The second time I ordered from Cdiscount, I was trying to get a present for my 3-year-old grandkid. But when I tried to get a refund for something, they made me sign the same form five times! And they were all about how I was willing to go to jail if I got the refund and the present. It was ridiculous! I mean, I just wanted to get my money back and get the present for my grandkid. Why did I have to go through all that?

This company is not worth your time or money. They are not good at what they do and they don't even follow their own refund policy. I had a bad experience when I tried to buy a mini fridge from them. At this point, I expressed my frustration and simply requested to return the defective product and receive a refund. After all, I had already spent three hours writing messages and speaking with service representatives, and I still had a TV with a defect in my home and no solution in sight.
Overall, while I appreciate the prompt delivery of my TV, I am disappointed with the lack of support and communication from both the seller and Cdiscount's service line. It is frustrating to have to spend so much time and effort trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled more efficiently.

However, after two days, the seller sent me another email telling me to cancel the order myself because it ran out of stock. This was confusing because I had already paid for it and at that time, the oven was still in stock. If there was a problem, it was between Cdiscount and the seller, not me. So, I was very confused when they told me to cancel it myself.
One day after that, they sent me another email saying that my parcel was being shipped, together with an email saying that my order was canceled (while I didn't cancel it), and there was also a number to track my parcel. After 4 days, the parcel was delivered, but not at my address. It was delivered in the middle of nowhere! I tried to contact the delivery service, but they didn't give me any clear address or explanation. On 14th October, the delivery service said that my parcel had been delivered to the receiver, but I had no idea who that was.
If the item had run out of stock, the seller should have worked with Cdiscount to stop selling it. Instead, they took my money and then easily said it ran out of stock. They even gave me a fake tracking number for some parcel, wasting my time. Both the seller and Cdiscount were irresponsible and unprofessional. I used to buy several times on Cdiscount, but from this time, I would never buy anything on Cdiscount again. I will also tell my friends to stay away from those b|_|ll$#*!s stuffs.
My advice to anyone thinking of buying from Cdiscount is to never buy anything from them. They are unreliable and unprofessional.
cdiscount review: nightmare experience with high commissions and guarantee charges
My experience with Cdiscount was absolutely terrible. I sold five Guess watches for a total of 336 euros, but at the end of the month, they took a commission of 62 euros and a whopping 200 euros for a guarantee. This means that I paid more than 200 euros for the watches, taxes, and transport, and after selling them on Cdiscount, I only received 74 euros back.
When I asked Cdiscount how long they would keep the guarantee until I could withdraw it, they gave me a cold response saying that it would be until the end of our contract. This answer came after I explained to them that the 74 euros I received after commissions and guarantee was less than what I spent on transport alone.
Cdiscount explained to me that they would take the guarantee monthly, and they took 60% from the sales only for the guarantee, plus a 16% commission. So in total, they took 76% from sales without the possibility of getting back the guarantee until the end of the contract.
I can understand if they keep the guarantee for a month or two, but until the end of the contract is simply unacceptable. I'm not even sure if this is legal. Sellers try to make a profit on a marketplace, but how can someone make a profit when they charge a guarantee of 60%+16% commission?
I removed all my products from Cdiscount and asked them to return the guarantee. I'll wait to see what happens next.

J'ai imm?diatement fait une r?clamation en argumentant que le libell? ? CASSE + VOL ? est tr?s clair et que j'ai souscrit ? une assurance qui prend en compte la CASSE de l'appareil. Pour moi, le fait d'avoir fait tomber l'appareil est une CASSE manifeste. Dans 90% des cas, ce n'est pas un tiers qui casse notre t?l?phone portable, mais c'est bien nous-m?mes. Ne pas assurer ce type d'accident, c'est donc mentir ? l'assur? car c'est bien de ce type de casse que l'assur? cherche ? se couvrir. Ne pas assurer ce genre d'accident, c'est finalement ne pas assurer grand-chose car ils repr?sentent la grande majorit? des accidents. Pensez-vous que les gens prendraient ce genre d'assurance ? 70 ? s'ils savaient que les cas les plus courants d'accidents ne sont m?me pas couverts?. Bien s?r que non.
