Worst MLM EVER!
Bought a kitchen unit & Shower unit. Tried to sell them but when I didn't get leads or any sales my so-called coach and other coaches always said that there was something wrong with me. Excuse me... SERIOUSLY? And when I would ask questions or actually be concerned about something I was told to watch my EGO! Worse MLM EVER... And they are always saying it isn't an MLM, BS it is, if you move up in levels/ranks and such you're in an MLM...Would Never recommend Enagic or Kangen Water!

There has been no better customer service that goes above and beyond than the men and women of this company. They always stay strong with their warranty. But there are independent distributors that may give the company a bad name, through their sales tactics, which does the company harm at no fault of their own

I ordered a new filter and some cleaner and yes they charged some 15.00 for shipping! They give you a $20.00 discount when you order filters in June and Dec. They might as well just advertise free shipping cause that's pretty much what it amounts too. So I ordered very early am on Dec. 31 last year and today is the 23rd...and I still have not received it! I spoke with reps. a few weeks ago 1 was Ed not helpful at all and I don't even thing he care cause he said he'd get back with me in a few days and he never did. The other lady was very nice understanding and sympathetic, I felt sorry for her as she represented a company that has billions with there 4,000.00 plus water machine who can not give proper service to there invested customers! Since they have money you'd think they'd NOT be short staffed as they are not a new company and I would think the have a reputation to upkeep! But it sure doesn't seem like it! Soooooo slowwwwwww and fed ex is the worst delivery service too. Really fed up and angry with enagic and fed ex.Most of the companies I order from gives free shipping and it's good too. Maybe Enagic can go out of there way a do something for there valued customers as such as...free shipping always and or compensate the loyal customer who has to order as there is no other way for the headache and extra unnecessary stress of Enagic and Fed ex. I just received an enagic k8 as a house warming present from my god mother who lives in Cali. Plugged in and in less then one day I'm getting error message that touch screen isn't working and when i restart the machine starts up and gives me error code within 1min.. complete waste.. I had really high expectations from this.
Amazing products, best on the market
Amazing products, best on the market. Promoting health, wealth, and sustainability. Of course every company has room to improve. If you are a distributor, you get what you put in. There are many resources outside of Enagic to support you in your journey with this business. Don't expect to make a ton of money just because you bought a machine. The compensation plan is patented and there is nothing like it out there.

I have had my SD501 for more than 5 years. I use it daily and have never had any issues what so ever. I love it and will never go back to tap/bottled water. The price was well worth it and is saving me money at the same time I am saving the environment. No more chemicals in this house. Great customer service as well.

I purchased my first machine the JR11 in February. This machine is amazing , I drink the KANGEN WATER daily and use the 2.5 to sanitize everything in my home. I am getting ready to purchase the anespa as I am so impressed with their products. I became a distributor because I believe in the company, its mission and its amazing products. Great company! Incredible response to covid. I've had to contact customer support multiple times, and although the NY office is closed, the California office has taken care of all of my needs via live chat within about 30 minutes. Not a bad wait time considering how busy they must be.

Yes maybe there are a couple of unhappy people ... but please listen to all the happy ones! This company is amazing. Family owned and good hearted. Hopefully some of the unhappy people giving us the D will get helped. But out of 1 million customers... that's still pretty good. I have been using Kangen water for the past 3 years and I have never felt better
I have been using Kangen water for the past 3 years and I have never felt better. I have also put my dog on Kangen water when she developed a heart murmur. I took her for her checkup this morning and the vet is amazed at how well she is getting along. I started her on Kangen water when I first found out she had the murmur and the medication was making her very drowsy. I didn't want that for her so I started the water. The vet said to keep going with the water because its definitely working. Could be happier with my water and i would not change it for the world.

The slot that unlocks the filter is so hard to turn. You will breaks all your nails and hands got sore still unable to turn the slot to unlock. Japanese products are known to be easy and convenient. This one is a challenge. That shows that the enagic company does not care about improving the products. They just focus on brainwashing many to sell the products, blinding them with long unethical way to $$$$.

