We had ERGEON replace our 17 year old fence with a new wood fence. The process was thorough and painless. ***, our project manager, was easy to work with and timely in all communication. In two days our old fence was gone and we have a new 8 cedar fence. The value, quality of materials and workmanship more than met our expectations. Completely satisfied.

Ergeon Fencing was a pleasure to work with. They were responsive, timely, and very helpful. Their workmanship is top notch. The fence is well built and very attractive. The first day after the installation, I had another home improvement profession over for a painting job, and they asked me for Ergeon's information to get a fence done for them. If a professional recognizes good work, that tells me something.

Ergeon did a great job replacing our driveway and walkway. The quote by *** was competitive. Our project manager, ***, was extremely helpful and kept us informed from beginning to end. The construction team, led by ***, was here when promise, were responsive to our requests, and very professional. The job came out beautifully. Highly recommend this team!

Ergeon was professional, friendly, and easy to work with during the entire process. They were quick to set up a date to get a quote, and were very reasonable compared to other companies. They were also quick for installation and the fence looks better than I had envisioned. *** and *** were wonderful to work with and made the whole process a breeze. This company is great. From beginning of the project to the end. They welcome their customer contact during the project and we're always helpful, professional and addressed every question we ever wanted to ask. Our fence is constructed beautifully. We have had at least 8 of our neighbors coming over to complement the construction and type of wood, to the timely manner of installation.This is the only company I am recommending to our friends and neighbors.

I highly suggest Ergeon to you! I found Ergeon from Yelp to do our backyard project. All staff are professional and efficient. They answer my questions patiently and help me make the best decision. The project manager *** is very nice and she always follows up with me and ask if she can be of any assistance. It only took two days to finish the project, shorter than what I had expected and now we have spacious and nice-looking backyard! Thank you Ergeon!

The entire process with Ergeon was excellent for our project. We replaced and old, crumbling fence that was mounted above a cinder block wall using metal brackets. Ergeon was able to replace the worst of the brackets (rusted) and all of the bolts (also rusted). We live in Pacifica so salt air if brutal on metals and they did a great job of securing everything. The fence is beautiful and solid and we are very happy with the entire process from bid to completion. All along the way they were communicating and I felt confident that they monitor each step of the process. Well done!

Project Manager, was very attentive during the process with the installation. She walked me through the entire procedure, with detailed information and her willingness to answer any questions or concerns that I had. Her cheerfulness and friendliness just made it so easy to accommodate my scheduling for the work that needed to be done. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for the workers that did an excellent job on the 2 Vinyl Gates going toward my backyard which was installed on November 18th with warranty. My experience with Ergeon was excellent. After signing a contract with *** we ran into an issue during the pre-visit. Ergeon graciously released me from the contract giving me time to remove the obstacle. After several weeks I contacted *** and he reinstated the original quote. During the second pre-visit measurements resulted in a price reduction. Later, when the installation crew arrived, they identified a potential issue with the placement of a post next to the house and recommended an alternative way to attach the fence. This resulted in another price reduction. The crews were on-time, efficient and professional. The project manager, ***, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Excellent communication. I am extremely satisfied with the results.

My experience with Ergeon was fantastic! From beginning to end. The entire process went fast and smooth. Ergeon replaced my fence that was built by someone who did a poor job. I was not expecting to replace my fence that soon, but Ergeon gave me a very reasonable and affordable quote. I'm very happy with my beautiful fence. I already had a few compliments from my neighbors. The fence was professionally done. Everyone at Ergeon was very professional, honest and helpful. The project was scheduled right after I approved the estimate and it was completed in two days. The workers were very efficient and left the area very clean. I am very happy with the job Ergeon did building my fence. I will definitely recommend Ergeon to my family and friends and I will contact them for other projects I may have in the future.

Ergeon's process and project delivery was excellent. Execution of the installation and its prerequisite coordination of municipal and utility agencies was managed very effectively by project manager ***. All along the way, *** communicated status and next steps. Revisions were handled by customer specialist ***, very smoothly and efficiently. Supervisor for the installation crew, ***, visited our site to visually verify the site attributes and job requirements and an installation date was set. *** and his crew showed up per Ergeon's commitment of date and time, worked diligently, and the retaining wall and fence were installed and the worksite cleared by 5PM the same day. The new fence is a thing of beauty and craft the finished product certainly exceeds the design of the fence that was replaced, with a robustness that *** certainly give our new fence a long life of service.

