I ordered one of the new Inked rings about three weeks ago and the paint is wearing off the ring. I went to the customer service page and wrote the company to no avail. There is suppose to be a lifetime warranty on the ring but I cannot find my original order number to request a replacement. I have messaged customer service about this three time.

Purchased a ring that I never received. Company will not contact me back to supply shipping information or provide an explanation for missing ring. However, they had no problem taking the money and completing the financial transaction. on 2/2, I purchased a silicone ring from Enso Rings, Order ***, Overland is the name of the ring. I received the ring on or about the 4th of February. the ring came with a card that stated lifetime guarantee. 2 weeks later the green treelike on the ring has now worn off and looks terrible. I contacted Enso rings via email,5:09pm, on 2/18 to express my dissatisfaction of their product. An hour later, 6:09pm I got an email from Jaymie stating that Enso Rings would issue a store credit. At 9:05pm, I emailed a reply that in-store credit would be fine and how do I send the defective ring back. that was the last time I heard anything from Enso Rings. I email again on 2/20/202 @ 4:09pm, stating that I had not heard back and that it might be best for me to just returned the ring and for Enso ring to just credit my account. I got no reply. I emailed again on 2/21/202, @ 9:13pm, about getting a credit and I still have not heard anything from Enso Rings. I called their business phone number and it is just a recording that all customer service is done online.
I purchased a ring from Enso and wish to return it, unworn. There is no customer service number and the link to"Free Returns" is invalid.

I paid for 1-day shopping to make sure the rings would arrive for Mother's Day (even though the website advertises - and still does as of this writing - that orders will arrive by Mother's Day). I sent a written request through their website twice and have not heard back.

I received the ring and it was not what I ordered. I reached out and they told me to return it and they would refund me. I returned the item and waited. I then reached out to ask for my refund. They said they refunded. I checked my bank and it wasn't there. (I paid with my debit card). I then waited 3 business days and looked again. When I reached out again they said they refunded it to Amazon pay. I did not buy from Amazon, nor do I have Amazon pay. Now they will not respond to me.

I have also reached out on Facebook and have not received a response. Since my order has not shipped yet I want to cancel my order and have my account refunded. I ordered through Quadpay and I need Enso to alert Quadpay that My order is being canceled, but I'm unsure as to wether the message will be passed along given the lack of communication from Enso Ring's end.

Tracking number with DHL shows "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER" on 5/4, no update since. USPS tracking # shows "USPS Currently Awaiting Package". I've reached out to their support with no response. I reached out to their facebook page who was less than helpful. They only said that someone would help me soon, blamed the pandemic for their lack of response.

There is no customer service number to call or address on their website I tried calling the number listed on your website and it just has a recording stating email them from their website. I received an email stating they received my order, but when trying to check on it... It shows as being paid but the order was "unfulfilled". You CANNOT reach anyone via phone as the number listed tells you to email their customer service team. I have emailed them a total of 4 times with NO response! This is NOT okay and I feel as though they are taking money for products they are NOT intending on shipping to the customers. I have ordered from this company in the past and have never had any issues until now. I am afraid I am not alone with reading some of these reviews. Just want them to be honest and ship a product that they were paid for!

I ordered rings from them in July . By January they had naturally stretched a bit and didn't fit my finger anymore. The company replaced them under their lifetime warranty with no questions asked. Here we are a year later and again they have stretched. This time they told me 3 of my 4 rings were bought on clearance, which they weren't according to my original receipt, and only 1 can be life time guaranteed. They even agreed my receipt doesn't say it but that is their policy. I went back and forth with them for 2 days now. I was never asking for any special favors or a free ring or other merchandise, I was simply asking them to do that which their original ring order receipt states...a life time guarantee on my 4 ring purchase. That was it. It is called policy and honoring the policy of their company.

I bought a ring, it is too big. I just want to exchange it for the next lower size. There were no instructions on how to do this when the ring was delivered. I filled out the information about my desired exchange online. A message said they were busy and would reply shortly. I tried again. No response. Then I searched for a phone number to just get a simple instruction on exchanges. The phone message I got was that all customer service is online. But they have yet to respond. And there is a time limit to getting the exchange. I have been attempting this since the ring arrived. It is just a bit big and we need the smaller one. I'm very disappointed in this purchase already. But I would be willing to get an exchange. My sister lives out there and I'm tempted to have her drive over and start all over again and just return this one. Very frustrating!

I placed an order for 3 rings on 9/22. As of today I have not received the rings and I have no shipping information to track. When I track the package using the number they sent me via email the last update was 9/23. I called DHL because I assumed the issue was on them and maybe the package was lost. They informed me they never received the items they only received the packing slip from Enso. I have been emailing customer service for the last few days for an update and have had no response. You cannot call anyone which is unacceptable for a business especially if they do not hold themselves accountable to respond to email inquiries. When I look up my account on their website it says the order has been full filled. How does that make sense? So they charge you right away but do not send the items. I cannot describe our dissatisfaction with this experience and will be disputing the charge and spreading the word not to order from them.

I ordered two of the plum pyramid rings. I received two plum braided rings, even though the receipt with the rings stated two pyramid plum rings. I have tried to email, but have not received any answer back. I would really like to receive what I paid for.
