I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with EntirelyPets Pharmacy. I had an order (#***) that took FOREVER to process, and when I called customer support, they couldn't even find the prescription that my vet had faxed over days before. Talk about unorganized, am I right? Needless to say, I canceled my order and vowed never to shop there again.
But get this - even after I canceled, they went ahead and shipped it out anyway! When I called customer support AGAIN, they told me they had "changed systems" and my cancelation didn't carry over. Like it was MY fault or something! The customer service agent even had the nerve to tell me I had to wait for the order to be delivered, refuse it, and then wait for them to receive it back before they could refund my credit card. Um, excuse me? That's not how this works!
I demanded to speak to a supervisor or get a refund immediately, but the agent told me I had to call back on Monday because their accounting department and supervisors don't work on Sundays. Seriously?! And when I said I didn't want to hear her apologies anymore because they weren't helping me, she just put me on hold and left me there.
Honestly, I hope you guys reading this are as shocked as I am. I wouldn't recommend shopping at EntirelyPets Pharmacy to anyone. If you want a site that actually cares about customer service, go to Chewy. They know how to treat their customers right.

Update: 2/5/2020 - It has been over 2 months, and half of my order has still not been shipped. They have gone back to one of their original excuses that my prescription needs to be sent over. I find this funny because I already sent over the 2 prescriptions and was told the same thing when I asked about shipment. It wasn't until I told them to check their mail that they shipped out 1/2 of my order and told me that the other would be shipped out when in stock. This is frustrating and unacceptable.

I am thankful that EntirelyPets can still offer a discount as the dosage I need is still unavailable, and we have to purchase larger quantities of the smaller dosages which results in a much higher price (over $86 each order). It's really sad that the medication companies are able to price gouge desperate pet owners for this life-saving drug. Suffice to say, I have cried many tears of frustration, desperation, and anger over this situation.
To be fair, I don't think EntirelyPets is entirely to blame here given the drug manufacturers' shortage, but I think they should be more firm in demanding information for its customers like when they are really getting the medication in. Overall, I appreciate the discount and the fact that they were able to eventually ship the medication, but the whole experience was really stressful and frustrating. I hope that they can improve their communication and transparency in the future to avoid situations like this.

I gotta say, I was pretty happy with the stuff I got from Entirely Pets before, so I figured I'd give their pharmacy website a try. But man, was that a mistake!
So, they say on their website that it takes up to 3 days to verify and process new prescriptions, but if you've already got one on file, they'll ship it out the next business day. And they also say they usually ship orders within 24 hours of getting them.
But let me tell you, that was not my experience at all.
I ordered two pet prescriptions on January 22nd, and it's been over three weeks now and I still don't have them. I've been calling and emailing them for status updates, and they keep telling me it's shipped. But it hasn't.
Finally, on February 8th, they charged my credit card and said it had shipped. But when I asked for a tracking number, they didn't reply.
After five days of not getting my package (even though I'm in a one-day delivery zone for First-Class USPS, by the way), I called my credit card company to cancel. But they told me I couldn't cancel for 14 days after it shipped, and Entirely Pets had already told them it had shipped.
So now I'm stuck waiting a full month before I can contest the charge. And I have to go somewhere else to get the stuff I need, because we're almost out and I can't wait any longer.
This has been one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. And when I checked the online status today, it still says "Warehouse" for all of my items. Either their status checker is wrong, or they lied to me and my credit card company. Either way, I'm not happy.

