Their technician recommended adding new refrigerant, even though they knew there was a leak. I wasn't informed about the leak and agreed to pay $1000 for the refrigerant. However, after just 2 months, all the refrigerant disappeared, and they demanded an additional $2400! I decided to file a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com. In response, they proposed a so-called "solution" that required me to pay them another $1000. I refused.

I got an HVAC system put in. It didn't work right for 2 weeks. Eventually, they found out they didn't clear the drip line and charged me $125 more. They were always ready to come and take care of it, but it took them 2 weeks to fix it. They left my attic access all smudged with black marks and a little damaged on the sides. It cost me a bunch of money. Next time, I might give another company a shot.

Our service technician Bob not only inspected our HVAC but took the time to educate my husband and I on ways to maximize our system for the upcoming summer season. Before Bob left he showed us ways to adjust our water heater to continue to save money each month. Thank you so much Bob and We Care for making your customers feel as if they have a family member in the business.

We got a busted air conditioner from these guys and they ain't willing to swap it for a working one. We've been sweatin' all summer 'cause we got no cool air. We've been callin' 'em every week and talkin' to different folks, they set up appointments but the techs either can't fix it or they straight up don't show.
My mom is 88 years old and has perfect credit
My mom is 88 years old and has perfect credit. She lives alone in a 1 story 1300 sq. ft. home in Murrieta, CA. She was sold a We Care HVAC system that was too big and expensive for her. The system cost $17,678.08. They also referred her to LoanPal AKA GoodLeap for financing the HVAC system. They gave her a 15 year loan at 8.99%. She will be 103 years old when this loan is paid off and will have paid $32,398.87. I think they took advantage of my mother. This is unfair lending and mistreatment of the elderly.

On Aug 26, 2022, a We Care guy came to my house to fix a broken air conditioner. He said we needed a new electrical thingy and more refrigerant. He knew there was a leak but didn't bother telling me. I didn't know much, so I said okay to adding the refrigerant, which cost me a grand. Fast forward two months, and guess what? The AC stopped working again. On Oct 24, 2022, when the We Care dude checked it out, he found out all the refrigerant had leaked. I'm out a thousand bucks because of their unprofessionalism.

He duct taped it then promised to replace it next business day. It's been a week and no answer from him. No answer from We Care. No one from their company has called me back like they promised to resolve this matter. No integrity, no honor, and no responsibility, no ethics, no ownership or commitment to their mistakes. I seek replacement of my damaged attic cover, repair of my damaged drywall, and compensation for time I had to spend dealing with this matter.

I just had this company come out to give me a quote for installing two bathroom sink faucets. The quote they gave me was $2,200, which is a lot more than what other companies were charging, around $1800 more. They still charged me $50 for a quick 15-minute visit. I feel like they purposely give high quotes, hoping that customers will accept and they can make a ton of money. If not, they still make $50 for just 15 minutes of work. I asked for a refund of the $50, but nobody ever called me back. I'm also a WeCare subscription member, and I've been trying to cancel my membership for a whole week, but nobody returns my calls. They don't even have an online option to cancel, only by phone (but good luck getting a hold of anyone). This company is really sketchy and unprofessional.

On April 9, I ordered two AC-Heating Lennox mini split units from We Care for my home. I only used them for air conditioning during the summer. In June, when I tried to use the AC in both bedrooms, only fan air came out. So, I called We Care's Murrieta office for service. They inspected the system and told me that I needed to add coolant. I ended up paying around $500 for the job. Apparently, there is a leak in the brand new system (only 1 year old). Detecting the leak is not my responsibility, and I will probably face the same problem next year. It is clear that the AC was not installed properly, and We Care Plumbing should take responsibility for their poor job. I hope to hear from them soon and get this leak problem solved. I paid for a professional plumbing job installation.

