So, I was trying to order something from Cdiscount and I had a bit of a problem. I don't speak French very well, and when I called customer service, the person on the other end was not very nice to me. They got upset when I told them I didn't speak French and just hung up on me! I was really frustrated because I just wanted to order something and I couldn't even get any help. It was a really bad experience and I don't think I'll be using Cdiscount again. I wish they had been more understanding and helpful. It's important to have good customer service, especially when you're dealing with people who might not speak the same language as you. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

En outre, le processus de retour est également compliqué et fastidieux. J'ai dû attendre plusieurs jours pour recevoir une réponse à ma demande de retour et j'ai été informé que je devais payer les frais de retour. Cela est inacceptable car l'article était défectueux et je ne devrais pas avoir à payer pour le retour.

En conclusion, je ne recommanderais pas Cdiscount en raison de leur service client diabolique et de leur manque de professionnalisme. Il y a d'autres sites de vente en ligne qui offrent un meilleur service client et une meilleure expérience d'achat.

CDiscount done gone and signed us up for some subscription that we didn't even want, and we didn't even know about it! And then, when we returned some faulty goods, they only gave us half of our money back! What kind of company is this? They must be trained to not give money back or something. I'm telling y'all, do NOT use them. If I could give them zero stars, I would. It's just not right.
