So, I went on VacuumSpares to get an end cap for my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner. I thought I got the right one, but when it arrived, it was the wrong one. However, I was disappointed to find out that they only posted my item on September 16th, 2022. They gave me a bunch of excuses about Covid and staff shortages, but as someone who works in logistics, I know that this is just a cop-out. It's frustrating to see lazy companies like this using Covid as an excuse for their poor service.

To make matters worse, these people held onto my payment for five days before even posting my item. On their website, they claim to offer next day dispatch and fast shipping, but this was clearly not the case for me. According to Auspost, my delivery dates are between September 23rd and 29th, which is not exactly what I would consider fast shipping. In fact, I've received items from the UK in just four days, which is much quicker than what I've experienced with VacuumSpares.

I won't be using these people again, no matter what they claim on their website. It's clear that their promises of fast shipping are just BS. I wouldn't believe a word they say, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and speedy service. 18 days is definitely not fast shipping in any language, and I'm disappointed that I wasted my time and money with this company.
