I am writing to make a formal complaint about the virtual gift bar designed on the chat page at EuroDate site. The virtual gift bar is always pop up while typing, as I can only access the site via my mobile phone, not a computer/laptop. The gift bar is so close to the text box, no matter how hard I try not to touch it, but it’s just inevitable sometimes, especially when the site seems like stuck, you type the text and send, but you can’t see the text, then come out and back again. By doing that a few times, while the screen flip around , it’s so easy to somehow touched the virtual gift bar, completely out of the blue. This happened twice recently in a short period. It was not my intention to send them at all. I contacted the customer support even when the first time it’s happened, and asked them what should I do to avoid that. I was told to use a computer, but I don’t have it. Today they repeatedly told me the gift bar is closed, that’s completely wrong, it’s always there very close to the text box. Otherwise it won’t happen. Why should I lie to you if I wanted to send them out? They all just happened in a second without me even realised it. I feel so frustrated and now even lost interest to get into the site due to this unpleasant experience. It’s not fair on me that I lost hundreds of points in vain because the way you designed it, and there is no option to close it. This obviously brings so much inconvenience to people like me just using the phone.
As your loyal customer, I therefore first of all ask if you may give me some advice how to avoid this happening again, then kindly ask you to refund my recent twice virtual gift credits back to my account.
