On 4.12.23 Cassandra did a Demo at my house and she used the Rainbow carpet cleaner n it extracted the color out of my Hunter Green carpet. I sent a text n pic to Cassandra on the 4.16.23 no response, I called around to the different distributor n finally reached someone who knew Ms Linda the same lady I spoke with after Cassandra was done with the Demo on 4.12.23. Ms Linda called me 4.25.23 n said send me pics. I did n she stated It looks like the carpet needs to be cleaned. I stated to her look again I sent more pics further away. I sent text messages to Ms Linda n asked can someone come to my house n visually look at the carpet . Texted to Ms linda 5..5.23, 5.4.23, 5.11.23, 5.25.23, 6.2.23. 6.3.23 Ms. Linda sent a text well I will have a colleague call you . Jeff Manning called sent text . Jeff came to my home on 6.19.23 and looked walked thru n saw the other carpet in my house and then cleaned a spot next to where Cassandra extracted the color out of my carpet n he stated send me a pic tomorrow. Jeff called a man on the phone while he was there and the Man n Jeff stated to clean the carpet for results. I have not heard from Ms Linda nor Jeff since and he asked what results do I expect to come out of this Situation , I said The carpet needs to be replaced.. I have waited patiently no One has called reached out . I text Ms Linda on 7.17.23 n 7.18.23

Discrimination for Demos
I was told in order to be considered as a demo for friends to get their vacuum for free, I would have to be a heterosexual man and married and own my home. They would not count the demo for my friends because I’m gay and they wouldn’t count the demo for my sister because she’s divorced and lives alone, even though both of our incomes and credit are independently better than most married couples combined. This is BLATANT discrimination against the single and gay communities and this shouldn’t be allowed. For me as a gay man to be told that I would have to pretend to be my sister’s husband for the demo to count, is extremely offensive.
Desired outcome: This company needs to change their practices and join the 21st century and stop discriminating agains people just to get out of giving aware a free vacuum.

My husband and I were talked into doing a demo for one of our friends and we ended up wanting to do the 12 and 2 program because the machine was good and sold itself, then we started doing our research and reading the fine print of the contract, you still have to pay for the vacuum system. They end up saying that your demos don't qualify. They want you to read about what shows qualify and what shows are a "qualified sale" but they don't actually give you those papers to read all they want you to see is that you can potentially get a vacuum system for free. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. If you have already fallen for it you have 3 business days from the date of the contract to cancel. Our seller also will not answer the phone shes supposedly doing "more demos". The contract states that we have to take it a hour or more from where we live to drop it off as well as a signed document.

I was referred by a friend of mine on Facebook for Rainbow Systems Burnaby, BC to contact me to give me a small air purifier for free. A sales representative whose name was Mylene Bautista contacted me to come over on April 27th and then she did a demo of a vacuum. After finishing, she offered me the vacuum, I told her I could not afford it because was very expensive, then she told me to get it for free if I just referred 15 friends to visit them for a demo. I insisted I could not afford it because I wanted to reassure that I would not pay anything. She confirmed me that It would be for free if I just referred them. So she had me to sign a contract saying that because the vacuum was very expensive she could not do it in another way so I signed it repeating that I would not pay any money, she took off her mask and took a selfie with my phone (I never found her selfie again in my phone) and told me to trust her many times and said that she would work it out. According to the company’s conditions a couple must attend and participate in a demo, but my husband was not present at the demo. The vacuum left was the actual demo with no box. She also posted my picture on Facebook to promote the product without my permission.
After telling my husband about the vacuum he did not agree and told me to return it because this may have financial consequences. On May 4th (7 days later) I texted and phoned Mylene Bautista and explained that my husband was not happy with the vacuum and I would return it, she did not accept saying that it couldn’t be done because it was a final sale. She had never even mentioned it was a sale. I told her I would contact the company if she did not help me, she begged me not to do it because she might be fired because she had already a warning for doing that. The next day I phoned the company and explained to Sandra the reason of my call. She transferred my call to leave a voice mail to a Manager, After explaining the reason of my call, I waited to be contacted, but nobody ever did it at all. On May 12 I emailed the Customer Service to let them know that I was cancelling the contract, and Natalia replied saying that It could not be cancelled at that point without giving me a reason, but she said that I could still applied to the money back program.
On May 12, I managed to take the product back to Rainbow Systems in Burnaby BC, but they did not want to receive it. They said they were not responsible If I left it. That I just had to refer people and not worry about payments. They were not honest and the Sales Representative never visited any of my references.
Rainbow Systems has not Customer Service to talk to. It is not possible to talk to someone for assistance. You leave your message but nobody cares. How can Rainbow Systems operates in such a way in Canada?
Now the company Lendcare have been calling and emailing me many times and intimidating me to pay for the vacuum to avoid any financial and legal consequences. I’ve found this totally dishonest and unfair. How can Rainbow Systems be deceiving customers in this way. This is against consumer Rights.
I lost my job a few months a go, and now facing other situations with my family for all of this that could have been avoided from the beginning. I strongly believe that Rainbow Systems can do things right and be prestigious in Canada because so far I’ve seen so many negative comments online about them. I trust there are still people in Rainbow Systems Burnaby BC that can make the difference.
I just want to return the vacuum and avoid any financial and legal consequences.

