Dirt Devil 8V Grab & Go Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner, BD30110V, New
$39.96/ea purchased at Walmart July 11 2024, in Mount Airy Maryland, 212771 US. Stopped working the end of September. It will not charge. I tried several different outlets with no success. It will blink approximately 6 times then stop. I left a terrible review. Someone told me to contact DirtDevilcustomersupport.
Of course, I can't reach anyone at all. Having to spend more time typing this out is making the situation worse. No one helps. Cheap product. No help.

Purchased an Endura vacuum 9 months ago and the button that holds the handle up broke. 2 year warranty IF you can get anyone to respond from Dirt Devil! Online wait time IS unbelievable! Finally got (Heather) to respond and requested pictures. Sent them and took 4 days for a response! Told pictures weren't correct? Asked for a picture of the cord cut-off the vacuum...sent a picture of the cord cut-off in my hand...another 4 days waiting for a response...then no response! Got online and waited 30+ minutes to chat with a rep...told me she would be handling my case...sent NEW pictures and 2 days...no response...without a vacuum for 3+ weeks! POOR customer service and warranty for their vacuum!

It is now June 14th at 6:17 p.m. in Frankfort Kentucky. I've had three of these dirt devils and I love them they're lightweight I don't vacuum carpets I got a couple of rugs that I vacuum and I love them but for some reason this one that I've had for 4 years I was vacuuming and it just stopped and something busted like oil and I have pictures where it got all over my carpet and I'm pretty upset about it but I love my product but this is the third one I've had and never it's done this in my things can you please help me out thank you Tabatha Rivera

I purchased a Dirt Devil Endura Upright at Bed Bath & Beyond. No return to the store as they are closing. Prior to submitting this complaint, I read the reviews that alarmed me.

There is no customer service that will pick up the phone. The response is "our office is now closed, you may visit dirtdevil.com and chat with a live agent." As I tried twice and awaited to connect, I got disconnected. More significantly, the manual does not mirror the product. "Cord Release and Storage" as there is no "cord release pedal". The "handle release" is non-functional.

Subsequent to this complaint, I will also file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in 24 hours if I do not receive a compensatory response. Lucille Iovino [protected]@gmail.com - [protected]

I purchased this vacuum on 03/05/2022 and returned it on 03/12/2022 for a new one because the control for the suction broke off.

I have since had numerous problems with this vacuum. The suction control broke off again, and I was unable to return it because of the 30 day return policy. The wheels don't turn, and the filter part falls off. I am currently using a vacuum head from an old Bissell because the head cracked, and most recently, the plug metal prong broke. I have never had so many problems with a vacuum.

I have posted pictures of the broken parts. I think it's made of cheap plastic. Right now the only good thing about this vacuum is the suction( duct taped control).

Hi there, I purchased a dirt devil vacuum at target a little while back. I feel that this product is quite inadequate. When the brush speed is selected, it shoots things all over the ground and doesn’t really pick them up. It’s almost like a game to see if it will actually pick things up. When the brush setting is off, the suction works but is quite weak. The only part of the vacuum that really works is the handheld portion. Overall just not pleased with the product — and I really hate to complain.

The suction on this vacuum is terrible. When using the vacuum on hardwood or laminate; it just shoots the debris all over the floor.

The Turboclaw pet hair tool. The plastic pieces on the inside that are riveted and spin, slip while it spins causing an unbearable squealing sound that is easily comparable to nails on a chalk board. I have not been able to use the accessory as it's fine for two seconds and then starts squealing.

I bought the vacuum using curbside pick up, the box it came in was destroyed; so no option to send it back in original packaging. Canadian Tire had it listed as 200+ on sale for 99$ so thinking I got some great deal on this useless vacuum, nope dirt devil has them listed for 98$ regularly.

Note in box said not to deal with the store where the vacuum was purchased, but dirt devil themselves. Looking at their return policy on; looks like in screwed.

It is a terrible vaccuum. I had to put felt pads on the wand so it did not scratch my hardwood floors . The wheels on it does not turn so you are dragging the vaccuum across your floors. An absolute nightmare in vaccuuming.Because the wheels does not turn, the product is constantly flipping over. Would not recommend your product to anyone.

I am sorry I have to put in this complaint, but my vacuum will not charge. Where you plug the charger into vacuum there is no charge. My husband checked for power with voltage meter. Charger is good but where it goes into vacuum has none.

Just purchased the vacuum in April. Love how it worked and was very pleased with it. But it is to short of a time to not charge.

Cleaned it daily and always have clean filter. Please help.

I have had m dirt devil for a number of years and have been very pleased with the product. However recently I had to replace the beater bar drive belt. I followed the instructions from the manual but the belt broke after approximately three weeks of use.

