I’ve been trying for months to submit the necessary for my account as a seller to be activated and my products to be uploaded on eMag platform literally months now and at start i got a call by an agent where i informed him i was not near a computer to get on the platform and follow the steps he would instruct to activate my account so i asked him to give me a call the next day after which that never happened , i got in touch again with Eugenia Ilie

eugenia.[protected]@emag.ro requesting repeatedly to inform me of a day and time when i can expect to be called for activation of my account (i also inquired about Fulfilled by eMag service for my products but that also never was clarified or finalised as i was left waiting for Eugenia Ilie

ive send what was asked of me and waited for replay to confirm if everything was ok or anything missing and yet no luck with that and i still can’t get thru to her Eugenia Ilie

Very disappointing dealing with her at this phase she is supposed to be account support specialist .

I am a costumer and a consumer on your platform.

I’ve submitted a picture as proof of when our conversation started for your reference and to this day i did not get the help to activate my account.

Can anyone else from the team contact me anytime from tomorrow 29.9.2023 onwards to help me

with activării of my account?