Scam Salesperson false advertising
I had a salesperson come into my home to do a demo for the rainbow and she blatantly lied! She told me that I could give the other sustem back before 90 days and the program they offered would take it back all I had to do was get 16 people to do a demo! I asked if anyone needed to buy she said no! Then I wanted to give it back and she’s says I can’t! She also said that the program is actually 8 people viewing and then I have to go do 8 demos myself and make a sale! These people have no morals what so ever and will do anything for a sale if the product is as amazing as they claim they shouldn’t have to lie!

I purchased the rainbow system through their financing program. I was told by the sales representative that the system did not require a filter so I never had to worry about changing the filter. Found out this is a lie and the system does have a filter that cost 150 to replace. I'm not a happy customer and I'm stuck with this machine. I found out after buying the machine that if you rent you don't qualify to buy the machine. So I'm completely baffled as to how I got approved for the system being that I'm a renter. I want out of this scam before I'm required to make my first payment. This is a complete rip off. This company should be sued for discrimination and false advertising

Purchased our rainbow about 5 months prior to covid hitting. We were told that once a year we could get a free servicing of our machine to make sure the machine is working properly and said they would check the engine ect. Flash forward to October 2022 ..3 years after purchase... our local office closed so I had to drive 20 miles to drop my machine off for servicing... then they email me on Facebook the next day saying they recommend a servicing to clean the machine and replace the filter ... they tell me this will cost $100 for the cleaning and $150 for filter replacement... I am quite pissed about this and decline any work to be done. I told them what we were.sold on and they apologized but the free servicing is only an inspection ...okay whatever... so I picked up my machine this morning brought it home and watched the YouTube videos to replace the filter .. took like 8 minutes ... I notice that the rainbow service center not only put my old filter in backwards before returning it ... they must have bent it and scrunched it up because it looked completely messed up ... but putting it in backwards is a sign that they were trying to force.me to return the machine to them to get money out of me ... a complete scam and dishonest practice.