I've had my K8 for almost 2 years now and I'm obsessed!
I've had my K8 for almost 2 years now and I'm obsessed! Kangen water has helped me so much with my pregnancy symptoms and my overall health! During my first trimester, I did not have access to kangen water and that was no fun. I was glued to the couch with nausea and heartburn and headaches. Since drinking kangen water, I feel great! More energized, no heart burn, no constipation, no headaches, no swelling, I finally feel like myself again. Also I love the Anespa shower spa because it keeps my skin hydrated and my scalp and skin doesn't itch after a shower anymore!

I have been an enagic distributor for a little over 7 months now, and have had my machine for the same amount of time. Customer service is incredible- whenever I have had any questions I literally got a response back within 24 hours or less... not to mention what the kangen water has some for my health. As someone who struggles with IBS, cystic acne, bloating issues and headaches... the water has completely changed everything for me. No more pain, no more bloating... less breakouts and I only get a headache once and awhile whereas before I was getting them 3-4 times a week! I love this company, I love the compensation plan, I love how I am able to help people, and the large community of people who are involved with Enagic!

Had to buy a replacement part, and ran into several issues. Hard to find the hose that connects to the top of the machine, and I'm still not sure I found the right item, because I still have yet to receive this item. Ordered 12/30, 1/7,I receive an email saying the order is complete. I call, and all this means is they have finally shipped the product, and that I should receive it on 1/13. I check the tracking information, and fedex is saying 1/18. Here is the real problem, I paid $17 for shipping because there was no other option given. A $70, less than 1 pound in weight item costing $17 for shipping. And, I have to wait nearly 3 weeks to receive said item. If anything else breaks on this machine, I will buy from someone else. I hope this company chokes on their sheer incompetency.

I ordered a very expensive machine from enagic that claims to do wonders for your health, by drinking the alkaline water. On top of that, I will constantly need to buy their products to clean the machine or else white flaky things show up due to calcium in the water (despite I also order a 3 stage water filter from their partner company) I recently have repurchased the water filters and it's almost 2 weeks now and nothing has been shipped. The tracking number provided was not correct and shows no transporting activities on the item. I tried contacting the company countless times, each time waited about 30-45 minutes and once I finally got through, I got the exact same message from the representative, "we will send your message to our warehouse team, and please wait for their email and response". But NOTHING CAME. I checked my jump folders constantly and still nothing, no email, no update, and no products. I spent $440 dollars on some filters and I can't even get a status for two straight days now. This water machine already feels like a scam $6000 for alkaline water and after 5 years, I did not notice ANY benefits. But maybe it works for others? ? The company doesn't only feel like a fraudulent company, it's services is behond terrible.

