I am also one of you who affected by Eden Abad and I bouhght a house, we booked houses in 2008 and it suppose to be delivered by 2009 and then they give many new dates and now they are giving the possession date Dec 2012. Please let me know if you guys are going to media, email me we will be also join you and i request all other people please don't buy a house in eden abad which is a very very big fraud.

I am also affected with eden housing developers. they are frauds, i booked 5 plots in eden lands. they promised for possession in september 2012 and i visited the location there is not started any development yet and they also advertising in the newspapers 75% work completed for eden lands extension when they didn't start any development for eden lands yet. i visited eden head office and they giving me new and new dates for possession. I am with all of you and will be available on your call anywhere. Thanks.

I hate to say this, but I would not be surprised if the government are involved. We are dealing with a corrupt government and businesses. I am in London and have been waiting for 5 years for this property in Lahore. I'm disappointed with Pakistan as a whole and feel let down. Muslims harming Muslims with no fear of God. The country will only get worse i hate to say. You have thousands of masjids and there azans are ignored, you can only expect the worse, until all you Pakistanis wake up and fight against the people who rule you wrongly

Salam to all. I am also suffering (|Eden garden EDH) in the hands of Dr Amjad. I think the govt of punjab is also involved in this as i have sent complaints to chief minister office as well but nothing is being done. Shahbaz sharif must be knowing about these people as a chief minister always has reports and intelligence info but i don't know why they are not doing any thing. Neither Chief justice is taking any suo-moto action against these evil people. He is also self centered and only takes suo-moto in cases through which he earns fame.
Has some one approached NAB or supreme court and what is the result?

I am also affectee of Eden Housing, booked portion house in Eden Lane Villas II in 2006 and subsequently transfer to eden abad and paid most of my saving money and now I am demanding my money back but they are cheating continuously and there managers continuously delaying. All persons should approach to supreme court or supreme court should take su-moto because number of persons are affectees of this group.

Since we are a affected by Eden fraud, let do something that closed their frauds once and for all. I think Media is a great tool for this, if some one has contacts in media, please try to publicize the scam, in the meanwhile a collective case should be registered against them in NAB, any lawyers willing to help us on this?
P.S. going to Eden office near Thokar, please don't miss the great white mansion that Eden owner have built by our money.

My name is waleed im also suffering from eden luxury villas project ferozpur road lahore . i had booked 5 marla house in this scheem i have paid all the installments since 2009 today its 2013 yr, 8 month they promised me to handover the house in 3.5 years but they didnt they simply just send me a letter that your house is cancelled due to ring road construction cause the gov took the place.

We bought Eden Housing 5 Marla 2nd floor apartment in Sep 2008 as per contract they had to handover this house in July 2009 despite repeated reminders no such positive response received from Eden Housing yet. And now after delay of four years they have sent a letter asking for extra Rs. 1, 000, 000/- as escalation charges which is totally illegitimate.

I am also an affecty of Eden Abad and received the same notice from Eden Housing last month to pay another sum of about Rs 922, 000/- as escalation charges within 14 days, otherwise the contract will be cancelled.
From the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/EHousingFraudCase), I came to know that a case against Eden Housing is there in Supreme court and it will be heard on 25th August. If anybody has any update about that case, please share with all affected people.
Also, can anyone help, how can we take this case to media people to pressurize the company to either complete the houses or refund the money back to people.
