Worst customer service ever
Purchased a walk-in tub, arrived cracked. Second tub arrived and the diverter was broken. Since early October, I have been having issues with these people. Both my contractor and myself have called daily for updates. We have heard multiple excuses. I have been given 2 different tracking numbers for USPS. USPS never got the package, they are still waiting on it. On 11/13 the label was generated. Each time I call they need to get with 'Logistics' for status. I'm told 'Logistics' is not returning their inquiries. I have been told numerous times this is being escalated. You can't get a supervisor or a manager. Never in my life have I worked with such a company. I have registered a complaint with the BBB, hoping they can help.
Recommendation: Never deal with this company, you will be given the run around.

Worse purchase ever. I bought the tub/toilet package through Home Depot and paid extra for the larger volume flushing toilet. When it arrived at Home Depot the packaging was very damaged so I requested to open it before leaving the store. When we opened the package there did not appear to be any damage, however, the toilet was the smaller volume flushing. I was told I could have a small rebate if I just accepted it or I would have to return the entire package and wait another 2 weeks or so for the right one. I accepted the offer as I needed to put it in as soon as possible for my handicapped parents. During the assembly of the plumbing for the drain system I discovered that they had sent the wrong couplings for the tub. I called the manufacturer(SBCorp) tech support to get help and after sitting on hold for close to 45 minutes before getting to talk to a human. I was informed that I could either wait until they send me the right ones( a week or two) or I can go buy it myself. I of course opted to buy it myself. When it came time to install the tub the instructions require you to level it first. To reach the center adjustable footing as well as access the pump motor and heater, you have to remove the main access panel on the side of the unit. This panel is held in place by 8 magnets, 3 across the top, 1 on either side, and 3 across the bottom. When you disengage all of the magnets the panel still won't open and after further investigation there appears to be some sort of adhesive along the bottom glueing the panel edge into the main framework. After repeated call to the manufacturer and being placed on hold for very extended periods, I have only gotten to speak with tech support one time in which I was told "that shouldn't be glued shut" and that he had to ask someone else and would call me right back.that was 3 days ago. The receptionist for tech support always tells to the same thing, that someone will call you back. NO ONE EVER CALLS BACK, EVER, PERIOD. I will never again purchase from a company that won't even bother to reply to your issues, ask to speak to management, they'll have to take your name and number and someone will call you back. According to MediTub themselves, the order went through incorrectly, so we are trying to get credit back for not receiving it. The customer service was horrible
On July 18, 2023, my daughter treated me to the SPA for my birthday. When we arrived and paid for the admission the gentleman gave us the clothes to put on and a key. He then just walked away. My daughter and I stayed standing at the front desk and comes back and says what. First of all you do not address consumer say what. My daughter then told him this is our first time here and you didn't give us any instructions of what to do or go. He bable some information so fast we couldn't understand what he was say. I then proceeded to ask another patron whom was by the locker of what we have to do. The patron was kind and told us to put our shoes in the locker and I we can follow her to the dressing room. After we got dressed we still did not know how to get to the rest of the facility so we proceeded to go back to the front desk and when the gentleman seen us walking up to the desk he stated to another worker oh you handle them I'm not talking to them anymore and proceeded to leave the front desk. Almost every employee we had interactions with was rude. My daughter was and still so upset because she saved her money and wanted to do something nice for me for my birthday. She was in tears and kept apologizing and still today she keep saying she'll make it up to me. This was the worst experience every and then to see my daughter so upset.
Walk-in tub style # 3060. I received a defective walk-in tub. I only used it one time and found out it has 2 manufacturer defective leaks.
I Purchased a Walk-In Tub that is DEFECTIVE WALK-IN TUB.
The only leak that was noticed was the OVER FLOW AND DRAIN ASSEMBLY which was installed incorrectly So I Paid for the New Over Flow and Drain Assembly.

The Water made the Ceiling Crumble and Clogged the TUB Drain. The Water Also caused tile to come off wall in storage closet.

