I went into your store in Wauwatosa WI and had a very unfortunate experience with your store manager Doreen. I wanted to replace a coat that I purchased within the last 12 months (its still a new item in the store)
The coat stiching came out and down filling started coming out. Eddie Bauer has always stood behind there products and has an excellent warranty which is still listed on your website:

I first went to your store on 12/24/2024 and asked for the return, at that time Doreen refused and I left. I went home and researched if Eddie Bauer no longer stands behind their products, I was happy to see that you still do or at least state so on your website. I printed off this information from your website and gave it to Doreen. She told me she refused to honor your policy and that I should leave or she would call security. She even took her phone out to continue the threat. I made sure to never even raise my voice with her as from my first encounter I could see how argumentative she is! She is not a good reflection on your brand or store and I will likely never return to this store location well she is employed - it was that disgusting! I love your products and up until today I have only had glowing review about your stores, products and overall business. The store manager in one day ruined 20+ years of loyalty to Eddie Bauer

Desired outcome: Replace coat. For me to return to this store location I would need an apology from Doreen or her manager, as her threat to call security when I took the time to even print out your policy is disgusting!
