I purchased a Tineco machine and after a few times using it 2-3, it started saying dirty water tank needs emptied, it wasn't empty at all, it kept saying this error and another. I reached out to company and they wanted me to send it back. I had the machine maybe 45 days. I sent it back and they said it was fixed and returned to me. When I get it back the clean water tank is leaking, they sent me a new one, this one was missing a rubber piece on the cap of the clean water tank so the cap wouldn't close. They sent me another one and it worked. I go to used it and guess what, the same thing happened, I get the same error messages of clean water tank is empty and dirty water needs emptied even though the clean water was full and the dirty water tank was empty. After insisting they send me a new machine, they agree to send me a refurbished machine. I was not happy but they were giving me no better option. They ship the machine to my office because my work signature had my work address on it, even though every other time they shipped me something they sent to my home. I had to pay to have the refurbished machine sent to my home. This has now been a few months ago, I have used the machine 3 times now, mainly because I have been down due to surgery. I used the machine the other day and water started leaking all over my floor. It wouldn't suck up anything. I take the machine apart to see if anything is blocking it and nothing. I am beyond dissatisfied with this machine. It is horrible and feel they will do nothing to rectify this.

Desired outcome: I feel like a new machine is warranted at this point.
