EOS Fitness review: Liars

I was told that the new eos in Syracuse would open spring of 2025. I have been waiting for this since 2018. I went to vasa gym because they have a pool. January of this year I went into eos as I saw groundwork on the new eos. I was told they would open the new one spring of 2025, so I signed up. Well, I took 2 or 3 classes and really didn't care for them. Nothing wrong, just not what I wanted. I called Kody, Codee or Cody to let him know that I wanted to cancel. He convinced me to stay and I could downgrade my membership and he would waive my fee but he could only do that after the 1st month payment and annual fee came out. I called today and he stated he does not recall telling me. Well, that was lie number 2. He also refused to let me speak with his manager. He said he would not give out that information. I can't do business with liars
