ThatDailyDeal Review: Quality Products, Prompt Customer Service, and Great Deals!
Been a customer of ThatDailyDeal and their affiliates for about 2 years now. I gotta say, they had some issues with previous shippers being slow and sometimes not shipping out items correctly at all. But, they seem to have completely resolved those problems over the last few months. I've almost always received quality products from them and if any product was ever inferior (damaged/didn't work, etc), they have always promptly responded to my request with a replacement, credit, or refund.
I used to get their monthly "surprise box" subscription, but I stopped because I was getting duplicate items and just couldn't afford it any longer. But, overall, I love this USA based company (where they operate from - I do realize not all merchandise is USA made, so don't bother with the flame throwers) and will continue to purchase from them. They have some great deals and I've found some really cool stuff on their site.
I do wish they had more options for free shipping, but I understand that's not always possible. And, sometimes their website can be a bit slow, but that's not a huge deal for me. Overall, I'm happy with my experience with ThatDailyDeal and I recommend them to anyone looking for some good deals on a variety of products.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Delayed Shipping and Price Hike During COVID19
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with That Daily Deal. I mean, I know times are tough with this whole COVID19 thing, but come on! I placed an order back in April and it's almost June now and still no sign of my stuff. And to make matters worse, they jacked up the price way past what's legal. I've ordered from other companies during this pandemic and they've managed to get me my stuff within two weeks, so what's the deal with That Daily Deal?
They advertised that their items were available and ready to ship, but it turns out that was just a bait and switch. I feel like they're just taking advantage of the situation and trying to make a quick buck. And to top it all off, they don't even have a phone number you can call to talk to someone about your concerns. It's like they don't even care about their customers.
I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this company and I gotta say, they're all true. This is not a company you want to do business with unless you want to end up in the same boat as me. It's just not worth it. They're clearly an unscrupulous and despicable company that's just out to make a quick buck at the expense of others.
So, buyer beware. Don't make the same mistake I did and order from That Daily Deal. It's just not worth the hassle.
That Daily Deal: Good Deals, Bad Service - A Frustrating Experience
I've been buying stuff from That Daily Deal for about a year and a half now, and I've probably spent around $800 on their products. Some of the stuff I've gotten has been pretty good, but a lot of it has been defective. I keep buying from them because I think I'm getting a good deal, but I'm starting to get fed up with their lack of customer service. They don't accept returns for defective items, which is ridiculous if you ask me. It's also really hard to get in touch with them - the only way to contact them is through some kind of automated chat or by sending an email and waiting 3 or 4 days for a response.
The shipping times are also painfully slow. But the last straw for me was when I ordered some CBD gummies that I had bought from them twice before. I placed the order, and then 11 days later they refunded my purchase without any explanation. When I tried to talk to them about it, they just said it was out of stock and tough luck.
Overall, I think That Daily Deal is a terrible company to deal with. I'm pretty mad at myself for supporting them for so long, but I'm done with them now.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Missing Product and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, my experience with That Daily Deal was just okay. But today, I found out they never gave me credit for a no-touch thermometer I bought last summer when COVID was at its peak. I tried to contact them, but they never got back to me because of COVID-related issues. And now, I ordered a neck pillow, and it says it was delivered, but I never got it. When I talked to Keisha about it, she said I received it, but I didn't. I spent a lot of money on this site, and if I wanted to lie about a purchase, it wouldn't be over a $10 pillow. But Keisha kept insisting that I got the merchandise, even though I didn't. I was so insulted at that point. And then she told me to research the issue on my own, even though I already did that before contacting them. She even cited some contract and said it was my responsibility if I didn't receive the product. I don't trust this company anymore. It used to take days to receive merchandise, even during the pandemic, but now it takes months. They're crooked now, in my humble opinion, and they'll never see a red cent of mine again. Shame on them. This pillow was for my father-in-law, who's undergoing radiation for lung cancer and just tested positive for the UK variant of COVID. This company is trash, and I hope they rot.