On 3/13, at approximately 1410 hrs, I arrived at the Enagic store on Futures Dr, Orlando to pick up water machine which was dropped off on 3/4 for cleaning. I purchased a filter, the sales person asked me, did I want my filter installed, I replied, "yes". She departed the sales area and went to the service area and proceeded to install my filter without washing or sanitizing her hands. I informed her, "I don't feel comfortable with you not washing your hands before installation. She was very polite and said, she would get me another one. She informed her co-worker or supervisor what occurred, her co-worker or supervisor approached me with an attitude and said, "we have been sanitizing our hands all day. I informed her that we have a Corona virus epidemic going on right now. Do you think it is alright not to wash your hands before installing a filter? A distributor , chimed in and commented to me that people should built up their immune system by changing their diet and cut out sugar. He said, "I am a nutritionist". I Informed him, "I did not solicit your advice about what I should eat and my immune system. I informed him that unwashed hands can spread all type of bacteria type illnesses. His comments were reckless and dangerous. We are in a state of emergency and CDC has given us the warnings and protocol. I am very disgusted and disappointed at the arrogance and unprofessionalism of your staff. I received very poor customer service and this behavior need to be addressed immediately. I am a distributor with Enagic USA
I am a distributor with Enagic USA. I absolutely LOVE the product(s) BUT the customer service, especially and lack of help from the Enagic Compliance department is very unethical and unprofessional. I feel like I have been treated like a criminal by the compliance department even though I have done nothing wrong. Enagic compliance can only be contacted by email, this is the only way. Any other network marketing company that I know of that has a compliance department will talk to you on the phone and answer questions. But not only can you never speak to anyone on the phone at Enagic compliance but these past 15 months or so they have not responded to my emails asking sincere questions and seeking help and answers to what we can do and to what we cannot do. Dr. Horst Filtzer, medical advisor to Enagic, said himself in February that distributors need to know what they can say and do instead of all of the things they can't do. This is why I email Enagic Compliance asking sincere questions and to alleviate confusion to find out what we can do. It also says in their policies and procedures to email compliance to get permission to do a vendor booth. So that's what I did, I emailed asking for permission to do a vendor booth. But again compliance did not reply. This example illustrates it is not me trying to be difficult that results in their non-replying to me but that they simply do not reply even through it says in their policies and procedures that they will reply. This time Enagic compliance emailed me on March 23rd indicating a post I made on social media was violating policy and procedures. And at the bottom of their Email read: "Please send a response to: c*** (at ) *** (dot) com letting us know how the above violation has been resolved. So that we can ensure a timely resolution of this matter, please send your response within 10 days of the date of this email. If we do not receive a response from you we will place a hold on your commission checks." I was confused as to exactly how I was in violation so I replied and asked, what the specific issue was that they had a problem with? And I expressed concerns that my emails into the compliance department these past 12+ months have not been replied to. In the past when we emailed the compliance department back in 2016, we would receive replies back with some hard-to-understand answers to our questions. But at least we received replies back, even though the "answers" didn't always make sense. But this past year of 2019 and going into 2020 I have not received replies back to my sincere questions asking for answers on what we can and cannot do and can and cannot say. In response to my initial reply expressing frustration of not getting help and answers to questions this past 12 months, someone in the compliance department anonymously replied saying with one line which included these words: "...you blocked me from your group..." I did not know Enagic Compliance is apparently 1 person and I don't know who this person was that I was being told that I blocked. I run a large public social media group and I have rules against harassment and bullying. If I judge someone is breaking the rules I will remove and/or block them (more explanation on this situation below). If I made a mistake and there is a misunderstanding, I will gladly add the person back into the group. I then edited the social media post and replied back the very same day to compliance informing them (compliance) that I edited my post and asking if everything was ok now and asking for confirmation that everything was ok? And also asking is Enagic compliance 1 person? And asking if this is why I have received NO replies to my inquires this past year? I received NO reply to any of my responses informing compliance the post had been edited and asking for confirmation if everything was now ok or not. I then contacted Enagic customer service later in the day on March 23rd and explained some of what was going on and Enagic customer service said they thought what I was doing and the wording I was using in my posts was fine. Customer service said they do not know who works in compliance, or how many work there or how they can be contacted. Then on March 27 I receive a separate email from Enagic Compliance telling me I am now suspended from