Vibe 3-in-1 lightweight stick vacuum
Like the picture on the box is all I needed this product for, $54.99 waist of $. You use to be a reputable company. What happened? This product I might but for a 3-7 yr old who wants to play house with her dollies. Very dissappinted. The picture on the box and wording is very misleading.

This vaccum doesn't pick up crap. I have never had a bigger piece of crap in my life. I will never recommend your products to anyone but I will make sure to tell them never to buy a dirt devil. They don't pick anything up. My husband bought it for my birthday what a disappointment. Your products are a piece of [censored]. I will share my experience on Facebook so all my friends will no not to buy your trash.

This hand held vacuum is terrible. It has no suction! It would not even suck up a piece of sawdust. I had a shark before buying this one. Compared…. This one’s garbage. I have a copy of my receipt as well. Would like to be reimbursed, so I can purchase a vacuum that works. I have had this vacuum a short time and it is useless to me. Bottom line is it sucks, you can not pick up dirt with it.
Quick flip wet/dry hand vac
Simply put it worked then I went to plug it in to charge and now it will not take a charge. Its been 2 days sinve it stopped working 2-23-22. Nothing happened to the charging cord or the vac. The cord was not moved or handled other than unplugging the vac and trying to plug it back in

This iis basically toy. Parts are cheap plastic. There is no real instruction to show how to take it apart and clean it or put back together is a piece of junk! Reporting this to consumer affairs. Pitiful products. I hope your company loses money like your customer as. Shut you down!
Vacuum endura max full size upright
I purchased this vacuum from Amazon prime from Amazon.com website on January 21, 2022. Item was shipped in an Amazon box. Opened Amazon box to see I Received item in original box taped up with clear tape and duck tape and box was torn in several places. (pictures of proof before opening original box or the box damage. I removed duck tape thinking it was just taped up because of the bad condition of the original vacuum box to find the item used condition with the item broken/cracked and dirty with missing parts. I attempt to plug in to turn on and the cord was cut off of item. Amazon is out of stock and can not replace the product. I need to return to Dirt Devil and be issued another replacement. DirtDevil Vacuum Replacement
I bought DirtDevil Vacuum from Walmart and it was malfunctioning. I contact DirtDevil and I told them about the problem and they told me that they can send me a replacement if I can cut the wire and send them a picture. I did that and they send me an email indicating that a replacement was issued. I contacted DirtDevil several times asking about the replacement but I always receive the same canned message, we receive a high volume of orders and we do not know when we will ship your unit.
If they told me from the beginning about this delay, I can return the defective unit to the store and get my money back.

Hi my name is James I'm on a fixed income 67 years old I wouldn't pay 4999 for a new Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner dick cut off and I have to wait four hours to get it cut for it to work again it does not pick up and it smokes after using a trying to pick up the living room area please be careful I don't know if it's any danger I unplug the wrap it up and put it outside

Quickflip 12v hand vacuum
I recently bought this hand held vacuum, the quickFlip 12V and it's WORTHLESS!. It has minimal suction power and only works(kinda) pulling backwards. AND, It's loud! I had a handheld that was 1/2 the price and worked twice as good. I want a refund or a store credit for Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware as I don't remember where I bought.
The only thing positive is that it holds a charge!

The extension wand keeps falling out of the hose. You have to apply so much force to the wand to have it stay in the hose…just ridiculous. The hose is too short. Vacuum falls over of you’re not paying attention to how far away from the vacuum you are. The a/c cord comes out of the bottom of the vacuum. Always in the way. Not a good product design. Would not recommend. Dirt Devil used to be a good product. I guess they went the way of every other company. Too bad.

I purchase this vaccine Model# UD70188, but the suction hose broke, and the vacuum states it have a 2 yr warranty, however I contacted dirt devil on July 6, 2021 they told me to send a pic of the receipt of purchase and to send a pic of the cord being cut, instead of sending the entire vacuum back.
I did what they ask and they send me an email back stating we will follow up within 1-2 business days. (Okay). I copied the conversation between myself and dirt devil customers service below, read the email response below from dirt devil.

We appreciate your response and look forward to accommodating you. As a Customer Courtesy, we will be extending the offer of allowing you to do the cord/label process which will eliminate you from having to send in your Dirt Devil unit.
If your current unit is out of stock, we will replace it with the most comparable unit according to what is in stock at the time we place the order. Warranty stays with the original date of purchase.
Please read and follow the instructions below:
Make sure the cord is unplugged from any electrical source.Please cut the entire cord off of the machine. If it is a cordless model please cut the cord off the charger. Peel the sticker with the model number off and stick to a piece of paper. Type the mfg code in the message. Example B12C. Reply to this email with a picture of both of these attached to your case response.
Once we receive the pictures showing your machine has been disabled, you should receive confirmation within 1-2 business days, when the replacement order has been placed. The order will take approximately 1-2 business days to process and 7-10 business days for delivery. Please dispose of your machine once you have received your replacement.