Pleasantly Surprised by That Daily Deal: A Customer's Review
I gotta say, I'm pretty surprised by all the haters out there giving That Daily Deal a bad rap. Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. I've found some seriously sweet deals on some high-quality stuff. I've placed a bunch of orders now, and everything's always arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I did opt for the bundle up shipping, which they offer free shipping on multiple items a couple times a month, so it does take a little longer to get your stuff, like around 2 weeks or so. But hey, I'm not in a rush, so that's no biggie.
Now, I will say that I did have a couple of issues with some items that weren't quite right. But when I reached out to customer service, Kiesha was on it like white on rice. She got back to me super quick and made things right. She refunded and replaced some different items for me, and even sent me a label for one return with shipping paid by That Daily Deal. So it seems to me like they're legit, they care about their customers, and they stand behind their products.
I've done some price comparisons, too, and That Daily Deal's prices are often lower than what you'll find on Amazon, Ebay, or Walmart. The only thing I wish they'd improve on is their item descriptions. They could be a little more detailed. And they do send a lot of emails, but hey, that's just how they roll.
Overall, I'm stoked with the products they sell and the way they treat their customers. Kiesha, in particular, has been a total rockstar. So if you're on the fence about giving That Daily Deal a shot, I say go for it! You might just be pleasantly surprised.
That Daily Deal" and "13Deals.com" Review: Great Prices, Hit or Miss Quality, Slow Shipping, But Worth It!
I've been using "that daily deal" and their other sites like "13deals.com" for a long time now, since around 2008-2009ish. I've bought a lot of stuff from them, and I gotta say, the prices are pretty good. You might be able to find the same stuff for cheaper somewhere else if you look hard enough, but these guys have a lot of closeout, overstocked, or discontinued items that are really cheap. Sometimes you gotta be careful though, 'cause you're buying stuff without seeing it first, and there aren't always reviews from other people who've bought the same thing. But if you do your research, you can usually find reviews on other sites.
Sometimes the quality of the stuff you get can be hit or miss, but I've never had a problem getting a refund from customer service. You don't really need to return stuff that often though, unless you're trying to scam them or something. The only downside is that it can take a while to get your stuff, like 4-6 weeks sometimes. But they make it easy to track your orders on the site, and they'll tell you if something can ship right away.
When I find a really good deal, I'll buy a bunch of stuff to give as gifts. One of my favorite things to get from them is the 8 packs of "cheap sunglasses." They're usually just regular drugstore brands, but they're so cheap that I don't mind if I lose them. I also like getting the Hanes or Gilman T-shirt 6-8 packs for like $3 per shirt.
I've been using these guys for over a decade now, and I've had mostly good experiences with them. They're not like some other online stores where everything is a scam or whatever. They've fixed any problems I've had, and I've recommended them to my friends and family. So if you're looking for some good deals, check out "that daily deal" and their other sites.
Disappointing Quality and Return Policy: Global Glove Vise Gripster Work Gloves from ThatDailyDeal
So, I was browsing the internet and came across a pop-up ad for a pair of Global Glove Vise Gripster work gloves on ThatDailyDeal. I had never heard of this website before, but the gloves looked pretty heavy-duty, so I decided to give it a shot. The price was reasonable, and they offered free shipping if you ordered two or more, so I ordered three - one for each of my sons and one for my gardener as a gift.
I received the gloves yesterday, and I have to say, the quality is just okay. I ordered medium, but when I tried one on, it was so stiff that I couldn't even close my fist or grip anything. They were definitely not comfortable to use. I did a quick search on a big box store for a similar pair, and the reinforced palm and fingers with cut-resistant material looked like a better quality.
I gave one of the pairs to my son, and he said he would use them anyway since he's remodeling his bathroom. He did mention that they were a little tight, but he also said that you shouldn't pay too much for work gloves because they get worn out fast.