First visit July 15. They checked the AC unit, vents, and thermostat. The technician said the freon was low and there was a leak. They suggested a dye test to find the leak and we agreed. We paid $1099.25 for the test and freon. On July 31, Joseph L came back and checked everything but found no leaks. He said if we paid a $14+ monthly maintenance fee, the company would take care of us. We recently turned on the AC unit and it's not cooling. I've been calling the company every morning for the past 3 days and asking to talk to the labor manager, but no one is returning my calls. We trusted this company and paid them for a service they didn't deliver. They promised to find the leak, but they didn't, and now we still have the problem.
I'm really unhappy with this company
I'm really unhappy with this company. If I could give negative stars, I would, but I'll give them one star because they did install a pretty good system. However, they refuse to maintain it and still charge me $14.95 a month on my credit card for nothing. I scheduled an appointment for May 13, but they didn't show up or call. Now they rescheduled for sometime in June, but who knows if they'll show up. I've seen the owner's response to other reviews, and they're obviously doing jobs, but they couldn't fit us in after what happened on May 13. If you need an air-conditioning contractor, go to a different one because this place doesn't take care of their customers. I'm canceling this terrible service plan. Just call someone else. There are many good companies in this area. Bad service, unprofessional, and time wasters. Update: they never showed up for the June appointment. No show, no call. What a surprise! I'll get my money back for this joke of a service plan and report them for FRAUD to every agency. Call another AC company. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. I'll tell everyone I know NOT to do business with them.

I sent the email to "We Care Plumbing" on 6/16/22. "Please refer to your invoice number 8130 dated June 11, 2022. My air conditioning went out on a Saturday and I called your company and was told the price four off hours would be $189. The problem is is it a price of the secondary motor control which is the part that went out on my air conditioning according to the technician. The price that you charge me for that part was $456.66. I looked up The price of that part online and I found out that Amazon charges $7.99 and supply house charges $8.48. I am looking for some kind of explanation as to why you charge me so much money. I don't have money to throw away. My income is $1200 a month. Your price for the part is 50 times higher than what I could get that part for on the net. I would appreciate some explanation as to why you charge me so much money. My phone number is . Looking forward to hearing from you, Tonya Robins" I did not receive a reply so I sent another email on 6/22/22. "I sent you this email on 6/16/22 and I wondered if you plan to reply?" I did not receive a reply. I am aware that a business can charge whatever they chose to charge, but 57 times the price is highway robbery. Especially when they are at your house at 11:00pm and we are in the middle of a heat wave. At the very least I deserve an explanation of these outrageous charges and have the nerve to call your company "We Care".
I was lookin' around for two things
I was lookin' around for two things. 1) gotta get a new A/C unit 2) gotta get a new vent in the livin' room 'cause it ain't got no central air/heat 'cause it's an add-on. The mini split air conditioner in the livin' room is busted, ugly, and I wanna get rid of it. The We Care specialist, Brock, showed us a demo of the new AC and we told him we're impressed with the A/C unit but before we move forward we gotta make sure they can install the new vent in the livin' room, 'cause we spend most of our time there and it gets real hot in the summer and real cold in the winter. We told him it's a deal breaker if they can't. Brock went up to the attic, made a few phone calls, and told us yeah they can install TWO vents for only $1,000 on top of the $20,000 for the A/C unit. We signed the paperwork and set up an appt for the installers to do the work. On the day of the install, the installers came (4 or 5 guys), installed the new A/C unit, and when it was time to install the new vents they said it ain't possible 'cause I got high ceilings and there ain't no space for the vent. I told 'em that was part of the deal and they gave me attitude. They said they can't do it and even made a sarcastic remark about "sales people are sales people" and sarcastically said, "well I can make a hole on the kitchen ceiling and expose the vent if you want it that bad." They left and I went to Brock to complain but he stopped respondin'. I called and found out Brock's boss is ***. I called *** and he started workin' with me, he gave me a refund for the work that wasn't done. But then he stopped respondin' to my emails and texts.
