I was so disappointed and frustrated. So, I decided to contact their customer service center and was connected to someone named via email. I sent photos confirming the condition of the rug and explained the situation.

For the past 2 weeks, we have been going back and forth. And let me tell you, it's been a real headache. At this point, it does not seem that they are going to take care of the damaged rug. I have requested a full refund, but they have yet to confirm that they will refund my money. Instead, they offered me a $90 discount for a new rug. Can you believe that? I mean, seriously, who would want to buy another rug from them after this experience?

I have asked for confirmation of a FULL refund and I have requested that they have a shipping company pick up and package the rug. But, they continue to offer a replacement, which of course I do not want, and refuse to give me a refund for a faulty product. It's just not right.

I been tryin' to get in touch with eSaleRugs for two whole weeks now, but every time I call, I get disconnected! I done demanded to speak to someone several times, but they just won't respond. I'm tryin' to return somethin', but it seems like I can't even do that! It's frustratin' to say the least.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with eSaleRugs. I placed an order for some carpets back on November 28th and I even paid an extra 50 bucks for quick delivery. But guess what? I never received anything! And to make matters worse, they haven't even bothered to respond to any of my emails. What kind of customer service is that? I mean, I get that things can get a little crazy during the holiday season, but come on. This is just ridiculous. I was really looking forward to getting those carpets, too. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to find another place to shop for rugs.