Did you get your free air purifier because I didn't even get mine I was told by the person who did the demonstration that they were out of them at the warehouse and then I sat through the hour presentation gave my information and it was about that time I realized that she had plans to leave this vacuum cleaner that I could not afford at my home and I told her I cannot buy this vacuum cleaner and she kept telling me you don't have to it's free all you have to do is get 16 people to watch a presentation and I said well I don't know 16 people and she said I'll help you we can do this together luckily my credit is too bad and the person that she made the phone call to with my information denied me because otherwise I would have been conned into paying thousands of dollars for vacuum cleaner that I absolutely could not afford worst part of all never got the free air purifier I was promised I am not happy about it and I'm not sure who to even complain to about it or if it would make a difference... I got a call from someone telling me that I had won the air purifier and what day would I be available for them to come to my home and that the only thing that they would need from me is for me to watch a demonstration of the big brother to the product which turned out to be a Rainbow Vacuum cleaner and that I was not required to purchase anything just to give a good review.
The lady who did the demonstration was very nice but when she showed up she informed me that they were out of the air purifiers at the warehouse and then she would be coming back to this area in a couple of days and she would bring it then so I watched the demonstration and was explained that it could be mine for free if I got 16 other people to watch the same demonstration as me and then I was asked for all my personal info and she pretty much said that she was going to be leaving the Rainbow Vacuum cleaner with me which threw me for a bit of a loop because I could never afford a vacuum cleaner that expensive and I told her.
I said, "You know I can't pay for this." She said, "No you won't have to, we're going to work together and get these 16 people so that you can get it for free." And I said, "Okay. Well, what happens if I'm not able to get the 16 people and I'm going to be able to just give it back?" She said, "Yes absolutely." Well, then I'm assuming things did not work out in favor because the vacuum cleaner did not get left in my home because after she placed a call I'm assuming to the main office, my credit was not good enough thankfully because if not I feel that I would have been stuck with a vacuum cleaner that if I could not get 16 people to agree to do a home demonstration on then I would have been left with something that I absolutely could not have afforded to pay for.
And even though she said that if that was the case she could come back and pick it up, that leaves me to wonder what if it would have been damaged or not even damaged but what if someone said it was damaged while in my home. I'm assuming then I would have started getting billed monthly for it. I don't know how that would have played out but the whole thing gave me a feeling that I was being fooled into something and not being told the whole truth of the situation... Anyhow she wanted to try my partner's information to see if he qualified.
He was at work so she said that she would bring the air purifier back in a couple days when she came back to the area I live in and we could also check then to see if he qualified and once I told her that I was not sure if my partner would be home on that day, I never heard a word back from her and worst of all I still have not received my free air purifier so basically it was all for nothing! I'm actually highly upset about it. If you tell someone they're going to get a free air purifier for allowing them in your home and taking over an hour of your time then you should at least provide them with the air purifier they were promised...

I sat through the in home sales demonstration and was sold on the water filter system and potential dust reduction in my home. I was told the price was $3,200.00 plus tax I paid $1,217.50 down and agreed to finance $2000.00 plus the tax which they said came to $2821,57. Not sure what the extra $500 was for?
When I log into the https://consumer.ucfs.net/ to look at my account it showed I financed $3,816.00 and after one payment owe $3,710.00.
I was totally shocked and immediately asked for a full refund. I had it 36 days and they said I cannot return it now.
They are literally telling me I can pay it off if I want. Outrageous SCAM. The sales girl lied about so many things like water filtration vacuums are available for $1,200 same model rebranded. I would not even mind the price I agreed to but to try to add $1000.00 to the deal at my expense like it was nothing.
It doesn't improve the dust in my house much and the time emptying water and refilling is more than I spend on my old vacuum filter. It does not work that great won't pick up most things from floor. Not nearly enough suction. It's big and the water spills out and VERY LOUD

On May the 27, 2022 my wife was talked into buy a $3600 Rainbow when the salesman offered her a $600 personal discount. He also promised a $600 trade in for her old Rainbow if he took it or not. He then said he would leave our old Rain bow and still give the $600 discount. Therefore, my wife bought the Rainbow and was intent on keeping it. She signed the papers and the salesman left. After he left I looked over the contract and noticed that he did not give the $600 dollar discount as promised. That was the only reason my wife agreed to buy the Rainbow. She felt cheated and lied to and as such decided to give the Rainbow back.
The next day she called the salesman and said she was returning the Rainbow. He then gave her the royal run a around and then said to box the Rainbow up and leave it at the back door and they would pick it up. He then said he would talk to his supervisor and take care of the matter. He never called back and did not take my calls. My wife then called his supervisor and she refused to talk with at the time and said for my wife to call her later. My wife tried for several days to call her but the supervisor never took her calls. My wife also sent the notice of canceling the order to Rainbow. Now Belmont the company that finances the Rainbow tells my wife that they will be sending negative reports to the credit bureaus for non payment of the Rainbow. These people are nothing more than cheap cons.