Received a partial/incomplete Bathroom Vanity and Company is Unresponsive. This company is an approved Lowe's vendor. I placed an order through Lowe's on September 4 for an ANZZI Montaigne 36-in Gray Vanity. The order was received incomplete on October 8. Only the mirror and countertop arrived the vanity is missing. Called and costumer service representative Janet provided an email address and case number XXXXX. After several email attempts and calls SWCorp has remained unresponsive and kept me in the dark about the order. It has been almost 2 months since I placed the order. This situation is very frustrating.

Had end caps but it's discolored. See enclosed photos. Original door gasket is one color-no discoloration. No slits. Photo shows damaged /used replacement one and second one. Info from tech help is not accurate. Need response as to what glue to use and how to install new gasket. 4 requests-1to manager. No clear answer yet.

We have purchased two 12kw Steam Spas. The second was the replacement for the first. The second failed after six months and there is no resolution. Our first SteamSpa 12kw generator filed after 2 years. Ordered a second 12kw steam generator and had it installed by a licensed contractor. It has not worked. Company will not respond. It was installed by a licensed contractor and did not work. It was not heating up, so water was just running through. I have tried numerous times by phone and email to get any kind of response from the company and cannot get a response. When I call and ask for a manager, they are always in a meeting. Leaving a message results in no call back. The emails I have sent also get no response. I want to send back the second unit for a full refund of $1850.

I ordered a 12kw Steam generator in June and registered it online within 90 days as required. It was installed by a licensed contractor and did not work. It was not heating up, so water was just running through. The contractor did troubleshooting with tech support and it was decided it was most likely the circuit board. I have tried numerous times by phone and email to get any kind of response from the company and cannot get through. When I call it tells me they are receiving high call volume and they will call me back. When I get a call back it is the same machine telling me they are receiving high call volume and I will be called back. Its an endless loop where no one ever responds. The emails I have sent get no response.

Waiting on a replacement part on case #XXXXX. On 11-Aug-2020 I finally got hold of a human being at SWCorp Customer Service who opened a case foe me (#XXXXX). She requested some pictures of the damaged piece which I sent the very same day and were received (see attached email trail). Since then - crickets. I did the leak test today July 31 and the door leaked when the water reached about 4 inches above the seat. I included the receipt, order page and the tracking information from Menards. I was told to level it twice and spent over eight hours trying to get the leak to stop but leveling did not help. After multiple emails and many delayed responses I was sent a replacement seal with no instructions on how to replace it and what glue to use my last email was on 10/1 and I still have no response. I have been trying to get help with going on three months and the situation has not changed. On July 14, I contacted Spa World about a walk-in tub. I agreed to pay for the tub at the time with the understanding that if I canceled before delivery I would be given a full refund. This guarantee was both verbal and written. I still have a copy of the email assuring me that I would receive a complete refund if I canceled. After talking to a plumbing contractor I decided that it would be too expensive to install. Therefore I emailed the sales rep on Saturday, July 24, to cancel my order. I followed up by phone on Monday, July 26. He said that he had not received the email but he agreed to cancel the order. He said that I would receive a refund within 3 to 5 business days. A week later I still had not received a refund. I emailed him on August 2. He emailed me stating that the refund had been posted the previous Tuesday. I still did not receive a refund. I have disputed the charges on my credit card. I want all my money back ($3934.99 and $300.00

We have made several calls with no help from the customer service department. They sent us parts but the parts were incorrect and again they would not help. We even sent them pictures and videos of the problems. We were also told that a member of management would call us back today 6/30 but have yet to receive a call. The customer service personnel are also very rude and really unwilling to help. It is as if they expect us to fix the problem. I would not order anything else from this company if anyone else is thanking about a walk in tub. This tub was intended for my dad who has Parkinson's and can no longer get in the shower without the possibly falling. This company should refund the entire amount of purchase and arrange to have the tub shipped back to them. We would greatly appreciate any help as soon as possible.

