Edible Arrangements review: My order

Dear Edible Arrangements Executive Department,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Cas Black, and I am reaching out to discuss an issue I encountered with my recent order, number W2011642481-1. This order was particularly special to me, as it was intended to celebrate my sister-in-law's graduation. I wanted to do something thoughtful and memorable to mark her achievement, and I have always appreciated the quality and creativity of your arrangements.

Unfortunately, I was disheartened to find that the experience did not meet the high standards I have come to expect from Edible Arrangements. Upon delivery, I noticed that the flowers included in the arrangement were not fresh and appeared to be wilted and lifeless. Additionally, the vase that accompanied the arrangement had numerous scratches, which detracted from the overall presentation—I had hoped for something beautiful and celebratory, but this was quite the opposite.

Moreover, I was disappointed to discover that one of the strawberries in the arrangement had black spots on the inside, suggesting it may have been overripe or improperly stored. This was quite troubling, as it raised concerns about the freshness and quality of the overall product.

As a loyal customer who has consistently ordered from Edible Arrangements in the past, I have always appreciated the quality of your products and the exceptional service provided in-store. However, this was my first experience with delivery, and I must say, it did not live up to my expectations. I was truly hoping to create a joyful memory for my sister-in-law on her special day, but instead, I was met with disappointment.

I would like to reach out to you in hopes of finding a resolution to this matter. I value your company and would love to continue ordering from Edible Arrangements in the future, but I feel that addressing this issue is crucial.
