I got my first Sewing machine from Jack at the Fort Myers store a year ago. I've bought 4 things since then, including sewing / embroidery / serger and Scan N Cut machines, as well as all the supplies. I've dealt with Rich, Greg (owner), Tommy (Internet sales), and Joe, and they're all amazing people. Any problems I've had have been resolved to my complete satisfaction. The prices are the best. Great customer service. We all know it's about the customer service, folks. If you have a problem, call Greg Banks, the owner... he'll make sure you're happy. Thanks, guys!

OMG! I had a big problem with my embroidery arm's serpentine belt on April 25th. I'm in NC for 6 months and I can't be stuck with these dirty animals with no way out! (My twin 10-year-old grandsons, hubby, and 2 pups were also praying for a quick fix!) I took it to the repairman that JoAnn's in Asheville uses... he told me it would be expensive to fix because a part of the belt was stuck inside. He refused to take my money and gave it back. The next repairman told me he would be happy to look at it... IN JULY! The third repairman told me it was better to just buy another machine. I ended up calling Tops Vacuum and Sewing where I bought it... they told me to send it to them in Sarasota. Guess what I got back today? I guess it's another example of why you want to buy from a dealer! IVAN knows his stuff!

I got a sewing machine from Tops, the Brothers 3600D, but it ain't been working right. I done wrote a letter to Mr. Greg B. asking for help, but ain't nobody got back to me. I had to pay more money just to use this dang expensive machine. Tops Company needs to answer some questions 'bout this situation, but they ain't said nothin'. I bought a Brother embroidery machine from Tops Vacuum & Sewing on March 3rd
I bought a Brother embroidery machine from Tops Vacuum & Sewing on March 3rd. After using it for a month, the machine stopped working. I took it back to the store and Warren A. said that the needle threader was bent. I got it fixed and then a few weeks later, the machine stopped working again. Warren A. said it was jammed. I've had to take the machine back three times in less than four months for the same problem and all they say is that it was jammed. I even contacted Brother, the manufacturer, and they opened an investigation. But Tops Vacuum said the machine was okay. The machine still makes weird noises and I'm worried that something major might happen.

so I know I am not crazy. I am very disappointed in the service I received from Tops Vacuum & Sewing, Inc. I will not be returning and will be telling my friends and family to avoid this place. It's a shame because I heard good things about them before, but my experience was terrible. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

happy with the service at Tops Vacuum & Sewing, Inc. I brought in my Jenome skylineS9 for a threader replacement under warranty. One person said it would cost $25, but then another person said it was free. When I brought it in, the worker said they had too many machines to fix already. They also asked if they had to carry it in from my car, even though I had trouble getting it in before. I asked to pick it up on Wednesday, but when I called, I had to make an extra trip. When I picked it up, I was charged $158 with an $18 purchase for cleaning and servicing, which I didn't ask for. When I complained, they said they couldn't clean everything and only offered a half-price refund. Not happy with the service.

I went to Tops Vacuum & Sewing, Inc. on 2/10/22 to fix my Royal vacuum belt. Larry greeted me and said that I needed a different vacuum, but I declined and said I only needed a new belt. He checked my vacuum and said it was in good shape, but it would take a week to fix due to the pandemic. I returned on 2/19/22 to pick up my vacuum, but the older man at the register gave me the wrong one. I told him it wasn't mine, but he became angry and said it was. I showed him that it was an old model and asked him to check the serial numbers, but he refused without the original sales receipt. I left the store feeling like they stole my vacuum.