Unfortunately, I didn't do enough research on ThatDailyDeal's return policy. It turns out that they don't make it easy for you to return anything. In fact, they suggest that you donate or give the item/items away as a gift. That's a big red flag for me. Why would I give something as a gift if I don't think it's a good product? Plus, they charge a restocking fee, and you have to pay to ship the product back if you want to return it because you don't like it. It's just not worth it to me to try and return the gloves.
My gut feeling was that I didn't know if I could trust the quality of the gloves, but I took a chance and ordered three to get the free shipping. Since they weren't that expensive with the discount, I figured it was worth a shot. But now I know better. I definitely won't be ordering from ThatDailyDeal again.
Mixed Bag of Products: My Experience with thatdailydeal.com and Their Customer Service
I've bought a few things from thatdailydeal.com and I gotta say, some of them are pretty good and cheap too! I even found some items that were made in the USA, which is always a plus. But, I gotta warn you, some of the stuff they sell is just plain garbage. I mean, I ordered these two "mini-misters" and they were a joke. Both of them had cracks in the plastic water reservoir and one of them was so bad that it wouldn't even hold water. Plus, the USB port didn't even line up with the plastic housing, so charging it was impossible. The other one still had water droplets in it, but when I tried to use it, it was like a baby's fart had more force than this thing. I couldn't even feel the mist two inches away from the device and it ran out of water in less than three minutes.
But, here's the thing, their customer service is top-notch! I emailed them about the mini-misters and they got back to me the same day. They told me to keep, trash, or donate the products and they'd issue me a full credit in 3-5 business days. I was skeptical at first, especially after reading so many bad reviews, but they came through! The full amount was back in my account 24 hours after they responded.
So, I'm giving them four stars because of their excellent customer service. They really came through for me. But, I gotta knock off a star for carrying some crappy products that they probably should have researched more before selling. However, if you're not in a rush to use the item or give it as a gift, it's definitely worth a try.
Oh, and they have these mystery gifts that are kinda cool. I got a limited edition set of playing cards, a kids toy, and some Mario Brothers decals just from my "points" from previous purchases. I even saw the playing cards selling for $15 on a resale site!
Overall, I'd say give thatdailydeal.com a shot, just be aware that some of their products might not be the best quality. But, if you do run into any issues, their customer service is on point.
That Daily Deal: Poor Customer Service and No Exceptions for Returns
I gotta say, I haven't had any issues with getting my stuff from That Daily Deal, but if you're someone who cares about customer service, listen up. Back in January, I ordered some outdoor lights and then decided I wanted more. So I shot them an email asking if they could add more to my order. But instead of just saying no, they straight up cancelled my whole order without any warning! I was so shocked. I've asked other companies to add stuff to my order before and they either did it or said they couldn't. But That Daily Deal just cancelled my order and left me high and dry. And they justified it by saying they have the right to cancel any order for any reason. Like, what? I don't see how my request for 4 more lights was unreasonable.
But that's not even the worst part. Today I got these neck supports from them, but I can't use them for medical reasons. They would interfere with my chemotherapy port and make it really uncomfortable to get my infusions. So I emailed them to see if I could return them, but they said no exceptions and I have to pay for the shipping myself. Like, seriously? These things haven't even been used and they won't make an exception for me? It just feels like they don't care about their customers at all. They only care about making money. So unless you never have to deal with their customer service, you might be okay. But for me, I'm done with That Daily Deal. They won't be getting any more of my money.
That Daily Deal Review: A Professional Garage Sale for Closeout Items
Hey, have you heard of That Daily Deal? I've been shopping with them for over ten years and I have to say, I'm pretty happy with their service. Sure, they're not Amazon or eBay, but they're a small-time seller with a small operation who buys closeout items in quantity then sells them on their website. Think of them as a "professional garage sale" for closeout items.