In January my sister begged me to do a demo, I really did not want to do one but I told her ok my husband was not happy about that. The demo was 4 hours I had plans that night with my family. I told the demo lady I could not afford it. I was doing remodels on my home later on in 2 months to be able to use the top floor of my home, it was a very expensive fix. I was already struggling to pay bills and get food on the table because I was looking for another job. Also, that I didn't know a lot of people the friends I have would not want it nor couples or own there home. So she stepped out to do something called a call out and she came back in and told me what the person told her that I didn't have to worry about the sells and that I would have 6 months and that I could work for rainbow and make money from doing what she is doing. I mean the product is great ,but its a lot of work and i still have to vacuum with my regular vacuum after and sweep regular after because I have a dog and cat and my husband and I have terrible allergies. I asked her multiple questions about not having to have the 2 sells she said that is correct so i thought about it and I was like ok and I was the only one put on it and I got approved. And she told me about working for rainbow that I would get 2000 rush check if I completed training in 15 days. I told her ok, it will help pay the monthly till I get it free so I agreed. I got finished with my training in a week and they didn't tell me that you don't get your 2000 unless you sell 3 and you get only 400. I put all my spear time into demos to help with money I was doing 3 demos a day 10, 2 and 6 I was so tired and I made ok money i sold 8 my first month and then it went down hill. I still couldn't pay bills I had to get another job and couldn't do all 3 times anymore when I went to customer appreciation night they told me I can work whenever I want. But what they do not tell you is you have to do 6 and weekends and 10 and 2 you wont get those demos they go to the people that was there longer. I had a demo at 10 confirmed it and everything and my boss texts me she is giving that demo to someone else because there's cancelled. So I wasn't able to get demos even though I was on the schedule everyday 10 and 2s and if you do not do a demo any demos in 14 days you get fired . And also if you do get a demo done but dont make 11 even if its 9 you will not get paid for it because you have to do 11 demos a month to get paid. And if you don't that money and time is gone even if you get 11 the nexted month. So when I started rainbow they for some reason changed my customer account that you enter in your demos for your program and to keep track. They replaced it with a employee one even though i was still doing the program so for 3 months I was not able to enter in my demos. I had to texted someone too enter it in and then when i left rainbow and my account was still as a dealer still couldn't see my progress. Someone told me that I was almost done. So I texted my old boss to see if they can fix it he tried to but linked it to someone else I told him that was not me and he completely ignored me and still no answer I had to texted the other boss from my moms number to get an answer if my demo was put in to someone else. 2 months I had to deal with that and I was working my new job doubles two 8 hour shifts everyday to help pay bills. I was still relying on the program to make the rainbow free except for tax. And I did my 12th demo a week before the date I needed to complete my program and the person that did the demo after done told me congratulations for finishing the program. Now all you do is request your 12 demo kit and the verification process will start and you will pick up your check of everything you paid except for taxes. I said thank you so much it was like a weight off my heart I told my husband and he was relived and the email told me it will take about 6 weeks to finish and congratulations. So i was waiting and the nexted 2 weeks my husband was starting on the upstairs because it has to be completely ripped up its and old house and it was not safe so he went upstairs to start and he fell through. He broke his leg and fractured his hand and he has not been able to work and i had to hire a crew too start the upstairs because of the hole then yesterday I looked at my email and saw it. it was a rejection notice that the program was not finished because i did have to sells and they said it didn't count and i know no one else. i begged people on Facebook, at work, door to door and even people i haven't talked to it years and i had two family's that were going to but they live in a place that is not a demo zone. and demos that booked they lived in a trailer they were remodeling the trim piece of the base wall and painting and they were interested in the rainbow and the demo person pulled me aside and told me it was gonna be disqualified because it was a trailer and they were gonna do remodels. and another demo which was there nexted door they was gonna keep it and the demo disqualified because they live in a trailer and they had bad credit they couldn't keep it but they were gonna pay if off in a month they just were doing the program to get the other stuff that comes with it they have a company they own. and 2 other demos were dq because they were in apartments and they were gonna keep it but the rainbow leaked all in there home and the demo lady told they yours wont leak like this and then said if they do the program she will leave that one that day (the one that was leaking). they called me mad and then the last 2 demos i did they didn't get what was promised to them a 3 day 2 night hotel stay and they told them they will mail it 4 weeks later still have not received it. and they told others about there experience. everyone else i know shoots me down right when i say rainbow i don't know what to do i have to work 3x now looking for another job to do husband cant work for a month i have not money to pay bills food insurance i don't know what to do i might lose my home the payment comes out of my account and my house bill bounced i and panicking i like the rainbow alot but i was not given what i was promised and in don't know what to do i cant keep this up much longer.