The tub arrived, 1. missing drain kit 2. cracked jet 3. jet directional dial missing; 4. tub came with the installation manual for a different unit. We contacted the company and were told they would send replacement items. While we were not happy having to repair and replace items on a brand new tub, we agreed. When the items arrived the drain kit was broken and not usable. We asked that they overnight a new kit since our plumber was coming in two days. They didn't so we had to cancel the plumber and pay his fee. When we finally got everything on the tub fixed and installed we found that the jets shot water all over the bathroom. They told us to simply lower the air force using the dials on the tub. We sent a video showing that the dials did nothing to solve the problem. We asked that they replace the tub with given all of the problems, at which point they cease responding.

Repair expense not reimbursed even after 1.5 years SWCORP Order Ref#XXXXXX Bought a SWCORP Whirlpool tub (Bronco 60" x 60" Corner Air & Whirlpool Jetted Bathtub, Model Number: M6060EDL Variation: White) on 09/29 through Menards website (Order #: MCOMXXXXXXXX). A water leak was found during installation (Dec 2018) and SWCORP worked with my contractor to install the replacement parts they sent as SWCORP did not have any repair guys in our area. I paid $300 to the contractor based on the rate agreed by SWCORP and sent the invoice to SWCORP for reimbursement. SWCORP acknowledged the receipt of all required documents on Jan 11, 2019 via email, and promised to process payment. But I have not received the payment yet, in spite of repeated calls and emails over the last 17 months. The calls go around in circles with one department forwarding to other with no one taking ownership of the payment. BTW, the leak was around one of the jet joints under the tub rim as it had a wrong connector/washer and water leaked out only when the jet motor turned on/off with an almost full tub. I am sure it would have been found in the factory if they had tested it with the tub full of water.

The model # is 2753WIRWD. Sold by ANZZI purchased in the amount of $3,170.03 on a MasterCard. I didn't immediately install because I had to do remodeling and more electrical work in my bathroom. Once the plumber installed the tub On 04-07 there was a leak in seal because a piece of hose or tube was placed between the door during shipping which left an indentation in the seal. I've reached out to the company several times via email and phone. I filed a claim and was sent a seal that didn't fit. I called, sent more pictures and got another order only to find out it had been canceled. I can't find out why and I've been dealing with this since 4/7 and I'm not getting any results. When I spoke with them on yesterday and no one could give me answers I told them that if they couldn't give me answers I had no choice but to call ComplaintsBoard.com and the lady said that I was threatening her and I said no it's not a threat I just have to move on to get this situation handled. I was told it was probably a mistake in order being canceled and she'd contact me.

Manufacturer refuses to honor 10-year warranty on whirlpool tub.They repaired under warranty in 2016 and now problem has recurred and they refuse. On September 29 I purchased a whirlpool tub from Home Depot, manufactured by Spa World, now called SWCorp of Miami. It came with a 10-year warranty: "10 YEAR WARRANTY - Bathtub shell is protected with a limited 10 year warranty against manufacturer defects; 1 year for parts replacement; 90 days for labor". In April, I noticed cracks around one of the jets. I called them and they acknowledged this was caused by a manufacturer defect, and repaired the tub under warranty by sending a repair company to our home. Now, in December the same exact problem has recurred. There are cracks in the same spot as the previous repair. Now the manufacturer is refusing to honor their 10-year warranty and refusing to repair the problem. I have pictures showing the cracks in 2016 and now and have provided all pictures and documentation to the manufacturer and they still refuse to honor their own warranty. This tub is used in our home under normal conditions and the cracks are caused by a manufacturer defect. I contacted them in the past few days and a technician by the name of Rafael said the company refuses to cover the repair.

