So, I was at this gas station in Davie, Florida, right?
So, I was at this gas station in Davie, Florida, right? And I saw that the air machine was charging $1.5. I thought, "Hey, I'll just use some coins to pay for it." But guess what? The darn thing wasn't working! So, I went back inside the store and talked to the owner. They told me to use a credit card instead. So, I did that and guess what? They charged me $*** for putting air in my tire! That's just not fair, you know? I need a refund for this, like ASAP. Thanks a bunch.

Unfortunately, the machine didn't work because the hose was cracked where it connects to the filling nozzle. I tried calling the number on my card statement, but it was no longer in service. Then I called the number provided by the ComplaintsBoard.com, and a friendly lady at an answering service answered and took my information. The machine displayed a lower amount, but I was actually charged $2.95 on my card (see screenshot attached). This should be the amount of my refund. Thank you.

I went inside the gas station to ask for help, while my 9-year-old child and dog were in the car, running and out of my reach, so they wouldn't get too hot in the heat. A kind person came to help me and tried to use the machine. He said, "You're right, this thing is broken." I was left stuck there. I called the number on the machine, but it was an answering service and they said they would contact someone and I should get a call back. I tried calling two more times on 7/11 and 7/22, and they promised I would get a call back. But I still haven't heard anything from the company. I just want a refund of $10.00 to fix this.
