I put in 3 orders for over $1300 paid for expedited delivery to Canada via Air. Two orders were to be shipped Friday and delivered today. I called DHL this morning and they don't even have them yet. So I contacted the store by email and they are the worst customer service people ever. They don't answer your questions, pick and choose which ones they do and in as few words as possible. So what was to be at my door today, I was told msy go out by the end of next week. WOW! I'm a new customer but it doesn't matter they are so rude, won't tell you anything and when I. told them they could be nicer and pleasant or I'd cancel my orders, they were still miserable. So I told them to cancel my 3 orders. I never received a reply. These are all paid for and I have a feeling they take your money and don't have the products to ship. Why else would you treat people. so. horribly., because they know once they rip. you off you won't be coming back anyway. I'm literally sick to my stomach these wigs were for work for a photoshoot and I paid fir them myself. Now I'm out over 1300.00 these people should be exposed as the frauds they are. They are nothing but ignorant thrives and con artists.
Recommendation: Don't but from these people they will rip you off.
