They claim they are a third party to contact insurance companies to receive recoverable depreciation check. But, if the second money is not mailed out they file a lien claim on you for a different amount exceeding 1300.00 added on top of depreciation figure of 1198.00.

elo restoration was a phenomenal company to work with. The process, from the project agent, Chris Lamar, to the project manager, Said Hadzic, to the guys working on the roof was easy and the guys were courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job and would recommend them for a roofing project.

After researching several local roofing companies my husband and I decided to select ELO Restoration. We are pleased of our selection and LOVE our new roof; our home looks beautiful and dramatically different! We were nervous concerning the process but was rest assured and the process went smoothly, especially during COVID! The crew did a great job and we were also pleased with the cleanup after the roof replacement. Thank you again ELO Restoration!

OUTSTANDING! Customer Service, Professionalism I would to Thank Mr. Dave S and his colleague for coming out on a Saturday to conduct a roof inspection.. I was delighted he returned a message I left by phone the next day to set up the time. He and his colleague that assisted him were VERY PROFFESSIONAL! A few das later Mr. Dan came out to meet the Insurance adjustor.. He was EXCELLENT! Again, GFREAT PROFESSIONALISM with the representatives of ELO Restorations... I had a roof emergency occur at my home about two months ago. After haggling with my insurance company I was referred to ELO restoration by a friend of mine. This is when I first met Ryan V. His professional and thorough attention to detail made my transition from disaster to normalcy a much needed relief during this encounter and especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. He was always available via cell phone and every deadline he set was met promptly. If there were any hiccups he found a solution very quickly and always considered my satisfaction as priority number one. ELO has a definite asset on their team in Ryan and has a guaranteed return customer if I ever need any restoration needs. Thank you Ryan and ELO for such a well done job

This is a company I would not recommend. We started working with them and after the 3 days on the signed form was over it was almost impossible to get a hold of or any response from them. They were quick to get us to pick the roof color and all that stuff but they never gave us copies of anything. No contract for supplies or the new gutters we wanted. Several times we askes for an invoice so we new what was being done and for how much, never got one. All they kept doing was sending our Insurance estimate back to us, saying this is the cost. Never their cost, never an invoice. I wasnt willing to be charged more after the job was done. We called our own insurance and got the ball rolling, not them. Yet , they want to charge you $500 for it. They wanted all money up front yet they wouldn't give us an invoice( yes, invoice is important) Their inability to communicate is horrible. Several times we had to wait days for a responce. So after waiting 6 weeks we said enough is enough. We cancelled the job. They wasted our time and money. Look elsewhere.

We recently used Elo Restoration for our roof replacement and were amazed at how smooth and stress free they made the entire process. From our initial roof inspection, working with the insurance company through the final walkthrough after the work was completed, Tom S (Project Manager) and Kyle D (Site Supervisor) were outstanding. They communicated with us through the entire process and very responsive to any questions we had. In fact, everyone we interacted with at the company were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about their product and processes. Our roof took 2 days to complete and they really did a great job protecting our pool, pavers and landscaping by tarping everything. They were even thoughtful enough to pull the tarps off the plants at the end of the day so they could recover overnight. Once the job was completed, our Site Supervisor (Kyle) walked us around the entire property for a final review to ensure the work performed and site cleanup were satisfactory to us. I’ve got to say… the cleanup was so good; our neighbors couldn’t believe we just had our house reroofed. Our yard, landscaping, pool and patio looked just like it did before they started. I’d highly recommend Elo Restoration to family members, friends or anyone looking for a roofing company. They do fantastic work and the company delivers a quality product with a focus on providing great customer service. David C

I recently hired ELO Restoration, Inc. to fix some water damage in my home, and I must say, I'm pretty happy with the results. They did a good job fixing the leaks and restoring the affected areas. The workers were friendly and professional, and they completed the job in a timely manner. The price was reasonable too, considering the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend ELO Restoration, Inc. to anyone in need of restoration services. They really know what they're doing!

I had my roof replaced 4 years ago by ELO Restoration, and I been having problems with the roof from day one. The first week after they replaced my roof, I called them because the shingles were not glued all the way to the edge. I was and still am able to place half of my hand under some of the shingles. ELO sent someone to look at the roof and told me to wait because the summer heat will make the shingles stick better, but that never happened. The second time I called them back, they told me that it is normal for the shingles to look like that and no repairs are necessary. Another employee of ELO told us that the shingles were a bad batch, and I should call the manufacturer. I did call the manufacturer, and I was told that the shingles are in good condition, but the roof is in bad condition due to poor workmanship. Four years later, many of the shingles are curling up, and recently, I found two shingles in the grass. In the valley of the roof, the shingles were crooked and up the roof on one side. The manager came and looked at the roof when it was done and said that the roof looked good. I called them back to see it again. Finally, after making several calls and sending several emails, someone came out and placed one more row of shingles so it ends in the middle of the valley. After all these problems, my roof started leaking into my bedroom, and I have a yellow spot in the living room. I made several appointments for which they either did not show up, or they had to reschedule because they where to busy, I was told. Few moths later they came to fix the leak above the bedroom and stated that they will return to fix the celling in the bedroom. They never came back. As for the yellow spot in the living room, they stated that is not a water stain, but they did not even go in the attic. If needed, I have more pictures, e-mails, statements, and texts to support all the above.