I've call them every week since the above email and I' ve been told that the order has been processed but they are waiting for FEDX to pick it up for delivery they say FEDX is behind. I see FEDX delivering items every day 3-5 times day in my neighborhood, so that lead me to believe that dirt devil is lying.
I even ask to speak to a manager and what a waste that was she never call me back during that week she said she would follow up.
I've called again the week of 8/2/2021 customer service told me it was on back order so I got vey ignorant with her over the phone and told her you better retract that statement or get one of your lying managers, then she told me to hold on she came back and said the real truth is they close two of their companies and that's why orders are backed up. WTF! what does that have to do with my order you have been lying to me for a month.
Here we are, it's a month now and still no replacement vacuum. I could have still use the vacuum if I knew they SUCK.
My suggestion to people don't buy another Dirt devil product.
Oh by the way it's called (DEVIL) for those reasons, dishonesty and deceitful practice and nothing good coming from this.
I will not buy another product from them and I will do my research to make sure they are not tied to another company before I buy anything.
And I read that their 59 year old CEO one of them just abruptly quit the company.
I am getting my lawyer involved in this I am tired of the run around stories.
HORRIBLE service and Company.

Vacuum
I purchased a vacuum model #Ud70168p it was purchased for being able to pick up pet hair. Well I can say that it does not. I have to continually go back over the carpet numerous times. And I only have one dog.
The vacuum leaves more pet hair then it picks up. I've only had the vacuum for about 2months and now I'm stuck with a piece if junk.
I've had other brands and never had this issue before. I've sent emails to this company with no answer regarding this issue. Not very pleased with this product. If I knew this vacuum was like this I would of purchased a Bissell or hoover.
This model does not work on pet hair. Very unhappy camper

I purchase this dirt vacunm cleaner in March or April because it suppose to clean up pet hair. I have had to replace two belts .Not including the one that came on this vacumn It is very hard to push squeaks like it going to burn up.. The wheels are not align up with vacumn Purchase this about 3 months ago. Purchase at Walmart 3-4 months ago .The last belt squeek smell like burning and made loud noises 7/28/21.

Dirt Devil cordless stick vac and customer service
I received a Dirt Devil cordless for my bday a couple of weeks ago. Took out of box and already had an issue with it. The clip that holds to vacuum stick part was missing. Can't use vacuum without it coming apart. Contacted DD with the problem. DD wanted a receipt as I explained it was a gift . I don't have that info. Then DD told me I could get a receipt from where it was purchased from. I told DD it was bought several months before my bday it was my grandma who bought it. I then asked for a refund. DD still want this receipt I don't have! I even asked for the part and I'd fix it myself. I even looked on EBay for the part nothing available!
Desired outcome: Just fix it or send part or better yet refund me I’ll get me a shark.

Stuck vac
I purchased a Dirt Devil Stick Vac Model SD12530 in October of 2017 and thought it was great. Easy to handle, got around and under furniture. Then after two years of light use (we have a heavy duty upright) the motor in the power brush nozzle burned out. I tried to find a replacement nozzle but had no luck. So in March of 2020 I purchased another vac, same model because I liked it. It was quite noisy from the start. It would overheat and shut down after about 10 minutes of use. I contacted Dirt Devil Customer Service in September and they requested a bunch of info. I sent them copy of my credit card statement showing the purchase and a screenshot of my order at Walmart.com as well as other pertinent info.
They then requested the same stuff again. So I sent it. Nothing happened. I inquired after two weeks. Then they started from scratch and wanted the same information again. Now they claim the information is incomplete.
They are trying to get out of backing their put product, I think.
No more Dirt Devil products for me.
In all fairness regarding the above complaint about the Dirt Devil Stick Vac, I want to let you know that after I sent a picture of the item with the cord cut off and the model sticker removed they are now sending a replacement unit.
They sell a cordless vacuum stick but they do not sell the replacement brush rollers. Just throw it in the garbage. No more Dirt Devil for me.

I bought a dirt devil power max a few months ago and I have been very unsatisfied with how much stuff gets stuck in the hose, as well as in the bottom of the sweeper hose. Tonight I had to unscrew all of the screws for the 200th time to
Clean out all the hoses.
I had to unscrew the plate that goes on the bottom because that was filled with dust and hair. The minute I swept it up. I had to pull the hoses off again to clean it out. The bagless canister doesn't even get anything in it to dump cause it gets clogged so fast. I bruised my hand as part of it whipped off and hit it. I am a hairstylist and now I have to go to work tomorrow with two swollen fingers. I was very ticked off tonight. I have a child who has allergies and I can't even sweep our house for her. I am VERY DISSATISFIED. I have only bought dirt devils, I bought this for 69.00 a waste! I can't use this in my house! I am so frustrated and I can't afford a new sweeper right now! I need to know what I am supposed to do? I have sent a picture of the carpet I swept for the fourth time trying!

I am very unhappy with Dirt Devil. My elderly mother ordered a Dirt Devil Stick Vacuum on line from Dirt Devil.com. it is defective, as you cannot take it apart to clean the filter. I contacted their customer service and was told to sent it back at and my mother has to pay the postage. why? It is there product that is defective, she did break it. And I waited over 45 minutes on hold to talk to someone. The postage is very expensive to mail back and they want a tracking number that I must call in and wait for another hour on hold. I cannot e-mail them the number. I do not see how this company stays in business, very annoying.
Purchase a Dirt Devil from Walmart literally used it one time and all it does is shut off I received it as a housewarming gift so I was not able to provide a receipt thinking that perhaps they could exchange it I was denied and told to call the company it's a really crappy and horribly manufactured piece of equipment now I'm out of $80 and they're telling me the products been discontinued so they can't find it in the system. Dirt devils a bunch of scam artists I knew I should have went with Dyson. Go to hell

Omg I just called dirt Devil company and said the exact thing lol, they’re response was even more disappointing. I called target as well and because I didn’t have the box, they couldn’t help me either. I guess it’s a win win for both companies. USA needs products made here!
