I wouldn't recommend them if you're expecting them to honor their "expedited shipping" promise. Also, that woman who works there should be grateful my friends aren't around because she's really rude.

I got pearl earring from them in March, never slept with them, never showered with them.. 4 months later, pearl came off from the back. I tried fixing it myself but it didn't work. I emailed them and they said to send it back, costed $25 to send it back. I got it back a week later and two days later, earrings fell off again. I emailed them again and they said to use crazy glue to glue it. Seriously? Good quality earrings shouldn't fall off. Very disappointed with their service and quality!

The prices didn't show the currency, just a '$' sign. I bought a $1200 chain and later found out it was in US dollars. This was never made clear and cost me an extra $400. They added USD to their prices after I emailed them. The chain I ordered was lighter, 17g instead of the advertised 20.3g (+/- 5% should be a 1g difference, not 3g). The pictures don't show the chain's side, making it seem thicker than it actually is. It's probably not even 1mm thick. This seems like misleading advertising. It's my mistake for not reading more reviews and being too greedy.

This company is totally dishonest, don't be fooled by their website and positive comments. I bought a 14k Singapore necklace and it broke and got discolored. They claim to have a lifetime guarantee, so I sent it back. After many back and forth emails, they denied selling plated jewelry. They gave me a whole spiel about being in business for a long time and being totally honest. They wanted proof and tests to show it wasn't real, which I provided and paid for acid tests, etc. Three jewelers certified it as only gold plated. Now they accuse me of swapping the necklace and intimidating them. They were very dishonest, saying they didn't receive the item in the post after I returned it as requested. I proved to them that they signed for it. Then they said they would replace it if I sent them $50, which I declined. I offered to let them replace it with a shorter version, which would have been to their advantage. After 5 days of checking the item, they concluded that it wasn't their chain. So, to sum it up, don't believe their promises. Looking back at reviews, I'm not the only one complaining about the poor quality of their chains. I'm absolutely disgusted with their attitude!

Very cheap wedding bands. But be careful, you get what you pay for. We bought 2 wedding bands online from them for our wedding. One men's band and one women's band. The men's band came in the size we asked for, but the width was .25 mm smaller than they said (measured by a pro jeweler with calipers). It seems like they use cheap materials and give you slightly smaller than expected. Honestly, we wouldn't have noticed if we didn't get it measured professionally to resize and the jeweler told us. The women's band was the wrong size. We ordered a size 3 and they sent us a 3.25. We thought maybe our jeweler was wrong, but after going to a few different places to measure, they all said it was a 3.25. Sadly, we couldn't return the rings because it was past 30 days and the shipping cost to return them is the same as getting them fixed by a local pro, who can do it faster because our wedding is soon. Just a warning if you're thinking of ordering from them, they're cheap, but they don't seem to be accurate. For us, we ended up paying the same as if we bought rings locally. I'd only recommend buying from their store in person, not online because they ship wrong/inaccurate items and you can't dispute without paying for return shipping.

When I contacted the seller, they admitted that the tracking number they provided was invalid. They promised to send out my order for sure on that day (12/16). Disappointingly, even after waiting for 10 hours on 12/17 to sign for my package, nothing arrived AGAIN. When I tried the second Fed X tracking number they sent me, Fed X informed me that there was no scheduled delivery for the item, and the status hadn't changed for days. After spending 2 hours on the phone with Fed X, they informed me that they didn't know the whereabouts of the item and had no idea if or when it would EVER be delivered, let alone "overnight." In response to my calls and emails, the only thing the seller did was send me a screenshot of the same useless Fed X website that I could have checked myself, which stated "no delivery scheduled." Although Christmas is already ruined for my wife, I believe the least this seller should do is GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY. NOW.
