I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my Tineco Floor One S3 Series. My daughter got it for me as a gift, and I feel bad that she spent so much money on it. Honestly, it's just an expensive piece of crap. The wheels leave black marks on my tile, which is super annoying. I even talked to a professional tile cleaner, and they told me to never push the cleaner forward - only pull it backwards. What a pain.

And don't even get me started on the dirty water container. The cleaner keeps telling me to empty it, even when it's already empty or not even attached. It's like, come on, Tineco, get your act together. The only good thing I can say about this thing is that the solution smells pretty good. But honestly, that's not enough to make up for all the other issues.

So yeah, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this thing. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

So, I bought two things from Tineco's website. But, I didn't get any email to confirm my order or tell me when it was going to be shipped. I called their customer support, but all I got was a recording saying they couldn't help me right now. They told me to leave a message, so I did. But, I never got a call back or an email. I tried to use their live chat, but it wasn't really live. It just sent a message to customer support. Three days later, I finally got a response. They asked me for my email and what I ordered. I responded right away, but it's been two days and I still haven't heard back from them. This company doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I did a lot of research before I bought my Tineco A11 cordless vacuum cleaner. I've been using it every day for about 9 months and then the motor stopped working. I was so upset because I really liked my Tineco vacuum. But then I remembered that I had registered it under warranty when I bought it on Amazon through Tineco. I was really happy that Tineco was honoring their warranty and that they were sending me a new motor for my vacuum. I was a little worried that it might not work as well as the old one, but I was willing to give it a try. When the new motor arrived, I installed it in my vacuum and it worked perfectly! I was so relieved and happy that my Tineco vacuum was working again.

Overall, I'm really satisfied with Tineco's customer service and their warranty. They were really helpful and they honored their warranty, which is really important to me. I would definitely recommend Tineco to anyone who is looking for a good cordless vacuum cleaner.

I recently got my hands on a Tineco vacuum cleaner from us.tineco.com and I have to say, I'm not impressed. I've had it for just over two years now and it's already given up on me. Before this, I had two Dyson vacuums, which as we all know, are pretty expensive. But I decided to take a chance on the Tineco (#10, I think) because it was cheaper. And now I regret it.

The batteries on this thing (both of them) stopped holding their charge after just two years. I tried to recharge them multiple times, but it was no use. Eventually, I had to throw the whole thing out. And let me tell you, this vacuum was not easy to use. It was big, heavy, and just plain clumsy. It's clear that this Chinese company was in a rush to get into the market and produced a lousy imitation of a good product.

I guess the old saying is true - you get what you pay for. And in this case, I definitely got a subpar product. I wouldn't recommend Tineco to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum cleaner. Stick with the tried and true brands like Dyson.

I bought the Floor One S5 Pro from Tineco in March 2022 and it was amazing. I was so impressed with the product that I decided to purchase the iCarpet Complete in November 2022. Unfortunately, Tineco sent me the wrong item. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the situation.

I contacted Tineco and asked them to authorize and pay for FedEx to pick up the wrong item. However, they refused to do so. I had to take the item to the FedEx store myself and send them the shipping receipt. I waited for two days for a response, but I didn't hear back from them. I sent another request to have the proper item sent, but it took them six days to finally place my order.

I received the correct item a month after I placed my original order. I was really upset with the whole situation and I requested $50 compensation for my time, trouble, and expense to return their wrong item. However, Tineco refused to compensate me in any way.

I was really disappointed with Tineco's customer service and I don't think I will do business with them again. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn't try to make things right for their customers.

This vacuum is not very good at all. I used the Tineco Stick vacuum to clean my entire floor, but when I swept it with a broom, I found a lot of dirt, crumbs, flower petals, and other debris that the vacuum didn't pick up. I've only had this vacuum since the end of November 2022, and I only use it 1-2 times per month, but I still find that it doesn't do a good job of cleaning, except for dust on hard wood and tile floors. I have to clean the reservoir and filter every time I use it, which is very awkward because of its unwieldy top-heavy shape. It doesn't stand up on its own, which is another annoying feature. You need a third arm to deal with it. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this product.

I totally agree with the other person who left a review about Tineco. I was also swayed by all the positive feedback, but now I'm regretting my decision. The vacuum is pretty good, but I accidentally ran over something and now it's making a weird noise. I tried calling customer service, but I could hardly understand what they were saying because of their accent. They told me to check for clogs, but I couldn't find any.