Now, I know some people have had bad experiences with them, but let's be real here - just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean you should tell everyone to stop buying from them. That's just not fair. Instead, why not just state your grievance and give details? That way, people can make their own informed decisions.
One thing I really like about That Daily Deal is that they link to videos on YouTube that show off their products. It's a great way to get a better understanding of what you're buying. And if you're not happy with your purchase, you can always return it if it's defective. That's clearly stated on their website.
Now, let's talk about shipping. Most items take 4-6 weeks to arrive, but if you're not taking advantage of a free shipping deal, you're getting a reduced shipping deal. And if you check out as a guest, you might want to think about creating an account to log in and check on the status of your order. That way, you're not left in the dark.
I'll admit, I don't like everything they sell, but when I see something I think I might like, I do a quick Google search to get a better understanding of the product. And if I want something fast, I'll pay for fast shipping. Otherwise, I know I'll have to wait a few weeks. That's just the nature of the business.
But here's the thing - I've never received anything that was "crap" or junk, or didn't work. Sure, some items were too cheaply made to last long, but that's to be expected with closeout items. And if I'm ever in doubt, I just do without. It's not worth the hassle.
Overall, I've always found That Daily Deal to be a pleasant, honest, and easy-to-deal-with seller. And if you have a problem, just go to their website and follow their instructions on how to contact them. They're a small business owner, so they might not respond right away, but they'll get back to you within a week. So, if you're looking for a deal on closeout items, give That Daily Deal a try. You might just be pleasantly surprised.

False advertising, incorrect specs
On Saturday, November 16, 2024, That Daily Deal ran an ad for a Halo Bolt 44400 car charger and power pack for $49.99. In addition, there was an accompanying "Secret Deal" offering the device for $39.99. The capacity of the battery was specified as 44,400 mAh, a far larger capacity than is typically seen. As it turns out, the manufacturer's specs list the...

That Daily Deal is a website that claims to offer amazing deals on name-brand products. They advertise these products at prices that seem too good to be true. However, as a customer who has purchased from That Daily Deal, I can tell you that the products they offer are not what they claim to be.
The products that I received from That Daily Deal were cheap imitations of the name-brand products they advertised. They resembled the products they claimed to be, but they were not the real deal. The quality of these products was poor, and they were often not worth the low price I paid for them.
The emails from That Daily Deal come relentlessly. They bombard you with emails advertising their latest deals, and trying to unsubscribe from their mailing list is futile. I finally had to add all of the various email addresses to my spam filter to stop the bombardment.
When it comes to That Daily Deal, the old saying "if it looks too good to be true, it probably is" definitely applies. The deals they offer are not deals at all. They are cheap imitations of name-brand products, and the quality is not worth the low price. Save your money and avoid That Daily Deal.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Poor Quality Control and Customer Service
I recently had an experience with That Daily Deal that left me feeling disappointed. I was excited to find a great deal on three hats, but unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived. When the hats arrived, I was disappointed to find that they had been shipped in a flimsy envelope with no protective covering. To make matters worse, one of the hats had oil-based stains on the front brim.
I reached out to customer support to request a replacement, but I was met with a disappointing response. The representative informed me that I had three options: I could receive a 50% refund, return the hat for a replacement (but pay for shipping both ways), or receive store credit to purchase more items. I was shocked that they wouldn't cover the cost of return shipping for a damaged item.
I was frustrated that they didn't seem to care about the quality of their products or the satisfaction of their customers. The representative even tried to argue that the hat wasn't defective because of the oil stains. I mean, who wants to wear a hat with stains on it? It's not like I can just wash it out and have it look brand new.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with That Daily Deal. The lack of quality control and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't be ordering from them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality products.

Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Lack of Communication and Order Issues
I recently tried to order some KN95 masks and hand sanitizer from That Daily Deal. I wanted to order 10 masks, but when I pressed 1 for 10 masks, it didn't work. So, I tried to order 10 sets of 10 masks (100 masks total), and that worked. However, I didn't actually want 100 masks. I was surprised that the website didn't ask me to review or confirm my order before it went through.
