I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my Tineco Floor One S3 Series. My daughter got it for me as a gift, and I feel bad that she spent so much money on it. Honestly, it's just an expensive piece of crap. The wheels leave black marks on my tile, which is super annoying. I even talked to a professional tile cleaner, and they told me to never push the cleaner forward - only pull it backwards. What a pain.
And don't even get me started on the dirty water container. The cleaner keeps telling me to empty it, even when it's already empty or not even attached. It's like, come on, Tineco, get your act together. The only good thing I can say about this thing is that the solution smells pretty good. But honestly, that's not enough to make up for all the other issues.
So yeah, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this thing. Save yourself the trouble and look for something else.

It's clear that this Chinese company was in a rush to get into the market and produced a lousy imitation of a good product.
I guess the old saying is true - you get what you pay for. And in this case, I definitely got a subpar product. I wouldn't recommend Tineco to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum cleaner. Stick with the tried and true brands like Dyson.

I bought the Floor One S5 Pro from Tineco in March 2022 and it was amazing. I was so impressed with the product that I decided to purchase the iCarpet Complete in November 2022. Unfortunately, Tineco sent me the wrong item. I was really disappointed and frustrated with the situation.
I contacted Tineco and asked them to authorize and pay for FedEx to pick up the wrong item. However, they refused to do so. I had to take the item to the FedEx store myself and send them the shipping receipt. I waited for two days for a response, but I didn't hear back from them. I sent another request to have the proper item sent, but it took them six days to finally place my order.
I received the correct item a month after I placed my original order. I was really upset with the whole situation and I requested $50 compensation for my time, trouble, and expense to return their wrong item. However, Tineco refused to compensate me in any way.
I was really disappointed with Tineco's customer service and I don't think I will do business with them again. It's really frustrating when a company doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes and doesn't try to make things right for their customers.

This vacuum is not very good at all. I used the Tineco Stick vacuum to clean my entire floor, but when I swept it with a broom, I found a lot of dirt, crumbs, flower petals, and other debris that the vacuum didn't pick up. I've only had this vacuum since the end of November 2022, and I only use it 1-2 times per month, but I still find that it doesn't do a good job of cleaning, except for dust on hard wood and tile floors. I have to clean the reservoir and filter every time I use it, which is very awkward because of its unwieldy top-heavy shape. It doesn't stand up on its own, which is another annoying feature. You need a third arm to deal with it. I wouldn't recommend spending your money on this product.

I bought my floor mop on Oct 12 and it got delivered a week later. I used it 2 times and it stopped charging. I contacted customer service for 4 out of 6 to be sooo rude telling me theres no supervisor I can speak too. And because I was a few days over their 45 day policy... Which it states 2 years. A machine that's only a couple weeks owned should not be sent to repair... It should be replaced with a new one. So disappointed in their customer service reps I could puke..

My machine stopped working, when I contacted tineco they advised to ship it back and they would fix my machine and send it back. I shipped it out on a Friday and by Monday I received it back but it wasn’t my machine I received. For one month there have been over 10 emails and 14 phone calls to try to get my machine back. I keep getting the run around, the last email was 1 week ago stating i will receive my machine in 1 week. Nothing!

I bought a unit in Nov 2021. It failed in Nov 2022 as the handle wouldn't stay upright and wouldn't charge. They send a refurbished unit within 10 days which was great. That unit though has failed October of 2023 and they are saying it isn't under warranty. The inner suction hose ripped and no longer will suck. They are refusing to replace e the unit and also refusing to sent me the part so I can fix it myself. They said I have to pay their service department to fix it. The exact words are