Rainbow and all the sales Reps I have met for the last 2 weeks are Shady and not straight forward. (There is a lot they DON'T say)
First off I sat through a 5hr Demo to help a friend get theirs for Free. (Not free) I had told the rep that I would like to pass and not purchase, then she dropped the price by $1200 😲 and somehow talked me into joining this program (12 demos with 2 sales). Later found out my demo wouldn't have counted if I hadn't purchased because I'm not married.
I did 5 demos with 2 sales. On my 5th demo she tells me it doesn't count because they didn't meet the "quality" people rule. WTF. She says "Because they own a home but rent another their not "quality" I'm beyond words. I cannot believe the discrimination in this company. In my angry voice I asked "and what is "quality"people? She responds "quality" is couples that live together, own their own home and have good credit, they have to live in the home they own or it doesn't count". Of course this was never told to me until now. So single people don't count. Renters don't count. Bad credit don't count. If you're a millionaire but renting it don't count. This is discrimination being swept under the rug. They are literally using everyone that does this program. How many Demos and sales can we get out of this one before they give up and pay full price? I fell for it. It is exhausting. Don't do what I did. Avoid this company.
Also you cannot return this machine if it's used and guess what... they unbox the machine and use it for your demo and leave it with you then and there if you join or purchase. So they make sure it's used before you even buy it.

I clicked a link on a friend's FB page in order to receive a free give (mini plug in freshener). I was told that I won from a drawing which I never participated in.
I get a call from a rep to come out to my home which ended in his never leavoing and I didn't want to be rude but he was just too pushy and beyond annoying and disrespectful. Told me it did everything I would want except for cook.
I had four cats at the time and he stated I would never have cat hair or dust particles again. I believed him considering the unit was over $3,000.00. He also said I would never see or smell cigarette or cigar smoke. He also said I had 2 days to cancel if I was not satisfied. He didn't even fully demonstrate how the unit worked (what he called was a steam cleaner) was merely a water sucker and sprayer - no steam whatsoever.
I did change my mind in less than 24 hours and then his supervisor added that they would throw in the 'steamer' at no charge. This is without a doubt a scam. It doesn't even steam, doesn't clean, too much attachments and baggage that it's not worth the effort. He had the guy come nexzt day and stated he would give me a used one until a new one came in. I never go tthe new one and the Rainbow Filter Purification was a bunch of garbage. It was loud, caused my circuit to trip and it did not remove the odor of cigarrete and I still had to dust every single day.
I told them, I didnt want to get my money back by sales since I personally would never sell anyone garbage. MOrals matter to me.
Dropped the unit off and they refused to accetp (after I had to hunt the location since they still had a location listed but office was empty_.
I left it and took photos and will proceed to get my $ back which they are refusing.

