sense that the company kept the vacuum and the entirety of the amount I paid, the customer service representative became very rude to me, and talked over me, at this point I asked to speak to his manager, and that I wanted to escalate my problem, and he refused, he said he was the boss, and there isn't anyone else to escalate the problem to, and I will not be getting a refund.
