On Jan 10 2022 I had my rental hot water heater replaced with one I purchased from a local installer and I both phoned and emailed Enercare cancelling my account and requested they come and pickup there 20 year old tank (Originally rented from Thunder Bya Hydro). Enercare has continued to send me bills and harass me on the phone saying I was delinquent with my payments and repeated emails and phone conversations have not resulted in any change in the phone harassment, nor have they sent anyone to pickup the old tank
Desired outcome: I would like the billing and phone calls to stop and the derelict tank to be picked up.
