Back in January 2016, I had a terrible experience with ElevateStyles. I ordered a "Beshe" Ella HH wig in color P1B/30, but instead, I received color P1B/30 Patch. I was so disappointed and frustrated because they insisted that they had sent the correct order, even though this color was NOT shown in the lineup. I mean, come on, how hard is it to send the right order?
I decided to email them 1 video and 7 photos to prove that they had sent the wrong order. However, they STILL claimed that the correct color was shipped, and Elevate Styles refused to provide shipping labels for my return. I was so upset because I had spent my hard-earned money on something that I didn't even want.
I had to take matters into my own hands and made a written complaint to the BBB of Illinois. Only THEN did they provide shipping labels for my return order. I FINALLY received the correction in February 2016 and received a voucher credit. These events have cost me time and a little extra money, and because during all of this hassle, they had a shipping rate increase.
I may never order from them again! I am EXTREMELY disappointed! I used to love their customer service, but what happened to them? It's like they don't care about their customers anymore. I hope they can improve their service and make things right for their customers.

By Friday, my order status had still not changed. I decided to call customer service once again to inquire about the delay. To my surprise, I was informed that my address needed to be updated once again. I explained that I had already updated my address, but was placed on hold for about 10 minutes while the representative checked with the shipping department.
Finally, I was told that my item would be shipped as of Friday. This was a frustrating experience, as I had expected my item to be shipped much sooner given that it was in stock. I needed the item urgently, and the delay caused me a great deal of inconvenience.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with ElevateStyles. While I appreciate that mistakes can happen, the delay in shipping my item was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this site again in the future.

My dam refund!
I've made a big purchase and did not receive my order and yet I've contacted them to give me my refund back and I have not received any response this is the worst company ever an I will be taking this company to small claims court if I do not receive my refund back ASAP I already have gotten my court papers I work very hard for my money and I refuse to let a dam scam a** company take it!
Rude customer service representation
I do not feel comfortable any longer to move forward to purchase anything else from this company with such rude and unprofessional customer service and response to those who pay for products from the company. I just couldn't believe the response that I got back from a question that I asked about the availability of a product and when it will be back in stock as I read the email over and over again because I just couldn't believe what I was reading
Awful company
It's just terrible. They shipped my order to the wrong address and kept ignoring me for several weeks. I requested them to call me back, the situation was serious, but they did absolutely nothing. I have no idea whether they got my emails and calls or not, maybe they have no employees working at customer care. What kind of service is that? You need to shut down your business as soon as possible.
ElevateStyles is probably a scam
I am very disappointed, this site is terrible and I hate to say that but ElevateStyles is probably a scam!
I saw many negative reviews about them but still decided to make an order and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made. After I paid I did not receive any confirmations or tracking number, I still don't know anything about my order status and its current location.
I sent them many messages but did not receive a reply. As I said before I am very disappointed and I blame myself for this! I should have stayed away from Elevate Styles! Terrible!

My order was cancelled and refund wasn't given
I would be very happy to hear from Elevatestyles as soon as possible. These people owe me money and I want to get my money back as soon as possible. I made a big order here and spent a big sum of money and later they cancelled my order. I paid for my order using my credit card and they said that they were not able to verify my card so they had no other choice. Are you kidding me? These people literally said that they were not sure that I was the real owner of the card but they still took the money!
I warned them many times. There is only one possible way to resolve this and it's up to them to decide. I want my money back now or I will call my lawyer. Thank you for reading this.
Disappointed
I have been buying ElevateStyles hair for a long time now. I was very satisfied with ElevateStyles service and loved the product.
Unfortunately my last order went down the hill. As always I purchased some hair from them and when I received it color was way too dark. I contacted their customer care service and sent them a couple of pictures and asked for a replacement. They refused and said that they don't accept returns!
I did not know about that! That was the first time when I had to return something and I was surprised to hear that they don't do replacements! I'm not sure if I'll buy from them again.

Very poor service!
Placed an order with these guys in mid June and was already supposed to receive my order but still nothing. ElevateStyles promised I'll get my stuff in 14 business days but it seems like they forgot about me.
They do not reply to my messages and there is no way I could get a refund.
This is the second time I'm ordering from ElevateStyles and my first experience was also not the best one. But first time they at least answered and provided some help. But this time there's nothing!

Do not accept returns
Do not order anything from ElevateStyles. In case of any issues there is no way to return anything. I have ordered some beauty products from this site and wanted to return some of them because some of them were incorrect. I contacted customer service and was told that they do no accept returns. It was clearly mentioned in their policy. So even if they sent you something wrong they wont accept it back.
Awful customer service!
I ordered a wig from ElevateStyles and entered one address for delivery and one address for billing. Later I received a confirmation email and saw that the two address were the same. I don't know how and why but they changed the delivery address to the billing address. I realized that the product won't be delivered to where I live. I contacted customer support immediately, explained what happened but was told that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely no help from customer support. They just didn't care about it. They also refused to cancel my order. I'm very disappointed.