I was frustrated and confused as to why they were trying to charge me for an item that was not available. I asked for all auto-renewals to be cancelled.
Before ending the call, I asked about the status of my current order since I had not received any tracking information. The customer service representative informed me that nothing had been shipped out yet and that they were waiting for the third medication to be back in stock. I have been a loyal customer of EntirelyPets Pharmacy for over 6 years and have never had any issues with them. However, my recent experience was a complete nightmare. I placed an order on June 20, 2018, and my vet was notified to fax the prescriptions for fulfillment on June 21, 2018. Despite this, nothing was shipped for about 7 days. When I contacted EP, they told me they were waiting for the scripts. I called my vet, and they assured me that they had faxed the scripts on June 21, 2018, and would re-fax them. The next day, I called EP, and they still claimed they were waiting for the fax.
By this time, my 17-1/2-year-old dog was running out of heart failure medication that she had been on for 6 years. EP changed their story a few times regarding why my medicine wasn't fulfilled, and my vet was not happy with having to waste their time. My old girl went 7 days without her medicine, and to top it off, they were supposed to priority mail the order, but it went first class, leaving her an extra 3 days without her meds!
It gets worse. They shorted me a bottle of 50 pills that were checked off as shipped on the packing slip but were not in the sealed shipping envelope. When I called, the pharmacy insinuated that they were in there when they clearly were not. I had to take pictures and email them to prove there wasn't 2 boxes taped together because the pharmacy said that's how they had been shipped.
It was a complete mess, and I ended up receiving the missing pills 4 days later. Now that's service. Too bad the whole order didn't get fulfilled and ship so quickly. It seems to me that they have been bought out by someone who squeezed the help down to nothing to maximize the profits, or they've lost good help and haven't been able to find adequate replacements.
All the people I talked to in customer service or pharmacy were pleasant and seemed to genuinely want to help, but they were definitely limited. I got everything from a new system being implemented to pharmacy going through a change to a change in management. In all reality, it appears that a management type company may be running the show (HealthyPets, Inc). My impression after researching the company a bit is that management may be more interested in targets and numbers. They don't score very well from some of their employees' point of view.
It's a real bummer. A company I've dealt with extensively seems to have really taken a nose dive. The employee that helped straighten the order out seemed to care a good bit, but not even an apology from anybody in management. We all make mistakes, but you never lie, solve the problem as quickly as possible within a reasonable expense, follow up, listen, discuss the problem, and let the customer know you have taken steps to assure it never happens again!
Thumbs down in all areas with this order. I wouldn't tolerate this type of purchase for my own family, and I sure as heck won't tolerate this treatment for my pets! Hopefully, it's not the new normal for them, or I will take my business elsewhere.

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with EntirelyPets Pharmacy. I mean, yeah, their prices are better than what I can find at my vet, but both times I've ordered from them they've messed up the shipping. And let me tell you, when you have a cat with miliary dermatitis who needs Atopica for cats every day, you don't want to mess around with shipping delays.
Now, I'm not made of money - I'm a public school teacher in AZ, for crying out loud - so I was really hoping that ordering from EntirelyPets would save me some cash. And at first, it seemed like it would. But the first time I ordered, I called a week in advance to make sure I'd get my refill in time. I even paid extra for faster shipping. But guess what? The pharmacy didn't even send my meds for five days! And then it sat at UPS for another day before finally getting sent out. And I paid for 2-3 day shipping, mind you. I was not a happy camper.

I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy. I placed an order for three different medications for my pup about a week ago, but they only shipped out two of them. I made sure to let my vet know about the order and they faxed over the necessary approval, but apparently the pharmacy didn't receive it for one of the meds, Vetmedin 5mg. This was the main reason I chose to order from them in the first place, since it was out of stock at other places and cheaper here.
I called on the third day to check on the status of my order and the lady who answered was pretty rude, telling me they never received the approval for the Vetmedin. But when I checked with my vet again, they confirmed that they had sent the fax for all three prescriptions and even sent it again for the Vetmedin that same day. The pharmacy then sent me a tracking number, so I assumed they had finally received the approval.
But then yesterday, I received my package and it only contained the two medications they had already shipped out. I called them up again and they kept insisting that they hadn't received the approval from my vet yet and that they would send another fax. But if that's the case, why did they send an incomplete shipment in the first place?
I asked for a refund and for them to send me an email confirming that they haven't received the approval yet, but so far I haven't received either. My poor dog needs this medication to stay alive and all I've gotten from ordering from this pharmacy is a lot of frustration and wasted time. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a terrible experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy (dba Healthy Pets) and I must say, it was a complete nightmare. I placed an online order on August 18th, 2021 and to my surprise, I never received it. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of communication from the company. On August 23rd, I received a notification that my order did not exist. I immediately contacted a supervisor named Pyle (driver) who was very rude and unprofessional. He told me that I needed to contact my vet and have them respond. I was shocked and confused as to why they took my money if they hadn't heard back from my vet. I asked why they didn't send me a message and he just brushed me off. My horse really needed that medicine and their office was completely incompetent. I demanded that they send my money back and close my account. I was put on hold for several minutes and no one ever got back to me. I made several calls and still nothing.
A few days later, I received more texts from my vet telling me to call Entirely Pets RX. I was frustrated because they had sent a total of 13 faxes to my vet. I asked why they were still sending faxes to my vet when they had only gotten one approved out of three. Aren't all three prescriptions on one sheet? I told them to just fill the one they had and stop faxing my vet. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism. I decided to go to a more competent company that gives updates if there is a problem right away, like Chewy (who delivered my order in just one day!).
On September 2nd, a few days ago, they sent my vet faxes and my vet called me. I told them to throw all Entirely faxes away and send faxes back to Chewy. Entirely only had a fax for Equioxx for $72, so they charged me again on top of the $125.41 (that I never received and was never refunded).
Today, I received an email from them asking me to click a link if I received my shipment or another link if I didn't receive it or if I cancelled. I highly doubt they will get this right. The first time they charged me $86 for the Equioxx and the second time they charged me $72. I feel like they are shysters and I would never recommend them to anyone.
In conclusion, my experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy (dba Healthy Pets) was a complete disaster. Their lack of communication and professionalism was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never use their services again.