The belt I purchased was as required by the manual and was Part number

I bought a vacuum just under 2 years ago. First I needed a filter but Dirt Devil didn’t have the part, it was less than two years and I couldn’t buy a replacement filter off right? How did I then fund the filter at Walmart, on the shelf, why does Walmart have the part but Dirt Devil does not. Then today the bottom of the canister just fell off, I called customer service to see if I could buy that replacement part, well guess what, that part isn’t available either. The solution that was offered, was they offered me a 30% off a non sale item on Dirt Devil website, I was very upset asked to speak to a supervisor and same was offered no parts available but 30% off I asked them why would I buy another Dirt Devil when the one I have is literally falling apart they said the warranty was only one year, I was trying to buy parts, not asking for a replacement vacuum. I think Dirt Devil are actually little devils they sell a product they are unable to stock parts, it’s less than two years old my vacuum, they back you into a corner trying to mage your rebuy another Dirt Devil, that was their solution, I am not satisfied. Do not buy their products. As I was looking for parts online for the vacuum, I read that it’s so bad consumer reviews can’t give it a score because it’s so awful. Please don’t buy their products if you are looking for a vacuum that lasts more than a year, I would invest your money elsewhere. Prior to Dirt Devil I had a vacuum that lasted me for over 5 years, in this economy Dirt Devil should hang their head in shame for taking advantage of their customers, I happen to be disabled and this has make me so I very stressed out, tossed to the side by agents. They said they are getting more of the same model will be in stock soon, bit yet they can’t offer parts, it’s lies. The products don’t hold up the, company is an absolute joke, I got so upset I cried and the lady said oh don’t cry. Do not buy anything Dirt Devil, they are devils they take advantage of consumers.

I just got this vacuum a few months ago and it just stopped working today. It died as I vacuuming.

Honestly, I have barely even used it as I have another vacuum and live alone, no pets etc..minimal dust, dirt.

I am really surprised as I expected Dirt Devil to be high quality, this is the second one I bought in the past 2 years and that vacuum did the same thing.

I ordered a cordless Lithium stick vac, I received it and I cannot get the dirt cup back in and the light goes off when I try to charge it. I have checked the socket and there is nothing wrong with it.i moved to another plug it still goes off and doe t charge. It's not coming on. I need to know what to do with it.

About 7 months I purchased a dirt devil, about 5 months into it, it barely would have any suction even though I clean it out after every use. And then it completely would shut off while using. About 2 months ago I got a new same exact one, and now it's doing the same thing that the first one did. I do not have the money to keep replacing vacuums multiple times a yr. I would greatly appreciate it if I could get a refund for what I paid or if I could just get a replacement.

We bought this vacuum cleaner in February of this year. It has horrible suction, and has made a loud, squeaking noise every time you pull the vacuum backwards. It is awful on the carpet and also the wood floors. Leaves more dirt than it picks up.

What can you do to make this right? We don't have the money to buy a new vacuum every few months. So disappointed with this product. Please take care of this.

On bare floors, the vacuum only blows the dirt and pet hair around. Sometimes it appears to clump hair together & spit it back out. On carpets, the roller brushes push the pet hair to the outside of the vacuum’s path. Then, when I run over the pet hair again, it just moves it somewhere else. I have had these issues from the first day I bought it.. I’ve double checked the hoses for clogs, the belt is good, the filters are clean. But this Vacuum for Pet hair, is worthless.

The vacuum was bought for me for Christmas it has a 1-year warranty brand new and I'm just having a few minor problems with it it was a good working vacuum up until today when I tried to turn it on I'm getting a bad burning smell when I turn it on and it doesn't seem to be working I tried to reach out to their customer service to try to get it fixed but for whatever reason I can't even contact them it says that their page is not even available. I'm mainly complaining because I can't even get in touch with them and the warranty is still good.

I bought this vacuum few days ago, put it together and noticed the left side at the top rim will not close all the way. Haven’t even used it and air goes out the side an it barely picks up anything. I don’t have a way back to the store and I’m stuck with this!

I bought this vacuum cleaner a while back and it didn't work. It had no suction and would blow dirt around. Dirt Devil replaced it with the same model. The new one was better than the first one but still does not have adequate suction and also blows dirt when first turned on. Calling the help line didn't solve the problem. I want my money back. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing a Dirt Devil product which I thought was a reliable company. Turns out it isn't so and consumers need to be made aware of this.

I purchased this vacuum on May 28, 2021 from Walmart. The cord to it is splitting apart. It is splitting in more than 1 place. This problem started a few weeks ago around March 10, 2022. Do not feel safe using your vacuum with the cord the way it is. How can you help me with this problem?
