world of spas is awsome! they have the best hot tubs ever. the staff is super nice and helpful. i got my hot tub from them and it's the best thing ever. i highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a hot tub. you won't regret it!

I buy hot tub cover on sept 1. They say it take 2 months but it take 2.5 months and they still don't know where it is. I cancel and they charge me 15% fee even though they don't have it. So not fair. Won't use again.

We got a new hot tub from World Of Spas in Edmonton for $16,000 in July. It came on September 2nd. We saw that it was leaking after a couple of days of filling it. We called the company and they came a week later to drain, flip and look for the leak. They flipped it back and we had to refill it with water and chemicals. In October, we saw that it was still leaking. I called the company on Oct 14th to tell them it was still leaking. They said they would send someone out within the next week. No one came. I have been calling and emailing since then. They say they don't have any technicians to fix the tubs, but it's been a month since we asked them to fix the second leak. When I emailed them today to ask, they said a tech would come out to fix it NEXT Friday. It will have been 6 weeks since we first called about the leak. I asked for a refund or compensation for not being able to use the tub this whole time, but they said they don't refund ever. We feel like they don't care about us now that they have our money. We don't think they'll be able to fix the tub and we won't be able to use it this winter. We don't trust this company anymore.

Me and my partner were looking to buy a hot tub as a wedding gift for ourselves. We stumbled upon World of Spas and decided to check it out. The salesperson kept telling us that their hot tubs have 6 or 7 Hp pump motors which are better than their competitors. We liked the design and decided to order one for our COVID staycation. We paid a $2000 deposit and were told that it would take 5 to 6 months to arrive. A week later, we went back to the showroom and I took a photo of the electric motor name plate. To my surprise, there was no HP specified on the label, only a model number T5505, which I later found out was a 3 HP motor. This was the first issue.

We also noticed that the company had the *** logo on their website and advertising, but we were not allowed to collect it. When we asked for clarification on the motor sizes, the salesperson said that he meant BHP (Brake Horse Power), which is not how electric motors are rated. We asked for a letter from the manufacturer's engineering department, but we never received one. Instead, the salesperson offered us a massage chair as part of the deal. We told him that we needed the letter and details to size our electrical at home and get a permit from the city of Edmonton. We lost trust in the company and decided not to deal with them anymore. We do not recommend World of Spas.