After I placed my order, I immediately contacted Jammin Butter, the owner of That Daily Deal, via email to explain what had happened. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any communication from them. I sent three more emails, but still didn't get any acknowledgement.
To my surprise, the order was shipped the following day. I was frustrated that my attempts to communicate with the company had been ignored. I decided to dispute the charge with my bank.
Overall, I would not recommend buying from That Daily Deal. My experience was frustrating and I felt like I was being ripped off. The lack of communication from the company was particularly disappointing.
That Daily Deal Review: Knockoff Knives for Cheap or Amazon Quality?
Yo, check out the deal of the day on That Daily Deal website! They're offering a set of knives for only $15 plus $5 for shipping. They're claiming that Amazon is selling the same knives for $25, but who knows if that's true or not. Anyways, let's talk about what you're getting for that extra $5 from Amazon. You're getting the real deal, not some cheap knockoff. You can chat with their customer service, return or replace an item at no cost, and they guarantee their product. Plus, you can use it for 30 days to see if it meets the description.
Now, let's talk about what you're getting from That Daily Deal. You're getting knockoffs, my friend. And if you have any issues, you'll have to wait days or even weeks for a response from their customer service via email. They don't have a phone or chat option, so good luck with that. And their return or replace policy is inconsistent at best. Everything they sell is cheap Chinese non-branded stuff or blemished and faulty products. It's like they're selling the rejects from the factory.
But hey, if it's close to the Amazon price like today's knives, then it's a no-brainer. Just don't expect the same quality or customer service. So, if you're willing to take the risk, go ahead and give That Daily Deal a shot. But if you want the real deal, stick with Amazon.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Poor Communication and Customer Service
So, I made an order from That Daily Deal and I never got my confirmation email. I waited for a while and then I decided to place another order two days later. This time, I got the email. I waited for my shipment to arrive, but it didn't. I was worried, so I called the company to ask about the two charges on my credit card. They told me that the second order had already shipped a few days ago and the first order had just shipped that day. They said that I could return one of the orders if I wanted to.
Today, I chatted with a representative about returning the order and I have to say, their customer service is not the best. I asked to be removed from their contact list and the reply I got was pretty rude. I don't think I will be doing business with this company again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless you are 100% happy with your order and don't need to return anything or talk to their representative.
Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with That Daily Deal. It's a shame because I was excited to try out their products, but the lack of communication and poor customer service really put me off. I hope they can improve in the future because I know a lot of people enjoy their deals.
Beware of That Daily Deal: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service
I gotta tell ya, folks, I had a pretty bad experience with That Daily Deal. I ordered some socks and when they arrived, they were in pretty rough shape. I'm talkin' loose threads, material shredding, falling apart - the whole nine yards. So, I reached out to customer service to see about returning them and getting a refund. But instead of helping me out, they offered me a measly $5 coupon to buy more stuff from them. Can you believe it? I mean, I don't want more trash, I just want my money back!
When I refused their offer, they had the audacity to suggest that I just cut off the threads myself because apparently that's normal. I don't know about you, but I've never bought socks just to have to fix them up myself. So, I decided to report them to the Better Business Bureau and you know what they said? They said that the socks weren't damaged! Can you believe the nerve of these people?
Thankfully, my credit card company had my back and approved my dispute after seeing the pictures of the sorry state of those socks. But seriously, folks, be careful with these guys. They're owned by Jammin' Butter and operate under a bunch of different names, so you never know what you're gonna get.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Mistakes
So, I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with That Daily Deal. I placed an order back on July 5th, 2021 and never received any tracking information or the actual product. I honestly forgot about it until just recently when I decided to reach out to them to see what was going on.
Well, they finally got back to me and gave me a USPS tracking number. But get this, the package was returned to them on July 19th, 2021 because they only put the city and state on the mailing address. Can you believe that? I mean, come on, how hard is it to put a whole address on a package?