conducing business for 3 months because I ignored multiple warnings. The problem is I RECEIVED NO WARNINGS. So it went from telling me to reply within 10 days or my commission checks would be held. And I did reply on the very day they emailed me. To then being told I am suspended and that I ignored warnings. But I received no warnings. So then I contacted Enagic USA L.A. Office and talked to the manager and she said there was nothing she could do and that I could only wait for compliance to reply. But the problem is they (he/she/compliance) never reply and they (he/she/compliance) also lied that they gave me multiple warnings. They also did not follow their own rules of communicating to a distributor what the problem is, giving them time to correct the problem and being given official warnings and so on before any disciplinary actions are taken. So I attempted to contact other administrators in different Enagic offices to get some help because to me, based on the unethical actions of the compliance department being dishonest, they are not accountable to anyone and can act poorly without any checks to their rogue actions. They can break their own rules, and then lie about their actions and move forward with disciplinary actions even when the person is following the rules and obeying what they were told to do. I received a reply from an Enagic employee, who is now working for the Germany office for Enagic Europe. This Germany Enagic employee told me the person in charge of compliance is a person named Steven Trapp. I also run a large public social media group with currently 2 other admins and we have specific rules for the group that members cannot harass or bully other members in the group or they would be removed. I went back and looked at the blocked list of this group and found 1 person among the list that I blocked from the group on Friday March 20 for harassment in this group named Steve Trapp. I did not know he was someone who worked in the Enagic office and I did not know he was also the head of Enagic compliance. His profile at the time of blocking contained zero information of who he is, where he works, what he does, nothing. For his profile photo, it is simply a cartoon robot. And there are very few posts or activity on the profile page. I simply blocked him because of how I judged his actions towards others in our group as being actions of harassment towards others. And I like I said, I am not always right. I could have misjudged. But is that any reason to be hostile toward me and treat me so terribly as to not reply and then lie about warning me and then suspend me with absolutely zero warnings? And that was another point I was trying to make that a lot of the problems Enagic has, as far as distributors being very confused at what they can and cannot do comes from the lack of communication and help from the compliance department. If the compliance department (Steve Trapp) is not going to reply to hardly any inquiries and honest questions, how can a distributor know for sure if what they're doing is completely approved or not? The policies and procedures is very vague as it states not to "imply" anything. Well, the problem with using the word "imply" in your policies and procedures is that anything and everything could be construed as implying something. "Implying" is subjective to the person doing the judging. So since anything and everything could be judged in some way or another by the eye of the beholder as "implying", that leaves a lot of grey area and confusion. This is why we are seeking more specifics of what exactly it is that we can do and say. But we then get no response or replies to our emails with sincere questions. Perhaps he feels I misjudged him, and if that is the case I welcome him to talk to me and express his thoughts and feelings. I have no ill will against Enagic. I have defended this company many times, stood up for them, done my best to be a peace-maker when I thought I was treated poorly. I am not trying to make trouble. I only wish for Enagic to be more open and helpful and appreciative of its distributors instead being so confusing, lacking communication, lack of help and answers and then to go as far as lying about their distributors and throwing their distributors under the bus. So because I received an initial response from Enagic compliance saying that "you blocked me from your group", I look at this supposed disciplinary action related to a personal vendetta against me rather than because of me actually violating any rules. I have screenshots of all of this and can prove all of this so I can't falsely be accused of making this up. Summary: I followed the rules. I was informed a post I made was in violation. I edited the post in question. I replied back. I asked for confirmation if everything was ok now? I received no reply. I then contacted Enagic customer service and explained some of what was going on and Enagic customer service said they thought what I was doing and the wording I was using in my posts was fine. I then am suspended without warning because they (Steve Trapp) says I was given multiple warnings and I didn't follow warnings. But the problem is I RECEIVED NO WARNINGS. RED-FLAG: Currently it seems Enagic compliance department is ACCOUNTABLE TO NO ONE based on the manager saying there is nothing she can do and that the very supposed head of the compliance department is someone who lied about their actions towards me (ie: no multiple warnings). I love the Enagic products, I want everyone to have them in their homes. I want to protect the company from false accusations. And I also want to be protected from false accusations myself. I do not want anyone having to go through what I have gone through and being treated with contempt and treated so unfairly as I have been treated in this situation.

