I hired them for my wedding and I REGRET IT! REGRET IT! REGRET IT! Please don't be a victim to their predatory practices. Their videographer was so obnoxious and unprofessional he couldn't even take a proper video of my wedding party walking down the aisle, you see the flower girl then feet and tiles! the photographer and videographer both omitted my cocktail hour all together my hall and its decoration and so many other moments. It was just substandard. The real nightmare is the company itself. They coerced me into signing an array of documents well after the wedding that state that Ia agree to be sued and pay $500 for each day a disparaging review is up otherwise extorted me for additional money and used the release of my wedding videos and photos as a bargaining chip. I succumbed to their bullying making it clear in writing that I am being coerced into signing these documents yet don't agree on them. I removed all negative reviews and thought as bad of a quality as my wedding photos and video came up to be I'll take them and move on. When it came down to downloading my video they kept sending me a link that would download a file that's 1KB, it was grief back and forth and it's always this extortion for 'unarchiving' my files I owe them money on top of money though I agreed and paid in full prior to the wedding. That in addition to the insolence and hostility especially from a man by the name of Sam. I was so tired of the interaction which caused me such grief and anxiety eventually I was able to download a file that was 9.73 GB. That video file NEVER played but I attributed it to using a Mac and wanted to cease interacting with them due to the anxiety it caused me. I thought to myself the files they kept sending me were only 1KB this file is 9.73 GB it must have substance it's just my Mac. month later I finally got a hold of a PC the video file is simply corrupt and doesn't work. I contacted them only to be faced with the same exact old extortion that it will be a $1000 to unarchive my video. I NEVER RECEIVED MY VIDEO WHICH I PAID FOR! im done with this company. They are untrustworthy on all levels. BEWARE you've been warned. Check their rating on BBB which is F! they suppress the negative reviews through extortion and bullying.
