Paul was the best! I had difficulty making a carpet decision! He personally called me and had a few samples mailed to my home. He was very patient, friendly and professional! The guys that installed the carpet were extremely professional. I had some concerns regarding installation during covid. They made me feel safe and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend The Capet Guys! Thank you, my carpet looks and feels great!

Horrible customer service. After the carpet guys canceled my carpet order, I was told I could come out to the show room to reselect. The show room is an hour from my home, that was not feasible. I then asked to cancel my order completely and asked for a refund. Nick and Dawn refused my request. It took a credit card dispute to get get my money back. They stopped answering the phones and were rude. This company's business practices are frightening. I wouldn't use them again even if the carpet was free.

I was very pleased with the results of The Carpet Guys installing carpet in my three bedrooms. The office representatives, John and Sarah, were friendly and courteous. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. Mark was the sales rep and he definitely knows the business. He took his time with me, and was very thorough. He showed up right on time and was well dressed. Mike was the leader of the carpet installers. He and his group did a great job on the carpeting. They also were courteous.

We worked with John Kohler for our purchase after being quoted by 4 other places and not only did his offer blow all others out of the water in terms of price and services included, but he was by far the best person we met. I would dare to even say the sales meeting was fun! We got beautiful great quality grey carpet for our entire house and the install crew did it all in one day while interfering with me and my 2 crazy daughters as little as possible. From start to finish, they were the best company we have ever worked with on a home improvement/repair.

I hired them at first for laminate flooring throw out my house mazin was my sales guy . He was great and got me a great price. But when the installer came out he informed me it couldn't be done I was very upset. Nevertheless it was Dale to the rescue he worked hard for me and with me to figure something out. I decided to go with natural hard wood floors that were already in the house and just do the kitchen .my new installer came out . Brad is amazing he is very skilled and loves what he does . I love my new floor. ? I would definitely hire carpet guys again and ask for Brad.

If you want excellent customer service and beautiful carpet then look no further. We had our first call with Becky who called us on a Sunday. She was super friendly (and funny) abd knowledgeable about what to expect. The next day Dan D {sales) came to our house. He was very smart, professional, genuinely nice guy and he sold us an exceptional product. Our installation was done by Gus and Miguel. So quick, very professional, nice gentleman. We are beyond happy with our carpeting and our overall experience. I can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks for it all carpet guys (and gals).

What a GREAT experience! Needed to replace old carpet and called The Carpet Guys. The professionalism from start to finish was top notch. Our sales rep Robert T was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. At no time did we feel we were being sold on anything at all. He helped us tremendously and explained everything thoroughly. They called the day before to confirm and they arrived right on time the day of installation. Martin, the installer, was fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. I can't say enough good things about our carpet and will definitely refer and call again if we need their services.

Great customer service from receptionist to sales rep to installation. Dan and Freddy were very communicative and helpful. So easy to work with. I'm glad Dan warned me that our doors would likely have to be taken off and trimmed down. Freddy seemed nervous to take them off unless absolutely necessary, so one or two doors were completely stuck. No complaints here, I'm just even more impressed about how he installed the carpet so well with one corner so tightly jammed under the door. He could have felt free to take more doors down to make his life easier. Love the carpet, loved the process, would highly recommend!

I've watch Joe grow this company pretty much from the start. He has always had a friendship with each and every single employee. He knows that if he takes care of us in turn we'll take care of the customer..Customer service has always been a top priority for Joe. He knows everyone makes mistakes, and he will try his hardest to fix any errors on any given day. That's just Joe's big heart! Now that the company is grown he still has that sentiment for the local guy. Thru his many contributions and other fun stuff you can see how much he truly wants to pay it forward. .Each and everyone of the Carpet Guys customer are given 100% customer satisfaction. I had a complete flooring installation including both laminate flooring as well as carpet. Blake was an amazing consultant, giving feedback and product information that made selecting the right products a breeze given the style and layout of my home. When it came to installation, both Martin and Rudy exceeded my expectations! They completed their installations ahead of schedule and I was completely floored (pun intended!) on how amazing our home looks, with attention to detail very evident as corners, transitions, and tricky spots all given the same high standard of care. I would strongly recommend them to anybody and, having used them three times myself in the past few years, will absolutely use them again if the opportunity arises!