You have been double billing me for 3 months and I want my extra money ($450) back. I have waited an hour on the phone only to be hung up on. I have seen my bank account for 3 months be double billed. I have tried to call on multiple occasions only to be hung up on after an hour of waiting. This is unacceptable behavior from a company. COVID-19 or not you cannot abandon your customers when you are taking too much money than agreed upon.

My husband (***) is 83yro with dementia. I have (POA) he was contacted by a sales rep to purchase the Kangen Water Machine. I told the salesman that I him to tell the salesman we was not interested in this product they sent it anyway. My husband have no way to pay for this gadget. I called the company and told them I would like to send it back I was told no. I feel like this is a form of elderly abuse by preying on the elderly to make a profit. I informed them if they will not take this product back I will be contacting my attorney. Thank you for your time.

I purchased an Enagic JR11 on February 17, from a third-party seller. He facilitated the transaction. My friend assembled it for me on March 12th. It malfunctioned two weeks later. I contacted the seller for support, who directed me to the California office, reachable only by email. My email service was disrupted for a week, delaying communication. Upon reestablishing contact, the seller advised waiting for my email to resume. His assistance was limited. I returned the unit and have repeatedly requested a refund for my deposit, shipping costs, and the monthly fee. My inquiries have gone unanswered. I've incurred additional expenses for monthly service and return shipping. My dealings with the seller have been unsatisfactory, and I am seeking a refund. Thank you.

I used my credit cards American Express ending in XXXXX and HSBC ending in *** to pay for the products of water purifier and capsule supplement to be able to start as a distributor. 2 weeks ago I was just charged to my American Express in the amount of *** which I never agreed upon and I was not informed of this purchase nor an email that Enagic is renewing or charging me for any subscription to which I am NOT AWARE OF. Then, early this morning, they had charged me again for the amount of *** from my *** credit card that is for my daughter's *** account from Enagic . I charged the products foir my daughter to my *** to make her, my daughter, to be a distributor as well. Again, this is without my approval, nor knowledge nor notice that ENAGIC is doing this. This company is not trustworthy when they are charging people without any acknowledgment or any communication to the individual concern. This is flat out fraudulent activity as they are charging WITHOUT people's verbal or written communication at all.

This company does not respond, they will not work with me at all. They put out a lot of misleading information. I bought this machine in June , I have payed over *** on it so far. My distributor id for them is XXXXXXX. My sponsor is ***. That is not his real name even.. his real name is on the paperwork i attached.. The company puts so much misleading information out there about this Machine. They say it prevents diseases, improves your health, they say it cleans itself but you have to clean it alot so that is not true. They say the machine lasts a lifetime. They don't tell you all the things you have to buy in order to even use the machine on top of paying *** for it. I have not even had the machine for 1 year and it already has issues. I tried calling multiple times, they made me wait for 20-50 minuets each time on the line then just to hang up on me. I got on their website to chat with someone about it after trying to call they did not help me what so ever. They didn't even respond after I told them what was going on. They called me and told me basically there is no way to return the machine. I do not want this machine I need to send it back. I am not paying the company for this machine. They will not let me send it back but I don't want it. I need to send it back I don't want to deal with this company any longer.