And to make matters worse, they didn't do anything about it until I reached out to them. They didn't even bother to notify me that the package was returned. And to top it all off, they charged me a 25% restocking fee because of their mistake. I mean, seriously, that's just not right.
I let them know that I wasn't happy about the situation and that I felt like I was being conned. I mean, if I hadn't caught them, I would've never gotten my product and would've been out of my hard-earned money.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend That Daily Deal to anyone. Their lack of attention to detail and poor customer service just isn't worth it. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.
That Daily Deal: Unethical Business Practices and Nonexistent Customer Service
716 to their email but have not received a response. This is unacceptable customer service.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with That Daily Deal. I was excited to purchase 8 1lb bags of dog treats at what seemed like a great deal. However, upon receiving the product, I was shocked to find that the expiration date was only two months away. This is not only inconvenient, but it is also dangerous for my dog's health.
It is clear that That Daily Deal is a company that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. They lure customers in with attractive prices, but then send out products that are difficult for reputable companies to sell. It is no surprise that they cannot be contacted - they know exactly what they are doing.
I am not the only customer who has had a negative experience with That Daily Deal. Soon, all buyers will be aware of their shady practices, and they will cease to exist. This is the best possible outcome.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. I have only been given a reference number as proof of my purchase, and they do not even have an order number. I have tried to contact them through email, but have not received a response. This is unacceptable.
Overall, I would not recommend That Daily Deal to anyone. Their business practices are unethical, and their customer service is nonexistent. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.
Disappointing Experience with That Daily Deal: Incorrect Order and Insulting Response
I recently picked out and ordered a couple of "sport" polarized sunglasses from That Daily Deal. I was excited to receive my order, but when it arrived, I was disappointed to find that I had received one "sport" pair and one "wayfarer" pair, which was not what I had ordered. I decided to reach out to the company to see if they could help me remedy the situation.
Unfortunately, the response I received was not what I was hoping for. The email I received was quite insulting, with the shipping manager stating that I was "confused" and that the erroneous pair was actually a "sport" pair. They even went so far as to attach pictures to prove their point. I found this response to be quite appalling, as I had clearly ordered two "sport" pairs and had received something different.
To make matters worse, the shipping paperwork included a statement that the order was for "sport or wayfarer" glasses, which I found to be quite sneaky. This made it seem like I had ordered a mix of both types of glasses, when in reality I had only ordered "sport" glasses.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with That Daily Deal. I will be sure to spread the word about my negative experience with this company, and I would caution others to be wary of doing business with them. There are many negative reviews online that should give potential customers pause before making a purchase.
That Daily Deal Review: Poor Customer Service and No Delivery of MRE's During Pandemic
I recently made a purchase on That Daily Deal website for some MRE's. I spent a total of $108 on my order. After placing my order, I received an email confirmation that included a "COVID Disclaimer" warning about possible delays due to the pandemic. I understood that there might be some delays in shipping, especially for survival items during a pandemic. However, I never received my package, and I waited for a long time, thinking that the delays were due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They just never sent my items.
Months later, I reached out to their customer service team, hoping to get some answers. However, I was disappointed to hear that there was nothing they could do for me. They told me that I had waited too long to reach out for my package, and that they could not offer me a refund or redelivery. I was shocked and frustrated by their response. I spoke to a person named Makayla, who told me that I should have checked on things sooner.
After doing some research, I found out that many online ordering services have emerged during 2020, and a large majority of them are simply scammers taking advantage of the pandemic. I would strongly advise against using "That Daily Deal" or any other similar services. Instead, I recommend going to trusted retailers like Costco or Amazon to make your purchases.
In conclusion, my experience with That Daily Deal was extremely disappointing. I spent a significant amount of money on my order, and I never received my package. Their customer service was unhelpful and unsympathetic, and I would not recommend this website to anyone.