On March 14th I had a scheduled appointment and it was canceled about 35 minutes before the appointment. It was rescheduled for Thursday, March 17th at 12:30pm. Demonstration done free goft given, my husband could not attend as he was in meetings working from home. Not one time did the 2 demonstrators provide me with information about a 3 business day cancelation policy. I did a verification call with a finance company and the rep was by me providing info so I truly could not hear everything. The 2 demonstrators told me I would pay about $230 in all and that's with taxes if I signed up 12 people to do the demonstration and 2 people either signed up or bought the vacuum. The next day I sent a text to the rep that sold me the vacuum and informed her that my husband did not like it and we wanted options to return it as it was too noisy and pricey even with the muffler on that was on 3/18th. She said she would contact her boss. That was at 3:42pm on 3/19th and I told her that 3/20th would be a better day because family from the Virgin Islands was in town unexpectedly but he still called again that same night... so supposedly her boss called and left a voicemail on 3/19th at 10:38am that I never received and he called that night with no voicemail. AT&T has a feature where you can even retrieve deleted messages and nothing there. He said he called 2xs and I got one call and that was the call with no message. The call I got was from the finance company saying payments start on May 1st and its on the contract. I didn't have a contract. I went through the pink paper which was the registration paper. The rep then directed me to email. It was un-opened there. 3/21st was the cut off and it was 3/24th although I sent a text saying we did not want it on 3/18th and the rep did not explain how to return it then. The finance company said not our problem you owe us. I reached out to the rep again and she reached out to her boss who coincidentally called me that night and said sorry but it is what it is... your husband was smoking cigarettes and had the opportunity to join us but chose not to. Excuse you sir, my husband was on business calls and that had nothing to do with you. I allowed you all to reschedule and didn't condemn you all, I waoted on your call which your voicemail was non-existent and I sent a message to say we did not want the product and when you did contact me back, it was after the cut-off that you knew. I want them to take this oit of our home and cancel this debt immediately! The rep should have been properly trained and been able to inform us of the cancelation process when I asked aboit the option to return the product. I also asked for her boss' manager and he said he had none. I spoke to his manager the next day who is researching any options available for me. Unfortunately it seems as I'm doing all the reaching out and it's not a priority for them.
Desired outcome: Pick up this product and cancel the debt and apologize.
Suckered into buying a rainbow air cleaning system
Why on earth is their return policy only for 3 days? I've seen more items that have a 30-day return policy and not be as expensive as this Rainbow Vacuum, which they like to call an Air Cleaning System now. It's still a vacuum. In August 2021 we were suckered into buying this thing, believing that we only need 2 buyers out of the 12 presentations we needed to have in order to get our vacuum for the tax price. The salesperson had me excited and hyped thinking I could easily get this done that these were selling like crazy and fast. Contacted over 50 people by phone, text, email and Facebook messages and not 1 person was interested. Then I spoke with someone with Fastlending and they asked if they could help in any way. I told the lady, yes, I need people to have these presentations for. Then I lost my job. I texted Audra and she said she would talk to her boss who was at a funeral and get back with me. I explained my situation on how I tried and tried to get people interested in their product and now with me losing my job and having a situation within my family that I couldn't get another one right now. She never returned my message, 2 days later I texted her again for an update. They didn't have any solutions for me, and they will not take the Rainbow vacuum back due to their 3-day return policy. So, I called Fastlending and spoke with a Whitney and she said there was nothing they could do and again I tried to explain that when we got this vacuum financed that it was based on 2 paychecks, and we were down to 1 and was having problems paying bills. Once again, "there is nothing we can do". The money is automatically taken out every month but again we do not have the money for this thing. What are we to do now?
Desired outcome: I would like to be able to return this vacuum since we can no longer afford it.
Misrepresentation on the programs provided
They offer 2 programs the one I chose was the 12 shows book and ride, which that particular program pays for the machine. Now within Within your 12 shows you have to have 2 sales within a time period, well I had 3 sales. Now that I have completed the 12 shows with 3 sales they want to tell me only 8 of my shows don't count as well as 2 of my sales because it's time to pay my machine off as well as give me my money that I have paid into it. These guidelines that they are referring too were not explained by the dealers I was dealing with. They did not inform none of the friends and family shows I booked of these guidelines if they choose 12 book and ride shows. This is misleading to people and unethically. I was told I need to do 8 shoes with 1 sale which is not going to happen. I will not stop until this foolishness is taken care of. DO NOTPURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT 3823 HIGHWAY 80 EAST, SUITE 200, JACKSON, MS 39208. I'm sure the CEO of Rainbow Systems is not aware of such behavior. Changes must be made, if not the future of this business will fall, due to lack of management, discrimination and poor performance among the entire staff. If you your part why wouldn't they do theirs.
Unethical behavior with their free program
I have tried to contact Momire Popovic, President & CEO of Rainbow system three times, no response what so ever from this person. I made the mistake of getting into the buy 2 with 12 demo program on a you got to make the decision right there and than. I should have backed away right there and than due to making quick decision is not a good idea and I knew better. I was suckered into believing it not going to be an issue of selling 2 machines and setting up 12 demo. That was my first mistake in believing that. I sold two but by the time I did a 7 demo only maybe the two I sold and one more counted. It was either the spouse did not stay in for the whole presentation, to old, not married, lived in an apartment, did not live in a glass house of perfection or something. I even had a friend that was going to buy one but due to being over 60 felt discriminated and wrote a letter herself. Again no response. After the 7 demo I knew I would not get my machine free and the other parts promised. Called the next demo canceled the demo and told them I would not represent a fraud company. At first BBB did not show much against this company that was another reason I went ahead and decided to do the program but going back to BBB they show a F on this company with many complaints. The person I did the demo for told me later ours would not have counted for her due to no carpet and she was running in the same problem. I would never did this program if I knew that. Now the machine is sitting in the corner due to it not even working properly. The program is a scam. I also want to contact the company that has certified asthma and allergy friendly and say they are representing a fraud company and it not holding up to what they are saying. I should known better and I feel like a fool for falling for this scam.
Desired outcome: I want my debt wiped out and they can have the machine back if that what they want. I just want my debt wiped out.