Enagic USA, Inc. Collection dep. keeps harassing me that I owe them for a fraudulent balance in the amount of $*** for a product I didn't get. In 2016, I *** purchased a Enagic, USA product in the amount of $***. The fraud debt account number is XXXXXXX. I told the company to please make sure when you have your delivery company ship it to me please have me sign off on the package by showing my ID. The delivery company negligently left it outside of a high trafficked apartment complex instead of me signing for the package. The package was unfortunately stolen because it was left outside for hours. A criminal stole this product. I never recieved this package and now this company's collection agency is harassing me with multiple emails and calls. I always respond to Enagic and I get the same results that I owe a fraudulent debt that some criminal stole. I did do my due diligence by contacting Enagic sales rep named *** who sold it to me. He said he would contact Enagic right away for me to get this fixed. I contacted the delivery company as well to file a claim. I also contacted Enagic after they sent me a email in 2017 that this was fraud and *** a collection rep said she would close it as fraud. She never ended up keeping her word and instead I get another email on October 20th I owe this fraudulent debt. I called Enagic on October 20th to get this resolved and clear my name from this debt by telling the truth. Instead I get a rude and unprofessional debt collector rep by the name *** P. on the phone stating I am responsible to pay this and threatened to take me to court. I told him this was a stolen product I never recieved it. Please can you help me. Never received my machine back from my service repair, and Enagic refuses to take any responsibility for my *** machine being lost. I sent in my *** machine for a deep clean and repair. I never received it. I called multiple times to check on the status of my machine. The first person who I spoke to checked to see that it was delivered by Fedex, but couldn't figure out who they delivered it to. The signature was not my signature, someone had signed *** in the delivery field. The customer service rep I spoke to on the phone said he would check on it to see what they could . I called back again to see the status of my missing package. They apparently have no record of my prior phone call, and continue to insist that the package has been delivered and sign TO ME. Then say I should have known that the package was coming, should have known to receive it, should have checked sooner, etc, etc. Keep blaming me for the package being lost. I told them that they should have insured the package and used a better shipping service, instead of allowing my package to be carelessly delivered. They could have used a service that CHECKS THE ID of the person SIGNING FOR IT! I live alone with my husband, AND WE RECEIVED NOTHING. They keep trying to blame me for not receiving the package and for it being lost. HORRIBLE customer service! I have a kangen water machine at home and for my restaurant business, and I never expected such horrible customer service from what I thought was an amazing company! The supervisor I spoke to on the phone, *** was completely unhelpful and condescending when I tried to explain to her what happened. She keeps wanting to deny any responsibility and even denying the fact that I had spoken to someone prior about what happened, because they apparently "have no record" of it. I told her it was an Asian man I spoke to on the phone, because that's all I remember, and she says "no asian works here." YOU'RE ASIAN! THE WHOLE COMPANY IS PREDOMINATELY ASIAN. IT WAS MADE IN JAPAN. I should have gotten the name of the first person I spoke to, but I explained to her that it is NOT my job to keep a record for the company! That is their job, and their employee apparently was not properly trained or not properly performing his job if he didn't write any notes or keep any record of our conversation. How is that my fault? I remember the exact day I called but I just don't recall the name of who I spoke to. Overall, I am absolutely appalled and disappointed and sickened by the unhelpful and condescending behavior and tone of this supervisor, and it is a very sad and disappointing reflection of this company. I just opened two more restaurants and was planning to purchase two more machines. However, after this, I am done with this company. *** lost in the mail and they don't even care or try to figure out the issue. I am done, I am ashamed to be a part of such a disgustingly indifferent company.

I was looking at becoming a distributor with a company that sold water kangen machines. I bought a machine and it never came. Called and no answer. I had been laid off from a job and was looking for an opportunity to work at home. There was a very long ad on craigslist that was so long that if you printed It out it would've gone on and on for five or six pages. It had many elaborate illustrations about a work at home opportunity that could lead to being lucrative. I responded to the ad which gave directions to leave your name phone number and email. I did so, and within 24 hours time I had gotten a text saying to look at a 45 minute video on a product, and calling the number when I was ready to talk to someone about the opportunity. The video I saw was very well done and talked about the benefits of alkaline water, which was something that I had prior knowledge of. I called the number and talked to someone named ***. He asked about certain things like where I was in life, what type of work I was doing, and what goals that I had. He asked me about the type of money I was looking to make and I said it be great if I could make 6 figures a year. He said that was very doable. Then he said that he was a distributor for a company called Enagic, which was referenced in the video. I was told that there was an investment to buy a K8 machine, which changes the ph of the water. The rationale behind this was I couldn't be a distributor and sell the product if I didn't own it myself. *** told me the price of the machine was $*** and I said I would think about it. He then gave me the website, which was www.enagic.com to look at all the information about the product before we had gotten off the phone. The website was professionally done with lots of things to click on. It had pictures of all the awards this product had won from different organizations. When I had googled them, they looked like reputable organizations. The company had a history of being started by a group of engineers in Japan. They came up with the term ***. I texted to let *** know I was ready to move forward and buy the K8 machine and become a distributor. He asked me how I wanted to pay and I used a credit card that went through ***. My bank statement says Global Mobile. I was told that I would be getting the K8 soon, I would just have to be patient. A week went by and there was no K8. I called ***, left a message waited and got no call back. I figured that he might have gotten busy with all the people he was talking to, since it was mentioned there was a lot of interest. I also thought that the K8 machine, which has ties in Japan, might have come from there, taking much longer. This went on for weeks, trying to get a hold of him to no avail. I did a chargeback on my credit card, which unfortunately my bank did not work with me on. The transaction took place on 2/5. I am now stuck with the bill and got nothing in return. It is pretty despicable that companies work with individuals that are unethical, especially at a time in our country when times are so hard.