Ergeon is a modern, reliable, fencing contractor. Every step of the process was convenient and customer centric. Initial bid and estimation was done via *** Meet using my phone camera and walking the area to be fenced, noting clearance issues and the like. A final bid was provided after a pre-installation site inspection. The final bid and initial estimate were so close as to be immaterial.Ergeon's installation crew worked around a schedule issue on my end, moving the start date forward so that I could be present during construction, and completing was other contractors who bid on the project said was a 2-day job in a single day, including installing a new gate.I used Ergeon to repair a long side fence that had failed prior to my purchase of the property. After I complete some interior work on the property I will redo the front and rear landscaping and intend to use Ergeon to replace the remaining side fencing and any other landscape work called for in my plans that is within the scope of the services this company offers.Customer focused, timely, reasonable and fair on price, reliable and high quality. They are awesome.

Where do I begin, my mothers house and her neighbor have a shared community fence, at first glance it looks good but after my mom's neighbor and herself did their walk around found out they did a p*** poor job, the cementing was something like a child would do, the picket parts of the fence is held by staples not nails like our contract stated, the moved 4" off the prop line and tried to blame us for it cause of the community fence, it's clear as day they moved it. All the cement that was dug up was thrown in to my mothers yard and not cleaned, the latch that holds the door, is not lighted up, they used boards 2" thicker under the picket fences , the fence it's self is bowing , they cut in to her existing fence that didn't need to be repaired and didn't try to repair it or let us know, there is at least a 2" gap from the ground looking through to the neighbors, clean up was horrendous. We have made several attempt to have them correct this because they said they pride them selves on the work they do. Well the came back and basically out a bandaid cheap fix to try to shut us up and my moms neighbor. We have a contract and they refuse to fix the issues, tearing down the whole project and building it like the contract stated and they agreed to do. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY, DONT USE THIS COMPANY.. total price between the community shared fence project is 5k. The A star rating they have is no where near this.

Probably the worst vendor we have ever worked with and that's not an exaggeration. Started a project back in December to have two vinyl gates added and it has been a nightmare ever since. It doesn't seem like they have in-house contractors as getting anything done takes ages. It is not June and we still have issues with our fence including screws randomly drilled into a single post to hold a cap into place, a sagging center due to one side of the gate not being attached level to the ground and a center gap piece that is starting to fall off.Ergeon has sent contractors out several times, often with the contractor arguing that the fixes being requested were not in the original scope of work even though they did a video walkthrough and an person walkthrough to get the scope of the job. On three occasions Ergeon representatives stated they would be sending someone out on a specific date and nobody shows or they show days later without telling us and do work without getting confirmation that the work was completed to satisfaction. We were offered a discount due to all the issues with this job but the most recent invoice had no discount and when I brought up the remaining issues we are needing fixed I received no reply and just a revised invoice with $100 off.I'm not laughing and am pretty *** upset but it's almost comical at this point. This is the most poorly run operation I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.Do yourself a favor and hire someone else to do the work...anyone...even a monkey.

Ergeon *** has done a fantastic job for my Picture Frame fence project from beginning till end. At beginning, after I called for a quote, *** replied me quickly. He explained very patiently and clearly. The crew man that they dispatched to measure my fence has drawn a precise map as well. Ergeon's 3-D graphic design on their quote link was amazingly very high tech and accurate. Their price was also very reasonable and competitive on the market. I did ask for another quote from another big fence company. Ergeon is definitely the winner from my evaluations and I am glad I chose Ergeon. Ergeon also let me freely adjust my fence project scope, installation time or payment option. *** also gave me lots of good suggestions during the process, regarding how to contact my neighbors and how to get them participating actively, like to clean up their old wood piles along the old fence, etc. They came to install ahead of their original estimation time. Ergeon follows up carefully with the city's regulations so that I don't need to worry about for now or future that *** violate any city regulation. Before the installation day, they dispatched a *** onsite to do final check. And on the installation date, they arrived on time in the morning and everything was done professionally, quickly and nicely by their installers. The wood poles were inserted deeply under the ground with cement. All wood fence sections were built strongly and solid. They finished up in 1 day (I thought it *** take 2 days). The project manager *** is also a very kind and patient lady, and she followed up quickly on any of my questions or concerns before and after the installation. They communicated with me very well and ahead of time for every step that they need to perform. The new Picture Frame fence (which provides a lock on fence door now) is so beautiful and strong, that my family and neighbors are all very happy now, and feel much safer than before. Overall, a big thank to Ergeon, you guys did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Ergeon to everyone who wants to replace their old fence or build a new fence in ***. I will give Ergeon 5/5 rating :-)
