is Absolutely perfect for this job!?I ordered a Burberry watch for my son's 30th Birthday at the last minute. (3 days before the Party) The seller promised it would arrive on time! They gave me updates and notifications so I would not have to worry! The Quality and Craftsmanship is beyond my expectations! The Burberry packaging is custom and meticulous like I have never seen before! 5 stars to the seller for recognizing and retaining such commendable employees!

I ordered a Nomos Tangente 35mm for my wife's birthday. The sales associate was very friendly and communicative during this process. I requested that the watch store hold the shipment until we returned from our trip, and they happily put this through for us. The delivery was immediate and the watch itself was fantastic. We are very happy with the order. The customer service from the store was great and we appreciated their follow-up as well.

I ordered a Hublot Classic Fusion GT Carbon watch from a renowned retailer. It was my first time ordering from them and I didn't know what to expect. The MSRP on my watch was almost $29,000 and they had it listed for $22,800, which is an incredible deal. I asked a few questions on their website and received prompt responses; all watches are new and unworn, which is exactly what I wanted. So, I went through with it and ordered the watch!

The company emailed me and even called me right after the order to inform me that the watch was shipping to their company from the manufacturer within a couple of days. However, after two days, I noticed on their website that the price had dropped due to a Father's Day flash sale. The watch was now about $1,000 cheaper! I contacted customer service and they graciously refunded me $1,000 to match the sale price. Despite their site stating that prices may change at any time, they still honored my purchase at the discounted rate. I was thoroughly impressed.

The watch arrived via next-day air after they received it, and I must say, this watch is spectacular! The packaging was top-notch, and the watch, box, and warranty were all included. I contacted Hublot to activate my warranty, and everything worked out perfectly, even better than I could have expected. Thanks to their exceptional customer service, I will definitely be shopping with them again in the future and will recommend them to all my friends who appreciate fine watches. They have proven to be an outstanding company and very accommodating when they didn't have to be. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

Hello to all customers thinking buying from this seller. This is my experience. I recently purchased a watch from watch Shopping. The watch was a Swiss-made watch. They informed me that there was a malfunction with the original watch so they had to send me one from the manufacturer instead. When they sent it, tracking showed the item it was coming from Hong Kong, China. At that point I reached out to the original watch manufacturer to see about item stock as well as some advice. The advice they gave me is to proceed with canceling that order and go to an authentic jeweller as, this company was not one on their list. When I reached out to cancel my order, Watch Shopping went radio silent. Very poor communication. Then, I get an email saying they are going to charge me more than double for a restock fee when the item was never located in their facility in the US, nor did I even receive it. This was an ongoing process for three to four days. The overall experience with this store was very poor. I have a collection of over 30 watches and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had, as well as a huge waste of time.

This company is desperate for money, they have outrageous fees to return an item, in addition it takes an extremely long time to receive an item once it is purchased. Difficult to reach a live person to discuss purchase or dissatisfaction with a purchase. They indicate in their adverstisement that you can return and item for any reason, but they questions you about why you are returning then advise you that you have to pay an significant amount to return the item and have to pay for postage to return item. I would never ever purchase anything from this business and highly recommend that you do not purchase from this company. They do not stand behind their product and or desperate for money to charge an outrageous "restocking" fee. My rating of this company is 0. Extremely Poor!

be VERY careful with their return policy, which for watches under $500 is buried way under the SPLASH screens of HASSLE FREE RETURNS! they won't honor a return even as we cancelled a mistaken purchase just as it was being shipped. just wouldn't honor it. not even take it back with a restocking fee. it's an easy mistake to make. i actually wondered if they are a scam. very hard to contact them too

STAY AWAY. THEY SAY ITEMS ARE IN STOCK THAT ARE NOT. CHARGE YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY NOT WHEN IT SHIPS. IF YOU CANCEL DUE TO THE *** THEY CHARGE YOU AN 8% FEE.

Great product and seller! I received a fully packaged and sealed, new watch just like when you buy it at an Authorized Dealer: the protective film was on the watch/ bracelet and the crown was still 'screwed' in from the manufacturing process. All communications with the seller were very quick and helpful. Their business model seems to be to source new watches internationally, probably taking advantage of local discounts and exchange rate fluctuations and to resell at a margin. My watch for instance was sourced in the Nordic European countries. Overall very good experience.