I bought a shower tower from Lowes that this company produced. It started leaking a few months after install. I reached out many times for assistance. This is my email to the company in question. I reached out numerous times and they have failed to respond. I bought this Shower Tower on February 2nd and It has been leaking for over a year. I reached out to swcorp on October 23rd and received a case number and was told to provide a video and I would be contacted within 48 hours with a resolution. Please see attached correspondence to your associate Ms. Montero for confirmation. I have not been contacted nor has my attempts to reach out since have been responded to. Since then I have taken upon myself to try and repair the leak by replacing both hot and cold hoses and it hasn't worked. After some research I see that this is an ongoing problem with this tower and regret putting this in my newly, very expensive remodeled master bathroom. I am not sure why you would sell such an inferior product that fails within a few months of installation. I am sure you are aware that other company's offer a lifetime warranty on their products. I would like a refund as it seems that this is going to keep happening even if fixed. Please respond to this email or feel free to contact me directly for a possible resolution.

Bought 9KW steamer in June, it never worked, nobody responds to emails. Would like a refund. Multiple phone calls only to be put on hold for 30-45 minutes and then be hung up on. Emails are not responded to. If you leave voicemails they are not responded to even customer service supervisors (Alex). The only way to talk to a real person is to call sales, they can sometimes connect you to somebody. Bought the unit in June, it was supposed to have a one year warranty, I would like my purchase amount refunded. I have spent close to a $1000 on electricians, plumbers and appliance installers after the unit was installed by a master, union plumber. I'm not asking for reimbursement on that as that would require jumping through more hoops than I'm willing to jump through. Once you do everything they ask in their email checklist (that asks for several things not included in the installation manual) they ask for for procedures that require taking the control panel back out (after I had already taken the panel out once cracking it which required a $400 plus replacement). It just is not worth the trouble to continue to chase them. I would request my money back so I can proceed with installing a more reputable brand. I have dealt with Steamspa for twenty years and sometimes they are ok but too often this has been my experience.

12hrs of phone hold time, spa was never used and trim was broken from the factory. They won't replace it and are making me pay for it. As a contractor using your product expect excellent customer service. You all provided everything but that. I have at least 12hrs of hold time on the phone over a 2 month period of time trying to get a $2 trim piece for a steam spa control panel that was broken when received. We've been on this job for a number of months and when I try to order to finish the job for the client I'm informed it's been to long and they can't cover it. Sooo...I'm forced to purchase it after I paid nearly $2000 for the unit. I have been on hold so long at times that I actually can't any longer because it's interfering with work. I have chosen the call back option multiple time and no one will return the phone calls. The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I wouldn't use any product this company offers even if they sent it for free. God forbid it break, YOU ARE SCREWED. RUN WaXXXXXXXX ORDER NUMBER Ordered May 27th and received the wrong item when it came in. It was reordered and can in near the end of June. The company had a policy of only a few days to let them know of missing pieces or broken pieces. It takes longer than that to get a hold of them on the phone and you certainly can't have a steam shower built to know it will function within this timeline. In the end I had to pay $20 for a $2 piece of trim they should have covered. I expressed my thoughts to multiple people in tech support and customer service. Bottom line is they don't care about taking care of the customer after you swipe you card.

Steam generator electric elements were damaged due to a manufacture defect
Steam generator electric elements were damaged due to a manufacture defect. Spa World was contacted multiple times for problems with a steam generator. The steam generator's electrical elements failed due to a lack of water. The main water feed valve diagnosed to be defective which caused the elements to prematurely fail. Spa World told me that I would have to purchase all new elements even though the failure was caused by a manufacture defective valve. I was told that I would have to replace the elements to insure the issue is coming from the valve. I purchased three elements ( $75.00 /ea) and installed all three elements. After installing the new elements the result was that the water valve is defective. in an email the technical support team told me that if valve is found defective I will have a new valve and or new control board shipped to me under the limit lifetime warranty. I contacted technical support for a second time to see if I can have a valve shipped to me under the warranty. The technical support told me that I will have a valve shipped to me. After two to three technical support team was contacted bout this issue for a third time. I told technical support that Im still waiting for a replacement valve. The technical support team member told me that this is not covered under warranty and was asked to purchase a upgraded warranty package that would cover this issue. Even though I have a email stating that I would be insured to receive a replacement valve under the warranty. The fourth time technical support was contacted and an email was send to me insuring that I will receive a new valve. Now we are two weeks from the last email transmission and still waiting for a new replacement valve