It's been 5 days since our carpet was installed and the whole family loves it. The installers did a great job. Edwin and his partner did 2 rooms and our stairs in about 3 hours. They worked really well together. Very professional and courteous. Our salesman was Robert and he was really good too. But I do wish he would have slowed down while he was talking. My husband and I have never bought carpet before so all that information so quickly kind of left our heads spinning. I also wish he would have given more information about each carpet type (stain resistant, good for foot traffic, etc.) instead of asking what color we liked best and leave it at that. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely use The Carpet Guys again.

Our new floors and carpet were installed this week and we are through the roof with how amazing it all went. Matt J was our sales person and he was such a great help throughout the process. Just days before the install we were having some issues and him and the customer service team did everything to make sure it all worked out. Scott who did our laminate was extremely knowledgeable and talked us the whole way through it. Even things that I thought that were going to be hard to work around he did and exceeded my expectations. We also had Edgar come out and do our carpets. He was kind, fast and worked with no breaks even though he could. We are just so happy from start to finish and now we can enjoy our beautiful new floors. Thank you ?

We had a great experience with The Carpet Guys. Everyone we talked to at the office was friendly and professional. Brian, our salesperson was very knowledgeable and patient while we asked many questions and moved the samples around the house. It was so easy having him come right to our home and we were able to schedule the installation right away on a date that worked best for us. The installation team of Gus and Miguel worked very hard taking out the old carpet, moving our big furniture pieces and installing the new carpet and padding. They cleaned up everywhere they worked and they were able to finish the job in one day, working to finish all 5 rooms, stairway and hallway. Gus and Miguel are true craftsmen and our new carpet looks beautiful! We recommend The Carpet Guys very highly!

We just had the carpet guys install our bedroom carpet. I'm not sure how anyone else feels about this but having them come out to us was amazing. Honestly, I get super overwhelmed with all of the choices walking into a store. Our sales guy was John and he was awesome! I like that he was able to come in and see the paint color and other flooring and help us find a great match for carpet. I thought for sure they would be double or triple the other guys because of this service but they were actually the cheapest quote. We were able to pick our carpet that day, get the quote, and set our date for installation. They also offered moving furniture for free which every other company I spoke to charged for (I still moved my own furniture). The day of carpet installation Daniel and his team were in and out with the new carpet in about an hour. It was a really great experience overall! Even the dogs like it (also, we have already had a dog accident on the carpet and it cleaned up very nicely)!

The sales representative we worked with, John Smith, was a pleasure to work with and, without hesitation, we want to work with him again when we need new carpet for a different space. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a decision during our appointment. We had actually planned NOT to purchase carpet during our initial appointment with John Smith and had planned to look at our options, think about it for a few days, and then make a decision and call back to purchase carpet. However, John Smith answered our many, many questions, we found the perfect carpet for our space, he was able to arrange delivery within the time frame that we needed, and we changed our plan on the spot and purchased carpet by the end of our meeting. John and his team installed our new carpet. They were fast, polite, professional, and fun. (We didn't know how they would get the carpet down our stairs that make a 90-degree turn but they made it happen without scuffing the walls!) We also wanted to use a pewter-colored gripper strip where the carpet transitioned to concrete floor under closet doors instead of the silver or gold options offered by The Carpet Guys and they were able to accommodate our request and use and install the pewter strips that we had purchased. We eventually plan to replace more carpet and when we do, we will be reaching out to work with John Smith at The Carpet Guys and we will be requesting installation by his team. Our sales and installation experience with The Carpet Guys, John Smith, John, and the two hardworking installers all exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend.

Promised to put in the carpet to be soft and comfortable, it is hard as a board. I tried working with the company about the problem and they will not assist.

My mother, [Mother's Name], had a tile installed in her kitchen. At the same time that the kitchen tile was installed, tile was also installed in the basement bathroom. She noticed that the tile had cuts in different parts of the floor. Further review of the defects show what seem to be razor-like cuts into the tile itself. She placed a complaint with The Carpet Guys regarding the quality of what had been installed and didn't receive any relief. She passed in 2019, but noted her displeasure with what had been done in her place to me at the time. I would like the organization to contact me immediately to talk about resolution of this issue.