The compliance department of Enagic , is not responding to my e-mail complaints and other distributor's complaints.There is no phone number also. I need to file a complaint against Enagic company, which doesn't answer to complaints, which falls into deaf years and blind eyes. Enagic continues to allows his distributors acting from a private group Dream Team, to advertise an online business or online marketing business, which clearly violates Enagic policy, despite of many complaints received from other distributors. This group is created by two Enagic distributors from Canada, BC, *** and *** with a marketing background, who thought that the water machines are too expansive to be sold as distributors, so they came with the idea of creating a group where people must purchasing Enagic products in order to start a "very successful online business", or to become digital marketers. They also created a training which runes under their platform Betterlife Buzz, and people interested into the idea of starting their online business must sign up to this training, where the only words about Enagic are mainly about the commission distribution. I recently found out that Betterlife. Buzz is under the investigation with ComplaintsBoard.com, see link Betterlife.Buzz ComplaintsBoard.com(r) Profile I was attracted by the idea of making an additional income by selling Enagic's products (which are great). I signed under the person which was advertising this online business, her name is *** which became my sponsor. Shortly after I start working, I realized that I was scammed to enter into this group of distributors, as I was not allowed to talk about Enagic or their products (the only persons making some talk about the company, products and income were the two distributors *** and *** through the webinar). I struggled advertising the business with ads (this is how we are told to advertise), which were rejected and finally the Facebook closed my account. The advertising was violating of paragraph 21 of Facebook advertising policy (see bellow). 21. Multilevel Marketing Policy Ads promoting income opportunities must fully describe the associated product or business model, and must not promote business models offering quick compensation for little investment, including multilevel marketing opportunities. Example "Get-rich-quick" schemes When I start looking on EWS to become a real Enagic distributor, I was shortly kicked out from the group (on May 25) by *** when he found me registered with EWS, which by the way, it is the only web system recognized by Enagic. Later, I was not allowed to have any contact with my sponsor (or with any distributor in Dream Team, as per the group policy) , and I lost contact with my sponsor. On June 1 I sent an e-mail with attached documentation to my friend, which is also an Enagic Distributor, asking her to forward it to Enagic Canada Vice President, *** asking permission to change my sponsor a result of Policies & Procedures violation by the Dream Team point 47 below: 47. Transfer of Sponsorship Transfer is rarely permitted and is actively discouraged. Maintaining the integrity of sponsorship is absolutely mandatory for the success of the overall organization. (a) Transfers will generally be approved in only one of two (2) circumstances: 1. In the case of unethical sponsoring by the original sponsor. In such cases, the Company will be the final authority. 2. Resigning from the Company entirely and waiting six (6) months to reapply under the new sponsor. (b) In cases of unethical sponsoring, the independent distributor may be transferred with downline intact; in all other events, the individual alone is trans He rejected my request. I also copied Enagic compliance to the e-mail, but no answer so far from them. Many distributors are complaining about no answer treatment. It looks like Enagic knowingly allows these distributors to continue to scam vulnerable people on Facebook, without taking any steps to close this group and penalize the distributors. Please address this ASAP.