So, I decided to take it to a local vacuum shop, but they refused to work on it. They said that Tineco products are basically disposable and not worth fixing. The customer service at Tineco is not up to par. They seem to be avoiding their responsibilities and not taking care of their customers. The service hours on their website are not accurate and can be confusing. They say they are open from 10a-10p, but there is no time zone specified. When you call, they tell you that they are open from 9a-9p Central time, but they close at 8:30p Central time. This can be frustrating for customers who are trying to get help.

I had a vacuum that broke within a month of purchasing it. After three months of back and forth with customer service, they finally replaced it. However, the new one broke as well, and when I contacted customer service, they conveniently "updated their systems" and had no record of my previous issue. I had kept records of the previous issue, but they still did not want to help me.

To make matters worse, I ordered replacement parts, but they never shipped them. I had to follow up multiple times and even threaten to get my credit card company involved before they finally shipped the parts.

Overall, I would not recommend Tineco. It seems like a scam, and it is not worth the hassle. Save yourself the trouble and look for a different brand.

I recently purchased a Tineco model VA***US stick vacuum cleaner and I must say, it's a pretty awesome device. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the unit where the head would spin continuously even when the trigger wasn't pressed.

I decided to give their customer service a call and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to navigate through the prompts and speak to a live agent. They were very helpful and promptly sent me a new roller head, which arrived in about a week and a half. Unfortunately, the new roller head didn't solve the problem as it still spun constantly.

I called customer service again and explained the issue. To my surprise, they offered to send me a whole new unit and didn't even require me to send back the faulty one. I was blown away by their exceptional service and wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude.

I bought my floor mop on Oct 12 and it got delivered a week later. I used it 2 times and it stopped charging. I contacted customer service for 4 out of 6 to be sooo rude telling me theres no supervisor I can speak too. And because I was a few days over their 45 day policy... Which it states 2 years. A machine that's only a couple weeks owned should not be sent to repair... It should be replaced with a new one. So disappointed in their customer service reps I could puke..

My machine stopped working, when I contacted tineco they advised to ship it back and they would fix my machine and send it back. I shipped it out on a Friday and by Monday I received it back but it wasn’t my machine I received. For one month there have been over 10 emails and 14 phone calls to try to get my machine back. I keep getting the run around, the last email was 1 week ago stating i will receive my machine in 1 week. Nothing!

I bought a unit in Nov 2021. It failed in Nov 2022 as the handle wouldn't stay upright and wouldn't charge. They send a refurbished unit within 10 days which was great. That unit though has failed October of 2023 and they are saying it isn't under warranty. The inner suction hose ripped and no longer will suck. They are refusing to replace e the unit and also refusing to sent me the part so I can fix it myself. They said I have to pay their service department to fix it. The exact words are

For safety reasons, the defective hose can only be returned to a service center for repair. Our repair center has extensive repair experience, with a repair pass rate of 97%+, which is higher than the industry average. Even if the machine you received still has problems due to unpredictable factors, we will offer you a solution until you are satisfied.

They want $99 to do such repair and I pay for shipping.

I bought a Tineco vacuum and it broke after only a few uses. I tried to contact customer service but they were no help at all. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this brand to anyone. Save your money and buy a different brand.

I bought some new filters from Tineco's website about 2 months ago. I was hoping to get some updates on my order, but I didn't receive any tracking information or feedback from their customer service team. I bought a Tineco vacuum in 2019 and it was working great for a year. But then the motor stopped working. Luckily, Tineco replaced it for free because of their 2-year warranty. However, the new motor only lasted a year with light use and broke in the same way. When I contacted Tineco customer service, they didn't offer any help and just kept saying that their policy only covers a 1-year warranty. It's frustrating that the product didn't last longer and that the customer service wasn't more helpful.

So, I bought a Tineco vacuum cleaner last year and it was working fine until the third floor broke down. I contacted customer service and they said they could replace it with a refurbished unit under warranty. But, I mean, come on, why would I want a refurbished one when my brand new one failed? It's really disappointing to see that so many of these vacuums break down. I'm really not happy with the customer service or the warranty. I don't think I'll be buying from Tineco again.