I was also told that it would be sent priority mail with no extra charge. However, the next week came and went, and I still hadn't received my order. I tried calling again, but it was impossible to get through to a human. I left messages and missed a call or two, but even the call-back feature didn't work for me.
At this point, I had sent numerous emails and was fed up with the lack of communication. I wanted to cancel my order because it was obvious that it wasn't going to arrive anytime soon. When I checked my account, I saw that it was still "pending," and the date I ordered it had changed to the date I called the first time, which was now later in February. Finally, I was able to reach a human and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was also informed that the product was still on backorder.
It's now March 19th, and I still haven't received a refund. I was told it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to process, but when I checked my online banking, I realized that I still hadn't received the money back. I called again earlier this week and was told that I would receive the refund in 24-48 hours. When I asked for a confirmation, I was told that they don't provide that. As of now, I still haven't received the refund.
Overall, my experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy was frustrating and disappointing. I would give them 0 stars if possible. While I did eventually find the Lysine powder elsewhere, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The lack of communication and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

I placed an order on September 2nd on EntirelyPets Pharmacy website. After waiting for 5 days, I noticed that the status of my order was still pending. I decided to call their customer service department to inquire about the status of my order. The customer service representative informed me that my vet had approved the order that day and that the product would be shipped within one day. However, two days later, there was still no change to the status of my order, so I called again.
To my surprise, I was informed that the prescription was on backorder since September 2nd! I was not notified of this, yet my credit card was billed the same day, before my vet approved the prescription! This is not how companies usually operate, as they charge the credit card when the product is shipped, not before! Moreover, they failed to communicate about the shipping status of my order, yet the email I received from them stated, "If we have any difficulties with this (the order), we will either call you or email you again." Unfortunately, I never received any communication from them. On their website, it clearly states, "We do not bill customers for their order until after the products have shipped." Clearly, this did not happen!
When I asked them why they didn't contact me, their response was, "I am sorry for the inconvenience." They promised to send the product when restocked, but they had no idea when that would be. I asked to speak to the supervisor, but I was told that he had left for the night. It was only 5 minutes before closing, and they only had 3 customer service reps, two of whom were new. I then asked to speak to the person she reports to when the manager was not available, but I received no response.
As someone who has been a manager for CS for 15+ years, I know that there is always someone assigned for escalated calls such as this one. Needless to say, the next day when I spoke to the manager, the order was cancelled, and a refund was issued to my credit card. The manager promised to call my vet to explain that the order had not gone through and that another company would make another request. However, I am still waiting to see that credit on my credit card!
Overall, my experience with EntirelyPets Pharmacy was disappointing. They failed to communicate effectively with me, and their billing practices were questionable. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.
Avoid Entirely Pets Pharmacy - Terrible Customer Service & Prescription Mishaps
Don't even think about ordering from Entirely Pets Pharmacy! I had the worst experience with them. I waited for weeks and no one called me. After being on hold for 45 minutes, they told me that they couldn't fax my vet because the number wasn't supplied. But, their system automatically selected the vet with the included info in the profile, and I couldn't update it. I was so frustrated! While I was on the phone, they Googled the number and faxed the prescription. I thought everything was sorted and that it would ship soon, but I was wrong. I waited another week, and still nothing. So, I called my vet, and they told me that they approved the prescription a week before. But, because I asked a lot of questions, I found out that Entirely Pets only sent 1 of 2 prescription requests. I was so angry! I had ordered two medications, and they only sent one request. I had to call Entirely Pets again, and after waiting for 30 minutes this time, the customer service rep told me that the vet only sent the one prescription. I was so frustrated that I replied, "No, it's because Entirely Pets never sent the other request." Finally, they resend it. I called my vet back again and told them that they should have just received another request. But, guess what? It turns out that the rx request for the 2nd item is just not on the form, and Entirely Pets still has not sent the correct request. I had to wait on hold AGAIN for an obscene amount of time. It was so frustrating! My only recourse was to ask the vet to send an approval for any and all scripps I may order so I don't have to waste so much time again. Or, better yet, never order from them again and go elsewhere. I also talked to my vet about this, and she laughed when I told her which company was creating so much trouble. She said that this is the umpteenth time she'd had to deal with such challenges. So, I would recommend that you stay away from Entirely Pets Pharmacy.
Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Issues at EntirelyPets Pharmacy
I been using EntirelyPets Pharmacy for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with their service lately. I got my dog on two medications, and I got a monthly auto-shipment set up for them. But for the past three months, one of the meds has been missing from the shipment. It's been a real hassle trying to get it sorted out.
The first time it happened, I had to wait an extra five weeks to get the second med shipped to me. Then in June, I called customer service to let them know about the missing med in the June auto-ship. The customer care rep told me he'd take care of it right away and that I'd receive an overnight shipment. But I never got it. When I called a week later, the next customer rep had no idea what I was talking about, and I had to start the whole process over again.
This time, the rep told me I'd receive the shipment right away, and one week later, I had to call a third time to ask about it. The female rep I spoke with told me I'd receive it within three days. But another week went by, and I had to call customer care again. This time, the rep told me that the last rep quit her job, and so my order was lost. He assured me he'd send the shipment overnight, but it took four more days to receive it. And when it finally arrived, it was the WRONG MEDICATION. They sent me a medication for a cat, and my pet is a dog.
I called customer care again today, and the rep actually hung up on me when I started discussing the history of this issue. I called back five more times, and he continued to hang up on me. It's been a real nightmare trying to get this sorted out. The customer service is ATROCIOUS at this company, and I've had to go to my vet's office to purchase the medication every week for the last three months while I've dealt with this issue.
I wouldn't recommend using this company. It's impossible to reach anyone at this company who works in management, and it's impossible to reach anyone at this company who will actually resolve an issue with a shipment. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Horrible Service
I placed an order on 3/5/20 for a non-Rx, in stock item. According to your website my order has been "pending" for 7 days now. My attempts to contact someone at your company regarding this became a 3 day ordeal. My first attempt was an email which as of today, 3 days later, I have received no response. And btw the links on your website go nowhere. I had to open my email and manually enter your email address. My second attempt was online chat in which I waited in a queue for almost an hour to get booted out when I was close to the top of the line. My third attempt was to call. I had to make no less than 7 calls before I actually was connected to the company and then had to wait another 25 minutes before a person came on the line. The customer service person was less than helpful. I basically was told that the order will ship when it ships and that I could not cancel the order. I asked for a supervisor who then told me that the order did ship and it takes awhile for the info on the website to update therefore I could not cancel order. When I asked for at ship date and a tracking number he immediately dumped me back to the original customer service person. She said she did not have that information which I find suspicious if the order actually shipped. She continually talked over me not allowing me to ask further questions and then hung up on me. My fourth attempt to get a straight answer from your company about my order was to go back to live chat. I waited in the queue again for an hour and finally got through. It took the person on live chat 30 minutes to find my order and let me know what the status is. This person said she contacted the warehouse and it should ship today. This is curious since I was told by the supervisor that it had already shipped and that was why I could not cancel the order. Someone or everyone is lying! I totally regret not researching the online customer reviews of your company before placing an order. I have read many of the numerous negative experiences other customer have had and they are very similiar. I know that your company could care less about mine and others' dissatisfaction but I have left several online reviews about my experience and will share it through social media to discourage anyone else thinking about ordering from your company. I am watching my credit card to make sure I am not charge for something I don't have. Shame on you people for treating customers, whom you make a profit from, in this manner.

We need potassium gluconate for our dog and we have ordered a couple of times from EntirelyPets. It is very difficult to find i Europe. Last was in November 2018 and I still haven´t received the tablets. After more then 30 emails, they have responded to maybe 5 and several calls they responded yesterday and canceled my order. They state in their policies that they will not charge you before they ship the goods and yesterday I had enough. I asked if I could charge them interest from my ordering date until now and they canceled my order. I have never in my 30 years in financial industry experienced a more arrogant attitude and lack of customer services as with EntirelyPets. I sincerely hope I never will have anything to do with them again.
